Nice hotel.

I did not stay at this hotel but unlike others when I asked for a telephone quote for the month of August I was not hastily and coldly cleared by the reception person for the lack of availability but vice versa my needs were listened to, I received useful advice and if I ever find myself in Civitanova Marche with my family I will certainly try to book this property. I do not remember, alas, the name...

Was a very good experience, room clean, good breakfast included, kids friendly, very good position just 5 min by walk to the beach and 5 min to the centre. It's a lot of free parking around but if you don't find they have a garage (paid)

+ free coffee and fruits at anytime + free public parking spots in the neighborhood + clean room and good housekeeping - lights in the window in our room, which you can't switch off (they switch of automatically around 11pm) - private beach isn't a private beach more a corporation with a beach section who are renting out sunbeds / moreover it's not included in the price for the room -> so you can...

Nice room. We have a living room and kitchen. The room is extremely large and clean. Free coffee and fruits.

Stayed here for one night. Smooth check-in. Staff was fluent in English. There is sufficient parking space, infront/around the hotel. Rooms were clean and with 'almost' everything that is expected. The staff went above and beyond to meet the needs of our group. Lovely facilities, especially the outside seating areas. The rooms were well appointed though a bit plain (it is a business hotel). This business hotel is the only hotel in the while aerea that is complete of services. It is also family friendly and has bicycles for families and a huge free parking spot. The hotel is absolutely amazing, views are breathtaking, the most amazing we had during our stay in Italy. Rooms are new and very clean. Make sure you take a room with a pool view - spacious tarrace with georgous views! Service and quality of food at breakfast was great. Restaurant serves very tasty food. Highly recommended!

Very quiet despite being next to a train station. Our room had a next terrace overlooking the main street and sea. Nice breakfast too. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice spacious room with a nice firm bed, very spacious bathroom and shower/tub combo. The A/C actually worked. Sea view room, tidy, clean and spacious as well as the bathroom with large shower. Varied and abundant breakfast. For us, the proximity to the railway has not created any particular disturbance, you can hear the passage of the train but very tolerable. Mr. Paolo very helpful.

Being born in Italy, eating fish in the summer is quite usual but the quality of this place really is top level! Some of the best fish based dishes I had in 29y! The mussels were amazingly fresh and tasty and the service and set up really is something! We enjoyed the terrace for a few hours and drank top wine! Cannot wait to go back, for sure!

Kindness and welcome from all the staff and from Paolo! It is an excellent hotel in a quiet area near the center of Civitanova. Large, modern and very clean rooms. Even the rooms inside facing the railway do not create any disturbance at night! Free or equipped beach in front! Highly recommended! 😍

Always a guarantee !!! Professional, prepared and friendly service. There is nothing to say about the dishes; if it's been there for more than 50 years there is a reason !!! And over the years it has always known how to renew. A praise to a entratina that was served to us made from mussels with a fantastic green sauce so much that my wife who usually doesn't eat mussels ate them !!!

Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. The Hotel has a very good location, just 5 min walk from the beach and few minutes walk from other shops. Our room had a small fridge which we found very helpful.

The place has a home feel to it....just that the air conditioning didn't seem to work and no wifi signal in the room.

Small hotel near to the harbour. Rooms have an air conditioner and a small refrigerator. There is a big parking area behind the hotel and you can reach beaches and night bars in a few minutes by walking.

The place is kept by God, in the sense that there are so many little things and details that make you love this place. Beautiful experience. The details of the place are very accurate. Very nice entrance and large common area. You immediately feel welcomed in the best way- Breakfast is also highly sought after, certainly in one of the best pastry shops in Civitanova Marche. Small notes: it was not very clear how to access the Wi - fi so much so that it was not used and there was not a rather large dustbin in the room...

Characteristic B&B completely renovated however leaving the. Character of the ancient fishermen's houses. If you want a modern mega hotel, change your structure. Here everything is very nice with love and passion for work. A magical night in Civitanova. Highly recommended

Short stay at the sea. The B&B is new, clean and well furnished. Central location near the city center and the sea. Some advice: a more flexible breakfast time, even half an hour longer. I would also have added a drying rack to hang out wet clothes, for example costumes for the sea. and even a wall clock. Good breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Near Villa dei Pini and the city center which can be reached on foot. The landlady was attentive and kind to our requests.

Upon our arrival we found an apartment convenient to the beach (5 minutes by bike, 10 on foot), clean, beautiful and comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful, in fact she also entrusted us with two very comfortable bikes to get around both during the day and in the evening. Excellent welcome, modern well-kept structure, clean, quiet rooms, nothing is missing for breakfast, coffee, croissants, jams, milk, you can also cook, complete everything a beautiful garden in front of the entrance. Villa pini, as well as the city center and railway station, reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot. Special thanks to the owner, for the passage by car to the station.

We stopped for one night to break up the journey that took us to Puglia. Well-kept environment, quiet and relaxing area, a fairly short distance (by car) from the sea, where we took an invigorating walk. The spotless rooms and various things to have breakfast or make a coffee. The owner's husband, who welcomed us, was kind and let us find fresh croissants on the table in the morning.
