Hotel Roma

Horrible experience, I would absolutely not recommend this place. They should not work in the tourist industry. I'm chockad. At the check in, we mediately feelt not welcomed, no hello, no eye contact, not even a fake smile. We did not get any introduction to anything, like what's the breakfast hours, what's the wifi code, when does the reception desk close at night etc. He practically trow a room key at us and when we asked about where the elevator could be found, he laughed at us. Breakfast was not worthy. And the check out was ever worse. When I asked him about the direction to the buss station, I got laughed at and answered "it's really not that hard, you have a map in your smartphone". When I repeated my question and said please help me find the station, he gave me the wrong direction and I found that out after being lost for a good amount of time. This hotell is horrible!

What a terrible place. We arrived (by bike) soakingly wet, had no alternative and were forced to pay more than the booking.com price.
Room was ok but overall atmosphere was horrible. These people should not be in hospitality business.
Breakfast well below average.
If you can avoid staying here, please do.
