The owners were lovely and this hotel is a hidden gem. Close to the beach and short walk to old town.

Small, cute, perfect! Loved the bed and artwork. Beautiful couple own it and are great hosts When I return to Italy will definitely come back.

Great room at a great price We were only there for one night but it was a wonderful experience. Check in was simple. We had a designated parking space. There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach and a great continental breakfast in the morning. Everything went smoothly and we were able to walk to old town for dinner from our hotel.

The hotel is really lovely, the owner is a very kind and helpful man. The hotel is clean and nice. There is east parking nearby. The beach club is lovely and you have a pass included to use it and even gives you access to your own beach hut. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Building was quite old and it has seen its best days, but in general the experience was positive. Close to beach, nice swimming pool, clean rooms and good breakfast. What else can you ask for?

We spent a few days here and we really enjoyed it. It’s a great place for families. The beach is close, about 150m, the Aldi store it’s about 100m, the city center it’s a few minute distance also.

The hotel is old and B&B bought it from another company but the reconstruction still not visible. Personal perfect also view from the room is really nice. Close to beach but about 30 minutes to city center.

Great hotel, recently refurbished, in good location near beach and within walking distance of old Chioggia. Excellent underground secure parking for motorcycles. Some interesting quirky features, friendly staff and good breakfast.

First of all this is a great resort. It has everything you need, swimming pool, beach, footbal goals... The appartements where good, the airco worked and so did everything else. The only thing I did not like was that u had to wear a swimmingcap in the pool. I recommend this resort for families as well as friends. The staff is friendly and cooperative, u can rent bikes and the first hour is for free...

Always a great experience. They accept dogs, but during peak season they aren't allowed on the private beach. The kitchen has everything you need.

The staff is extra friendly, he location is very good and there are plenty of things to do around, besides spending time at the beach or the sea. The apartment is very complete, it has the basic things covered, if you are staying long you need to take a trip to the supermarket to stock up. Will. Definitely stay here again

I spent two great weeks here. The beach and the facilites exceeded my expectations. Although, the pool could be better. Moreover, it was a bit far to central Sottomarina, so one has to cycle or drive to get there. Otherwise, great stay!

This was a great place to stay. Tania, the host, is a warm and sassy young Italian woman with a great customer focus and boundless energy. She was very welcoming and made our stay special - she even gave me birthday candles -how lovely is that? The room itself was on the first floor. Nice and very kind host (she also washed our bike clothing), the structure is clean, it is in an excellent position even for passing cyclists like us and there is also a dedicated bike shelter. Excellent and abundant breakfast!

B & b in the historic center in a convenient position for visiting Chioggia and with a good parking at 450 m. The facility is nice and clean. The friendly and sympathetic owner is always available. The 1st floor room is tastefully decorated and clean. Nothing is missing. The. Breakfast with excellent homemade cakes. In short 😀👍

Casa Perla is a fragrant casket in which to stay. Located in the center of the historic part of Chioggia, it offers spacious rooms with refined furnishings. The cleanliness and the perfume that pervades the rooms is very pleasant and the view from the roof terrace of the room on the top floor is exceptional. Last but not least, the courtesy and education of the hosts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I can only agree with the other reviews. A great hostess, a great breakfast. We had the apartment upstairs with a roof terrace. The terrace is exceptional. Everything is within walking distance. Thank you Tania for the great hospitality.

It was perfect for us. Right in the centre of the city, within walking distance to everything. The accommodations were very comfortable and the owners so very nice. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Very nice structure beautiful and spacious rooms excellent breakfast and above all very kind owners we needed a pharmacy and they went there a few km away because on Easter day in chioggia the pharmacies were closed thank you very much

Owners are mother and son. Both very kind. They also speak english. Rooms are renovated and very clean. Good price. Great breakfast: Salami and cheese, marmelade and butter, cornflakes, homemade sweets... The only thing that is not perect is parking, which is about 300 metres away from hotel, because hotel is in pedestrian zone. But this makes great 10 minutes walk thrue the city.

I went on vacation in September 2022 and I must say that I immediately felt at home, a peaceful environment and impeccable cleanliness, a large room, a comfortable bed and the availability and kindness of the owner that are truly incomparable. We had a very pleasant stay at this accomodation. Paolo and his son hooked us up spontaneously through the Phone and gave us a warm welcome. Our room and the external bathroom was spacious, nicely furnished and clinically Clean. The host came up to us After our Arrival and provided us Information about the area as well as a map and Two Bikes to use free of charge. For us it was perfect as a stopover...

Convenient location in the center of Chioggia, 15’ to the beach with good fish restaurants nearby. Grocery store and food market few steps away. Very professional management, truly hospitable staff, well equipped rooms (at least my was). Best cost/value ratio in the area. Totally recommended.

Domus Clugiae is a nice place to live, it's in the heart of a beautiful city Chioggia. The staffs are really friendly and speaks English very well. It's super clean, daily housekeeping. Included breakfast is really high quality. Highly recommended for staying in Chioggia.

Really great place to stay. Single room is plenty big enough, good bed, great shower and it even has Aircon! The breakfast is brilliant but best of all....the owners are super. Can't recommend highly enough.

Spatious room, 5 of us with a double and two bunk beds, room and bathroom clean. Good range of choices for breakfast. Very helpful staff - parked just outside main entrance.

This is the absolute definition of ‘A Diamond In The Rough’. A Waterfront Town just before Venice with hundreds of fishing boats and seafood restaurants. The buildings are ancient and in need of some care But the views are memorable, the food unbelievable and the locals are unbelievably friendly. Piccola Venezia is a white marble masterpiece with metal, brick and wood hidden in an old fishing town...

The location is wunderful:) The room was very clean, and the breakfast was every morning before the door. It was delicious :) If we needed something it was there for the next morning.

The location was excellent, near both to the beach and the old town. The apartment was very well equipped with kitchenware, it even had olive oil for cooking and different spices. The rooms are really spacious and very clean. Domenico was very pleasant host. It was no problem that we have changed our check-in time arriving at 11pm.

Location is great, 5 minutes walk from the bus terminus and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and Beach areas. Near to Restaurants and shops. Breakfast was typical Italian/Continental style with excellent coffee. Staff were helpful with directions and carried our luggage to and from our room

Everything perfect from the room to breakfast, and what about lunch and dinner taken from their fish delicatessen under the b & b, all super, very good grilled, mixed fried fish made at the moment, wonderful mixed appetizers and with the possibility of eating it comfortably in their room breakfast.Thank you so much for everything

With attention to every detail, this BB offers itself as a small charming hotel in which I was yesterday with a group of photographers. The location is EXCELLENT in a very central street of Chioggia reachable by car and 50 meters from the beautiful navigable canals to photograph both day and night. Impossible not to notice and not to take advantage of the SHOWER WITH TURKISH BATH, never found before...

I really recommend spending your holidays in this cute B&B! We stayed in one of the rooms on the second floor which first of all was really clean and nicely decorated and secondly had air conditioning which saved us from melting due to the hot weather. There also was a fridge, a save for valuables and a big shower with radio and colour changing lights. The B&B is opposite the owners own restaurant...
