It is a well-kept and very clean structure, the rooms are very spacious and equipped with air conditioning! The staff is very courteous! The location is excellent and close to many amenities and the spa. Parking outside the hotel is both paid and free. The breakfast is buffet style and there is a wide choice ... both sweet and savory! Beautiful stay !!!! I straconsiglio !!!!

The hotel is not for 4star rating, rather 2star. Tere is no WiFi in rooms, just in reception hall. Staff could be more polite. It is clean, and breakfast is good...

This is great hotel, very nice staff and O.K food, although too much of it. 3 courses would have been better than 5! The only real problem was that the doors were very noisy and there are no carpets. We were therefore woken up at various intervals by people coming and going.

This hotel in Chinciano Terme is a good hotel with great views of the Tuscan landscapes and the old town. Roof top pool area has great views.

The staff was very friendly and the room was cozy. However, I expected better facilities for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good but not exceptional.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a group tour of Italy earlier this month. Lovely place. Clean, good room, service excellent. Food choice was very good and well presented. Great place to stay to explore local area. Staff very, very helpful.

Very kind man in front desk gave us 2 rooms for my family even if it was saturday so very difficult to find out hotel room and explained the facilities of the hotel we were using at all times during our stay.

Most recently renovated hôtel in Chianciano, classic with great decoration taste. Enjoyed the restaurant two evenings in a row with high quality well prepared food. Friendly staff. Would recommend for a relaxing stay in Tuscany close to a spa.

Everything is as it should be. Except one thing: The isolation between the rooms is close to non existent. It was really bad!

I stayed in Alexander Palme on 11th May 2019. It is a great hotel at reasonable price. spacious rooms, lobby, they help you take your luggage, . it is located in idyllic place. located near Rome city.

Stayed there on a newmarket coach holiday. Everybody loved the hotel. For me the food was great, but the combination of food was a little strange (carrots with your omelette etc). not everybody liked the food, but i found it all great. Would stay there again.

Good hotel within walking distance of the spa. A little retro. I like it but it's a matter of taste. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly staff, breakfast buffet more than satisfactory. The only flaw, perhaps, my room was on the first floor facing the street and you could hear some noise. I advise.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, super abundant breakfast !!!! The furniture is classic but well maintained, although there are no odors in the corridors and in the elevator! At the reception a very cordial person and at the bar just as much !! We will definitely be back .... Congratulations

Excellent position both to reach the thermal baths located 600 meters from the structure, and to reach the village of Chianciano at 3km, it is also very convenient if you want to move to see the surrounding valleys. The building is old and need a serious renovation. People working here are very nice and willing to help, but as long as the windows don't close well and the room has no heat, a bathrobe, a hair shampoo, the doors have peeling paint - their amazing attitude can help, but can't save. Location and the view from the top of the building is great.

To expensive for the services offered

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and we were pampered in all respects, the rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully furnished, the swimming pool is large and has both internal and external access with bar service, the spa part is interesting, very rich breakfast, In short, good good good, I highly recommend

Probably the best nowdays in Chianciano. Price now is even pretty cheap for what you get. Me and my wife had a wonderful time.

It’s an amazing hotel

So, some distinctions. It is clear that Chianciano unfortunately no longer lives the glories of the past, but for this we certainly cannot blame the friendly managers who welcomed us on this midsummer night, during our return journey from Sicily. As mentioned, the courtesy of the owners struck me a lot, especially because they are guests for just one night, making us feel instead like old customers...

We stayed one night in this hotel and had a great time. The room was spotless, like everything else, the varied and plentiful breakfast and the excellent location. But what struck us most was the kindness of the owner who, not finding us a taxi to go to dinner, offered to take us. And he also came to pick us up.We are no longer used to nice people. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really very nice, clean and well situated. The personal is very helpful (it looks like it’s a family run business). We had standard rooms, with breakfast included. We would recommend this hotel.

Our room was clean and had A/C. The staff was wonderful. They went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Mario and his wife were so gracious and friendly. We will Be back to the area, the old town was such a joy to explore.

The staff was awesome! We actually had a different hotel reserved and paid, got there and it was closed. Found the Hotel Lory on the way to get something to drink. We walked in used our translation app and got a great rate for the 4 nights needed. Continental breakfast was included. We even ate a great dinner at the hotel one evening. The room was clean and had A/C. It's convenient to the buss lines...

Very welcoming reception. Everything was clean and my expectations were surpassed. They also gave us suggestions of near by places to visit that were amazing. The spa was my best experience there and the massage was very relaxing. The room was large with a sitting room section. Don't leave without trying out their pici al ragù.

This is a lovely three-star hotel. We were charmed by the family touch (it is run by a husband and wife team who do everything from check in, to baggage help, and dinner service). The spa on the first floor is completely new and private. Be sure to stay for dinner at least one night - it is an experience and the homemade food is great!
