Very kind man in front desk gave us 2 rooms for my family even if it was saturday so very difficult to find out hotel room and explained the facilities of the hotel we were using at all times during our stay.

I have just returned from three days in Chianciano Terme and I stayed with other friends at this hotel. If I had given credit to the reviews I would not have booked 4 rooms for me and my friends. Instead I called the hotel and spoke to the very kind Mr. Manuela who reserved me 4 beautiful and comfortable rooms. Great Hotel with lovely amenities

Excellent hotel, new room furniture, spacious bathroom and excellent cleaning. Abundant breakfast with sweets, cereals, yogurt, cold cuts and more, too bad they didn't have soy milk for the intolerant. Very good dinner, large portions. Courteous staff. Too bad the hotel doesn't have a private car park, in Chianciano all car parks are subject to charges or you can only park for an hour or two.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet rooms. Staff extremely available to various requests. Special thanks to the waiting staff Elena, Eleonora Vera and Herald, to the cook who excels in preparing the 5 o'clock snack. The lady who makes the room beautiful every morning. Good hotel, clean and decent. Simple and plentiful cuisine. Very friendly staff. The neighborhood is quite seedy. But with a 20-minute walk you can reach the historic center which is very beautiful and characteristic.

This is great hotel, very nice staff and O.K food, although too much of it. 3 courses would have been better than 5! The only real problem was that the doors were very noisy and there are no carpets. We were therefore woken up at various intervals by people coming and going.

This hotel in Chinciano Terme is a good hotel with great views of the Tuscan landscapes and the old town. Roof top pool area has great views.

The staff was very friendly and the room was cozy. However, I expected better facilities for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good but not exceptional.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a group tour of Italy earlier this month. Lovely place. Clean, good room, service excellent. Food choice was very good and well presented. Great place to stay to explore local area. Staff very, very helpful.

Most recently renovated hôtel in Chianciano, classic with great decoration taste. Enjoyed the restaurant two evenings in a row with high quality well prepared food. Friendly staff. Would recommend for a relaxing stay in Tuscany close to a spa.

Everything is as it should be. Except one thing: The isolation between the rooms is close to non existent. It was really bad!

I would like to share my experience with the the hotel. The check in process was very smooth. The staff was excellent. Their hospitality was fantastic They went out of the way to make your feel at home. Extremely attentive to your needs. I had a group of 50 people. Looking forward to staying here again. I am staying in this hotel with a group of 36 people. We are all very pleased with this hotel. First of all the rooms are spotlessly clean. Second is we received the warmest welcome in Italy. Third is they have a very nice garden area and they offer fantastic wine. The furniture is old style but we like it this way. It feels real Italy to all of us. We recommend it and we will definately use it again...

I spent 2 nights in this hotel. The room was pretty clean. However, if u come for breakfest 30 min late, there won't be any coffee and milk left. Can't you really make sure all your guests have their morning coffee??? This is unacceptable and shameful.

I stayed in Alexander Palme on 11th May 2019. It is a great hotel at reasonable price. spacious rooms, lobby, they help you take your luggage, . it is located in idyllic place. located near Rome city.

Excellent position both to reach the thermal baths located 600 meters from the structure, and to reach the village of Chianciano at 3km, it is also very convenient if you want to move to see the surrounding valleys. Friendly and helpful staff, impeccable food, great rooms with lots of equipment and gadgets, good location for trips to Rome and Florence. It's a shame i couldn't use the bathtub, but it's okay. Great place to stay!

A beautiful hotel located very close to the Chianciano's New Town. Amazing staff and delicious food, I'd highly recommend it!

The building is old and need a serious renovation. People working here are very nice and willing to help, but as long as the windows don't close well and the room has no heat, a bathrobe, a hair shampoo, the doors have peeling paint - their amazing attitude can help, but can't save. Location and the view from the top of the building is great.

To expensive for the services offered

well maintained hotel, spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent and abundant breakfasts. Great meals. Dishes of the typical Sienese cuisine cooked with care. We will certainly return. Thanks to all the staff

Good location for spa, friendly staff. Smells of cigarette smoke and the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby.

The owners are two wonderful people. The room was panoramic even though we didn't have a specific reservation. I would definitely go back for the gorgeous view on the balcony. The cleaning of the room is good and there is also the restaurant service.

Good hotel within walking distance of the spa. A little retro. I like it but it's a matter of taste. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly staff, breakfast buffet more than satisfactory. The only flaw, perhaps, my room was on the first floor facing the street and you could hear some noise. I advise.

So, some distinctions. It is clear that Chianciano unfortunately no longer lives the glories of the past, but for this we certainly cannot blame the friendly managers who welcomed us on this midsummer night, during our return journey from Sicily. As mentioned, the courtesy of the owners struck me a lot, especially because they are guests for just one night, making us feel instead like old customers...

We stayed one night in this hotel and had a great time. The room was spotless, like everything else, the varied and plentiful breakfast and the excellent location. But what struck us most was the kindness of the owner who, not finding us a taxi to go to dinner, offered to take us. And he also came to pick us up.We are no longer used to nice people. Highly recommended.

I spent 4 lovely nights in the care of the Gambacurta family at Hotel Miralaghi. The stay could be described as visiting the family, nice, warm and friendly. They greet you whenever you meet the staff, chat a little and you really feel the care they offer all their guests. Great food, very friendly service. Terrace cafe is wonderful. Hotel needs some updates in the room esp. more towel racks, hooks and shelves in the bathroom, updated bed side lamps in some rooms.
