Hotel Prestige

Room stylishly refurbished and very comfortable, food excellent, owner/manager Barbara and all staff very kind and courteous. Great location in quieter part of Cattolica but within 3/4 minutes walk to main square, shopping street etc. Excellent price/quality ratio.

if I had to rate from 1 to 10 I would give 8 to the Prestige hotel:

what distinguishes the Prestige is the relationship with all the staff: it is not a pandering, overly commercial relationship, it is spontaneous, it is natural: There is attention to the customer and his needs. We had a particular experience, the days in which we booked coincided with endless and heavy rains. Then, as if on purpose, my friend contracted intestinal virus, we had all the necessary attention. Gianluca at the bar: friendly, polite, kind, helpful. At the reception, I suppose Barbara: kind, helpful, spontaneous. What about Joana in the room?? Exceptional, kind, helpful, attentive and natural. Perhaps I repeat the term natural and spontaneous too much but I have to report what we experienced and perceived. If you ask me "would you go back?" I would answer: "absolutely yes!!"
Thanks to all the staff, the experience was unfortunately interrupted due to force majeure, but things happen in life. Really thank you very much!!!

We stayed at the Prestige hotel for the first time... Where we found great welcome and hospitality from Barbara and Stefano, the owners, but also great availability from all the staff.
