Last night we stayed in Trullo Sovrano B & B. It is located outside of Cisternos. It is a quiet and restful atmosphere and has a lovely pool. The rooms were clean and cozy

The host was most helpful and gave us great insight about what to see and where to eat. The pool area was very nice and the breakfast was lovely.

5 stars are not enough! Sleeping in a trullo is an experience that must be done, sleeping here at Trullo Sovrano da Michele even more! The best breakfast I've ever eaten, yes because in the morning Michele will make you find his freshly baked focaccia, mozzarella and ricotta still warm

We spent 4 wonderful days away from the chaos of the city, immersed in the typical nature of the Itria valley, fully experiencing a holiday dedicated to tradition, land, vegetation, art, environment, genuine Apulian cuisine

The host Michele delighted us with his tales worthy of a singer about his beloved land. And he was exhaustive in the advice he gave us to fully enjoy our stay both from a culinary and artistic point of view

The owner is a great resource for things to do in the area. The breakfast spread was truly amazing; homemade foccaica and apple cake, cheeses, yogurt and wonderful fresh fruit

We had a clean, comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking the town. The car park is just outside the hotel, and there is a nice high swimming pool. The staff are polite and helpful

very spacious dining room, good food and service, very pleasant English speaking staff. we also had an excellent night at the Taverna. I stayed 4 nights and will be truly sorry to leave tomorrow morning

Lovely hotel with a nice location. Staff are freindly and happy to assist. Breakfast is not English cooked however hot dog sausage eggs and fried ham slices do the trick. Plenty for fruit and bread lovers

The restaurant serves delicious food. Order the appetizers. Appetizers are probably enough to fill you up. Atmosphere cozy. Super friendly service. Prices reasonable. Avoid the rush arrive before 9 p.m.

B&B a few minutes from Cisternino. Very welcoming, breakfast with homemade products. The owner and his daughter are exquisite people, helpful, friendly and very kind.

The main course (a fish and a mix of fried seafood) was also very delicious. The prices are really moderate. Definitely will come next time

I cannot recommend it enough; it is in a great location which means that you are a short drive to everywhere you want to go, the building has been beautifully restored and has been well furnished, as well as there being a great pool to cool down after a day out & about

All in all we felt so welcome and had a much better experience than if we had been at a hotel; this is my third visit to Puglia and this has been the best accommodation experience I have had & can be easily booked direct through their own website

On top of this the welcome & the way in which you are looked after really is fantastic; we were delivered an amazing breakfast every morning at our choice of time, given a great intro to the area and had our room cleaned every day

Also if you are using GPS off an iPhone it tells you you have reached your destination, you haven't! you need to keep going and it is a little further down the road on the left with a gated entrance and has a little sign

Picturesque experience of life in a trullo. Beautiful trullo, renovated in the details and kept clean. Super views of Cisternino and the valley in between. The host Giuditta is super nice and part of the good experience

"Il Piccolo Trullo" is located in a perfect position in the middle of the countryside but with a nice walk among the characteristic stone walls that surround the properties you get to the center of Cisternino

The last stretch, where there is also a parking lot, is a bit uphill and ends with a "beautiful" staircase, but at the top the view over the Valle d'Itria is spectacular!. and then you are in the center old

The lady who takes care of the trullo is very welcoming, kind and helpful. He manages the structure with great seriousness and precision, but above all with so much passion and love for his land

In 15 minutes you are in Cisternino on foot. Almond patisserie nearby is a good plus. The beds could preferably be a little more durable, given that everything else is very well thought out

The spaces are well organized and furnished with everything you need especially the kitchen (with oven, toaster, electric kettle. even the scissors that you never find !!!)

The location is amazing and in close proximity to Cisternino, a beautiful small town. Very relaxing environment surrounded by olive trees. The rooms are very clean. The staff is really friendly and attentive.

Beautifully refurbished and well managed, Borgo Canonica was a great trullo experience. Our room had an impeccable garden. Despite the rain, it was so nice to stay in the area and this hotel

It is not the typical hotel also because you basically enter this ancient mediterranean village and every room is a little Trullo full of all luxury you can desire in your stay, including the stunning pool or the amazing food of their restaurant
