Great personal, great food i am so much excited about this hotel, they are cleaning rooms everyday so perfectly!! you can even rent a bike for free, but if you want better bike for all day its for rent. There is nothing bad about this hotel

Fantastic meals of many kinds, very kind staff in restaurant and hotel, every day cleaning everywhere in hotel and around it, nice hotel swimming pool and Wellness space. Very willing owner of the hotel. Also short distance to the beach with good services.

We stayed 20 days in July and they were fantastic. Very kind staff and very friendly owner. The food is excellent and it has an excellent location to easily reach the beach.
Well-maintained swimming pool supervised by competent people, lifeguard always present and available.
I absolutely recommend staying at the Donatella hotel.
Note of merit for the waitress Claudia, competent and always with a smile.
We will definitely return.

Aesthetically attractive and well-kept hotel, large executive room with balcony (perhaps a small table in addition to the 2 chairs wouldn't look bad), excellent cleanliness, beautiful swimming pool, solarium, dehor, appreciable location 150m from the sea and free bicycle service, convenient parking internal (for a fee). Unfortunately, we cannot fail to mention the terrible catering service with sufficient breakfast but no fresh or fruit in syrup, while lunch and dinner have poor buffets that are not replenished if things run out, embarrassing menus with rigorously frozen and tasteless fish (Cervia is one of the main fishing ports of the Adriatic) banal first courses and for fruit a peach or a few grapes per person certainly not the classic basket. Menu aimed at maximum savings at the expense of the quality expected from a ***S hotel. We went out for dinner every night despite having an all-inclusive treatment and this is self-explanatory. I would have reported these things directly to the owner but I wasn't even asked if we were satisfied with our stay so I deferred.

I stayed in this hotel with my family from 04/07 to 13/07 we had a great time, the hotel is very nice and clean, the pool is well looked after their strong point in my opinion is the kitchen, we ate well excellent, helpful owner friendly staff in particular our waitress Lari who pampered us throughout our stay.
Mr. Gianni has also granted us a late check out to be able to take full advantage of our holidays, too bad for the lack of entertainment but the dpcm does not allow it.
The Jolly 79 beach service is excellent, where even there the cleanliness and attention to detail is impeccable.
To recap in my opinion the value for money of this structure is excellent I hope to be able to stay there again.

I have just spent a week at Hotel Donatella and I must say that they live up to the mark they have. From Gianni Casadei to all collaborators there is an attention to the guest that I really liked. Always attentive and kind in a peaceful atmosphere that pampers you. The whole hotel is carefully maintained, modern rooms and really good cuisine. The portions are right and above all tasteful. You get up from the table satisfied and full, but never heavy and I consider this a virtue. The swimming pool is very well done like the context that surrounds it. My kids spent more hours there than on the beach. If I can recommend an improvement, at the next halfway point with the TV, I would go to 32 inches. This year there was no animation, but for us this was positive and not sacrificing at all. The offer proposed is truly competitive, compared to the estimates of other hotels in Pinarella. Congratulations again and don't change.

We have been staying at the Hotel Donatella for several years, we feel like we are part of the family now. The welcome and friendliness of Gianni and his staff always make us feel pampered. Excellent lunches and dinners always able to satisfy our tastes and certainly also those of others. Always impeccable cleaning. Always ready to fulfill our every request.
