Hotel Nevia in Cervia

It's unfortunate that I have to write a review that could have been reported directly to the owners if only they had bothered to ask how our stay was.
The hotel has two small parking lots for €5 per day. The grounds are very shabby but livable.
The rooms are clean, although in our case the bathroom was tiny and the whole thing had to be expanded to take a shower.
The prices are reasonable, so you can't expect too much. Unfortunately, being a soft all-inclusive, the buffet is always insufficient, so much so that people crowd together and, except for the first in line, the items always run out within minutes, whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The first and second courses, while not served in exorbitant portions, were generally good, some excellent, but often served with little attention and sometimes not as advertised. For example, we've had one portion served in a normal size and the other in a very small quantity, or when we were served cuttlefish and octopus that were supposed to be served with potatoes, but they had escaped. If the main courses were served with a side dish, there would be much less of a crowd at the buffet (usually consisting of vegetables) and people would be happier because, again, for the price we paid, we didn't get a bad meal.
The girls at the restaurant were excellent, and we thank them, but much less so the cleaning lady downstairs, who treated us in an unspeakable manner.

The hotel is definitely excellent value for money, and has a great location, both near the sea and in the center of Pinarella. Almost all of the staff are extremely friendly, except for a couple, and it's been years since I've experienced such kindness in a hotel. The food is lacking, with the buffet and fruit being a bit lacking. Unfortunately, if you end up in the back room, you're often left empty-handed, but the food is good. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with all the comforts, but when it comes to towels, for example, only one face towel is given for three people. We also had dirty towels put in the bidet for a change, but they weren't replaced and instead hung up soaking wet, which was really unpleasant. The overall cleanliness of both the rooms and the dining room needs to be reassessed.
