1 Star is even too much – Absolutely unacceptable!
What kind of 4-star hotel doesn’t provide blankets?! I checked in after a long day expecting basic comfort, only to find a bare mattress. Went to reception and all they said was “No, nothing available.” This isn’t just poor service – it’s disgraceful. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like a nuisance.

Breakfast was amazing.Staff was nice.Rooms were spacious but lacked decoration.The hotel was distant to the city center so I breaked a point for it.I recommend this hotel if you have a vehicle.

My tour guide chose this place, and i am so so disappointed! The facilities are incredibly old, so old I’ve never seen an air conditioning like that before, how funny…
