It situated right at the bus stop so very easy to find. Pleasant view of the valley and the staff are very friendly even if they are not good in English.

Very spacious rooms, conveniently located and fairly priced. The owners are super friendly and kind.Breakfast has lots of options for people with intolerances (gluten, lactose). Definitely recommended!

Vintage style hotel. Let's start by saying, really kind owners. Really good breakfast with a wide choice. Quality dinner and exceptional local wines. Warm and functional room. Convenient adjacent parking. I highly recommend it for a pleasant relaxation and to discover all the places nearby.

The kindness and attention of the owners for the customers are the key to this well-kept hotel with a breathtaking view. This summer we will return to swim in the pool on the terrace with a view of the panorama as far as the eye can see

I was with my husband in early November, we had a great time. The owners are exquisite people, especially as far as I'm concerned, a special memory goes to Mrs. Carolina. Simple but very comfortable and clean hotel, the restaurant is really excellent, compliments to her son Michele who prepares different and tasty dishes every evening, in particular his jam tart, the best I've ever eaten. We miss you so much but we'll be back soon Alessandra and Andrea

The structure was among those present in a box that was given to me. The owners are very kind and made us feel at ease immediately. Excellent and varied breakfast (from different types of sweet to savory), very good and well-prepared dinner. The structure is not brand new but well-kept and above all functional and very clean; furnishings and objects from times gone by have been preserved (for example the classic telephone booth) that made us take a pleasant dip in memories. The swimming pool on the top floor is super (too bad the weather was not kind to us and therefore we could not use it).

Dated hotel in furnishings, doors, fixtures but has everything you need to feel comfortable. Managers (wife and husband) definitely born to welcome and entertain customers. The lady in the restaurant room impeccable. Dinner more than honest, breakfast excellent and abundant. Air-conditioned rooms, comfortable mattresses (a little less the pillows, but that's fine). Rooftop pool with exceptional panoramic view where we enjoyed an excellent sunset and an excellent aperitif. If I were to return to Chianciano or nearby I would choose this hotel again for my stay, without the slightest doubt. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel after spending a day at the Chianciano spa, the hotel is really just a few kilometers away, so very convenient... the location needs to be completely renovated, even the rooms are a little dated but overall clean, the staff were quite polite, the breakfast was average, the price was slightly high for what it offers, 3 stars is more than fine
