The hotel is one of the best in the Alps. We have rarely seen so much attention to detail. Everything is stylish and functional, you immediately feel comfortable. The service is also all-round excellent and personal. We can warmly recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

Excellent value for money for location (a short walk from both the center of Chiesa and the ski lifts). Not very modern but large rooms. Breakfast included in the full price. Owner very helpful and very kind.

We come back every month for a week with the company. We have a great time. Comfortable, clean rooms, and no noise is heard between one room and another. The cooking and the service are wonderful. Great prices. Wonderful aperitifs. I recommend it.

Superb restaurant: excellent raw materials and a menu that includes traditional dishes and simple but never banal alternatives. Very kind staff and family atmosphere. Congratulations to the new managers. We can't wait to see the summer garden!

I stayed in this hotel in early January 2021 with my 9 year old daughter Marta. We had a great time. Very clean hotel, splendid location both for the view and for the proximity to the town center. We stopped today at 1.30 pm, without having booked, at the Roseg hotel restaurant hoping to eat discreetly. My husband and I spent a night with dinner in this hotel to "escape" from the family and city routine. A place that remains in your heart !! We arrived after skiing and the location is gorgeous. Wonderful view of the mountains, located above Chiesa in Valmalenco which at night appears like a nativity scene full of lights, sun from the early morning that floods the entire facade. Impossible not to relax...

This fantastic hotel is on top of the mauntains watching Valmalenco Valley. It is old but recently refurbished with a delicate touch, maintaining the high mountain style. The restaurant serves local foods which are very tasty. Personnel is kind and welcoming, ready to assist and suggest what to do in the area.

I was very close to give 5*, BUT... to me they are losing 1* with the rooms' standard - which according to our opinion is overpriced. The bathroom is completely not isolated from generated sounds - it is not giving any comfort, nor privacy. And the room was too "modular" - elements like in IBIS. Should not happen for €300+! The rest is outstanding - high level service, very kind owners, excellent atmosphere...

Cozy atmosphere, good food and nice owners. Didn't give 5 stars only because it's easily accessible by car so obviously it does not feel as authentic as the top of a mountain, but it's a good starting point for hikes and skiing

Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Despite the great summer heat, the place is pleasantly cool. The only small flaw is the parking space reserved for customers which can accommodate a few cars. The stay was still very positive.

Landscaping the context is beautiful. It can be an intermediate stage along the climb towards Alpe Palù. Accessible from the church cable car square, going up the path next to the same cable car; also affordable (much simpler route) from Campo Francia, where there is a square for leaving cars. I only drank a coffee so I can't judge "hotel" quality. The staff seemed nice.

We stayed at the Alpe Ponte refuge one day in August, we took advantage of the shuttle service being a bit bruised. Angelo the owner, a nice "alpine" doc, who physically built the refuge 20 years ago, came to pick us up at the parking lot and avoided the steep concrete road. I was in this b & b in January. The owner is very nice and helpful. The rooms are very nice, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms clean and nice. The breakfast (I only eat salty in the morning) was always prepared with a lot of love and corresponded 100% to my needs. Parking is easy to find, maybe I do not recommend this place to people who come by public transport. But if you have the patience to wait...

Stayed 2 nights, short holiday but perfect from all points of view. Considering that we were 4 people, Ms Diana (very kind) proposed us a very welcoming and functional apartment. Hearty and varied breakfast, very good biscuits, cakes and homemade cakes. The property is located in a strategic area, in the immediate vicinity parking, mini market and an excellent pizzeria. I stayed for a weekend inside the structure and I was pleasantly surprised by the care of the rooms and above all by the kindness of Mrs Diana who was in my opinion a perfect hostess of the house. Peace, relaxation and excellent cuisine We spent three days at the Gembro hotel, room 204, with a nice balcony overlooking Monte Disgrazia. The hotel is well managed, the food is very good and the room is very clean. From the hotel you can make various excursions, forgetting the car. The blue sky, in contrast with the colors of nature, is gorgeous. Sparkling air, relaxation, what more could you want...

All perfect! Hospitality, friendliness, truly genuine relationships, truly excellent food, complete and varied breakfast for every need, large, clean and well-kept rooms. Escaped from the great and excessive heat we found a temperature that regenerated us. A few meters away is a spectacular stream. In short, we will definitely be back. WOW! Fabulous hotel in an excellent location. La Betulla has been refurbished with meticulous attention to detail. It really is a very special place to stay. Reasonably priced hotel in a good location.

We are guests this hotel from 15 years. We always have family atmosphere, wonderful kitchen, clean rooms and helpful people.

This is a small family run hotel, minutes from the ski lift. There is also a shuttle bus available for those transporting gear. The half board option offers outstanding value given the excellent standard of the food. We consider ourselves very lucky indeed to have stayed here.

We have now visited 5 times to ski over the Christmas holidays. The hotel and rooms are spotless, hospitality outstanding and an excellent base for a family skiing holiday. Would definitely recommend 👍

We stayed on our 4-day hike along the Sentiero Bernina Sud. What a paradise! A mountain hut with the comfort of a hotel. We had a double room with a great hot shower, white towels, amazing views and great food! Highlight of our tour - must stay there!!

Great place with very nice hospitality and staff. Sound from neighbouring rooms can be a problem if loud! We spend two nights and had one snowshoe hike arranged by the place, Good mountain guide with a lot of knowledge of the local areas.

Really amazing spot in the Dolomites. Scenery is unbelievable (We went in Winter). 4*4 recommended for the snow. There is about 7km of road up to the Refugio Zoia that will likely be covered in snow in the winter. We went in a 2wd with winter tyres and got stuck on the road but after getting another run at it we made it up. There is about a 200m climb up to the hotel with bags which has to be made...

Beautiful dining room with large windows and breathtaking views of the pizzo scalino (recommend the room). Traditional cuisine is not too heavy and with portions do not overdo it. If you want the "sciatt", prenotateli before! Staff attentive and smiling. A good choice in the valley.
