This masseria is a charming, authentic Italian farmhouse, beautifully developed to welcome visitors.

Great location. Very nice pool, with a new hot tub. We stayed there for a week. Breakfast is like dinner, great!!. The wine is delicious!! We had the superior room. It lived up to its name. Only the mattresses could be better. The wifi is good at the restaurant area. It's weak in your room. Isabella and Adriano, and Paco 🐾, give you a wonderful holiday feeling. 😊arden

Very nice and quiet Masseria, with a beautiful swimming pool. The location is strategic, allowing you to quickly reach both the sea and the surrounding villages (Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie). Beautiful Masseria with Beautiful well maintained swimming pool. Breakfast schedule too strict 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. when there is no lunch service! We had a room (called superior) with a dilapidated kitchenette as well as the bathroom, everything needed to be repainted! All for 980 euros per week! A little expensive !

I spent 2 days here with my girlfriend and it was a fantastic experience! The SPA is super clean, the girls who work there are very kind and welcoming. The clean and bright room, buffet breakfast and dinner are nothing short of delicious, staff always extremely helpful: we can only say positive words. We will definitely be back… highly recommended!

Rooms: spacious and with all the comforts expected for this type of structure. The spaces are not very large but still allow agile movement to a person in a wheelchair. The room was, among other things, equipped with a large digital TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning totally manageable by the guest. Service: the top we could imagine. The structure is surrounded by greenery, the restaurant has a beautiful panoramic terrace over the olive trees. Comfortable rooms, spotless linen, extreme availability and kindness of all. Half board guarantees a hearty dinner, in the evening it avoids leaving the hotel. For every need, they are all extremely available.

The Masseria is stunning with every last detail perfectly taken care of! Gianfranco and Sara were amazing hosts and made sure our stay superb in every way. We cycled each day from the Masseria and Gianfranco was so helpful in guiding us on the best routes. Being only 12km from Ceglie Messapica we purchased fresh local produce from the supermarket each day for our meals and ate in the stunning grounds...

We loved the 5 days we spent here. The masseria is has been restored with beautiful attention to detail and is located in an incredibly calm and quiet corner of the Valle D'Itria but still makes for a perfect base to visit the charming villages and their unique atmospheres. The icing on the cake is Sara and Gianfranco's fantastic hospitality. Felt like we were staying with friends.

Amazing place and hospitality. Feels like at home and holiday at the same time. Small trullo is perfectly arranged to fit a family of 2+1, there is outside kitchen in the pergola and a pool for practically exclusive use. Such a special place: lots of love and taste has been put in this small B&B, from the landscaped garden, the original rooms, the beautiful pool and nice breakfast. Such a nice place to spend some days to discover the Ostuni area. Highly recommend and we will be happy to return in the future !!

We all felt very welcome at Anima, the rooms are super well designed and the garden is a place you rather never leave. Sieb and Francisco are great hosts with great taste in both food and interior.

Very special place, that Sieb and Francesco created here. Both are perfect hosts, helped us with many suggestions for our stay and served the best breakfast. We stayed in the Old Trullo, which was a unique experience. Although it’s quite small (12 qm), we found it comfortable and didn‘t miss anything.

Great off-the-beaten track location. Feeling extremely well welcome by the host. Atmosphere was great. Rooms were top notch. Extremely well and unique decorated (feeling like being in a very luxurious hotel). Breakfast is delicious with different choices. Surroundings are peaceful and with options for walking and riding a bike.

Very convenient if you want to stay in the center, but without the hassle of parking. This little place is very strategically and quietly located. Wifi works well, the rooms of the little gems! I can only recommend it!

Best B&B I know of.

Fantastic welcome, the owner is a smart woman. The structure is typical of the place and at the same time modern and particular. The most beautiful and richest breakfast that can exist, with local specialties on a terrace with a breathtaking view. At 50m as well as near the B&B there is ample parking. At the top cleanliness, order and relaxation. To come back absolutely! This is the best.

There was so much to like about this property, the staff was outstanding; each little apartment was so well appointed with traditional masseria decor. Loved that each apartment had its own outdoor space. The pool, the breakfast area, the shade Pergola, the gardens, the secured parking, and the surrounding area was everything we had imagined and better. 

We loved our time here! Roberta and Davide went above and beyond to help us during our stay, and they were very reliable and responsive to our requests. We were here for a wedding nearby, and were able to organise transport to and from various locations throughout our stay as needed, and at a reasonable price considering it can be difficult to organise taxi's in the area. We stayed for 2 nights in this b & b, featuring restored, clean trulli, a pool area and a relaxing path in the surrounding countryside with hammocks and rocking chairs. There are no TVs and internet and telephone connections are scarce: an excellent solution if you want to be quiet, immersed in nature, in total relaxation.

This is a lovely little family run masseria in the middle of the countryside. The hosts are extremely friendly and the room and pool area was great. The breakfast was very tasty. It's a drive away from the nearest town where there are nice restaurants and bars. If you like Formula One, you will be fascinated by the owner's history!

It’s the purest most organic getaway . We were sincerely received by the Fiorio family. The property was filled with space to be alone and enjoy the surroundings. Location close to the Ceglie Messapica town yet outside and closer to the village area; stone house/villa divided into two flats with only one potential neighbors; enough space for a family, parking place & closed premise (remote to the gate), garden with trees. The Host/Angelo is very kind and helpful (even at late night) should there be any issues or advise needed.
