Everything practically perfect, welcome and suggestions (e.g. parking), room in order, clean, bathroom all ok. Excellent breakfast. The only flaw is the TV with few channels tuned, but it's really a trifle. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Recently renovated, the Miramare has always been one of the best Hotels in Civitanova and they definitely matched our expectation. Great stay! Recommended

Why put decaffeinated coffee in the room,? The marinated salmon in the restaurant was dreadful

The staff went above and beyond to meet the needs of our group. Lovely facilities, especially the outside seating areas. The rooms were well appointed though a bit plain (it is a business hotel). This is a boutique hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and modern. The views of the coast/beach are great. Filippo M was a super host/bartender/front desk. He went over and above to make us feel welcome. I’d definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

This little hotel is a gem! Nicely renovated with a modern Italian touch, it's right by the beach and you can have a view of the Adriatic Sea from your room if you'd like. I highly recommend it! Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very courteous and happy! Would go back in a heartbeat.

We loved our 2-night stay at this beautiful and comfortable hotel. Just a couple minutes walk from the beach - a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was also very friendly and polite. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at the Ghibli hotel for a couple of days. The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. Quite luxurious. Our room had a nice ocean view. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great beach access. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.Despite being adjacent to the station, the rooms are soundproofed, ours is on the central avenue but no noise. locals. I would say it met every expectation.

I did not stay at this hotel but unlike others when I asked for a telephone quote for the month of August I was not hastily and coldly cleared by the reception person for the lack of availability but vice versa my needs were listened to, I received useful advice and if I ever find myself in Civitanova Marche with my family I will certainly try to book this property. Was a very good experience, room clean, good breakfast included, kids friendly, very good position just 5 min by walk to the beach and 5 min to the centre. It's a lot of free parking around but if you don't find they have a garage (paid)

We spent one night in this hotel which is far from the beach, but in an area far from street noise. The structure looks good externally, with private and fenced parking. Internally very dated and the worst thing is the carpet in the bedroom! Very spacious room with air conditioning and fully equipped bathroom, but the carpet was full of stains and dirt residues. Very quaint hotel. I traveled with both my sister and daughter and our room was a perfect size. Erica and her family who runs this place were so very kind and helpful to us. I have been a guest of this hotel in two different situations, always for work trips. The staff is always very friendly and very professional, the rooms with modern furnishings are always very clean and offer SKY to customers. The hotel also has a large TV room with tables and armchairs for reading magazines and newspapers. The breakfast offer is also good, both sautéed and sweet. Very central location...

Pleasant stay, helpful staff, shame that the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not 4 stars. We reported it immediately upon our arrival in the room, the staff did everything possible to overcome the inconvenience, arranging for further cleaning. I'm sorry to make this note, I realize that some misunderstandings can happen to those who work intensely for a whole season.

We stayed 5 days in this hotel. We found ourselves very well. The hotel is located on the seafront and is not far from the center. It is welcoming and very clean. The staff is very kind and available for every need. Very good food and with generous portions. We highly recommend it!

The place is kept by God, in the sense that there are so many little things and details that make you love this place. The garden is gorgeous, the rooms are stunning, I really mean, especially for the good price. Sea view room, tidy, clean and spacious as well as the bathroom with large shower. Varied and abundant breakfast. For us, the proximity to the railway has not created any particular disturbance, you can hear the passage of the train but very tolerable. Mr. Paolo very helpful.

Being born in Italy, eating fish in the summer is quite usual but the quality of this place really is top level! Some of the best fish based dishes I had in 29y! The mussels were amazingly fresh and tasty and the service and set up really is something! We enjoyed the terrace for a few hours and drank top wine! Cannot wait to go back, for sure!

Always a guarantee !!! Professional, prepared and friendly service. There is nothing to say about the dishes; if it's been there for more than 50 years there is a reason !!! And over the years it has always known how to renew. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Near Villa dei Pini and the city center which can be reached on foot. The landlady was attentive and kind to our requests.

Upon our arrival we found an apartment convenient to the beach (5 minutes by bike, 10 on foot), clean, beautiful and comfortable. Excellent welcome, modern well-kept structure, clean, quiet rooms, nothing is missing for breakfast, coffee, croissants, jams, milk, you can also cook, complete everything a beautiful garden in front of the entrance. Villa pini, as well as the city center and railway station, reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot. Special thanks to the owner, for the passage by car to the station.

We stopped for one night to break up the journey that took us to Puglia. Well-kept environment, quiet and relaxing area, a fairly short distance (by car) from the sea, where we took an invigorating walk. The spotless rooms and various things to have breakfast or make a coffee. The owner's husband, who welcomed us, was kind and let us find fresh croissants on the table in the morning. Small hotel near to the harbour. Rooms have an air conditioner and a small refrigerator. There is a big parking area behind the hotel and you can reach beaches and night bars in a few minutes by walking.

The beaches and the promenade can be reached on foot in a few minutes, such as the delightful port, the fish market right in front where you can eat a fantastic fry and the city center.
