The staff is extremely kind and courteous, the room was clean and recently renovated, the value for money was excellent.
The only real problem lies in the town of Chianciano Terme, which appears to be abandoned to itself, without any type of organization on site and with the hotels and commercial activities closed and eaten by nature or in any case in the process of closing.
It's like being in Willy Smith's next film "I Am Legend":
There are no people, bars or pubs open.
I believe that the place has excellent potential but if the municipal authorities do not move to enhance it, even excellent structures such as the panorama hotel will be forced to close.
A few km from Chianciano there are smaller towns that offer 100 times more.

Good but isolate from the City's center. Good breakfast, swimming pool and large parking.

Family-friendly hotel close to the Theia swimming pools. Courteous and kind staff. Clean and welcoming room. Four of us booked the 4-bed family room (real beds, not sofa beds) and we had a great time: it was spacious and well organized with spaces.

We arrived a little worried by the reviews. The hotel is actually still under renovation and you can see the inconveniences this entails. Despite this our room was clean and new. The room was warm, thanks to the air conditioning system and additional heater. We rested very well.
Breakfast is rather minimal but complete, both sweet and savory, and has a real bar where coffee and cappuccinos are prepared.
Fair price for the period (we stayed on the night of January 1st).
The two guys who served us both from check-in and from breakfast were kind, polite and helpful.

Not as clean as expected, odor in the room was not the best.

It does what it says on the tin. Clean and comfortable, although not that easy to access. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. A reasonably priced base for a visit at the wonderful medieval towns and countryside in Siena's province.

recently refurbished hotel with quite spacious room (we used a triple room) NB there were a couple of spiders in good evidence, so I would recommend a little more attention in cleaning ... friendly and helpful staff with breakfast in the norm with good value quality price. the entrance road should be revised a little, as well as the relative signage. lastly, it is called the "Panorama" hotel but the view is not the best with a view of some ramshackle condominiums. excellent location for Chianciano and neighboring villages

Modern rooms just renovated the only flaw was that of having found 4 small / medium spiders .... unacceptable to me. In addition, under the bed we found a pack of air fresheners. View from the room: Wall. Those on the opposite side of the hotel instead have a view of Chianciano. Bathroom window with half handle.
