This business hotel is the only hotel in the while aerea that is complete of services. It is also family friendly and has bicycles for families and a huge free parking spot. Large rooms, parking now also with electricity, breakfast is always varied and plentiful. It would have required more sockets in the room to keep the lights on, but that's ok. Impossible to get to without a car and nothing to visit on foot

I often go to this hotel, I am very pleased. Very kind staff, the rooms are always clean, four-legged friends are welcome and well served, we arrived in the rooms for towels with bowls for them. Hearty and always fresh breakfast, very good to eat in the restaurant.

I did not stay at this hotel but unlike others when I asked for a telephone quote for the month of August I was not hastily and coldly cleared by the reception person for the lack of availability but vice versa my needs were listened to, I received useful advice and if I ever find myself in Civitanova Marche with my family I will certainly try to book this property. Was a very good experience, room clean, good breakfast included, kids friendly, very good position just 5 min by walk to the beach and 5 min to the centre. It's a lot of free parking around but if you don't find they have a garage (paid)

We spent one night in this hotel which is far from the beach, but in an area far from street noise. The structure looks good externally, with private and fenced parking. Internally very dated and the worst thing is the carpet in the bedroom! Very spacious room with air conditioning and fully equipped bathroom, but the carpet was full of stains and dirt residues. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. The Hotel has a very good location, just 5 min walk from the beach and few minutes walk from other shops. Our room had a small fridge which we found very helpful.

Very quaint hotel. I traveled with both my sister and daughter and our room was a perfect size. Erica and her family who runs this place were so very kind and helpful to us. The place has a home feel to it....just that the air conditioning didn't seem to work and no wifi signal in the room.

Sea view room, tidy, clean and spacious as well as the bathroom with large shower. Varied and abundant breakfast. For us, the proximity to the railway has not created any particular disturbance, you can hear the passage of the train but very tolerable. Mr. Paolo very helpful.

Being born in Italy, eating fish in the summer is quite usual but the quality of this place really is top level! Some of the best fish based dishes I had in 29y! The mussels were amazingly fresh and tasty and the service and set up really is something! We enjoyed the terrace for a few hours and drank top wine! Cannot wait to go back, for sure!

Kindness and welcome from all the staff and from Paolo! It is an excellent hotel in a quiet area near the center of Civitanova. Large, modern and very clean rooms. Even the rooms inside facing the railway do not create any disturbance at night! Free or equipped beach in front! Highly recommended! 😍

Always a guarantee !!! Professional, prepared and friendly service. There is nothing to say about the dishes; if it's been there for more than 50 years there is a reason !!! And over the years it has always known how to renew. A praise to a entratina that was served to us made from mussels with a fantastic green sauce so much that my wife who usually doesn't eat mussels ate them !!!

Small hotel near to the harbour. Rooms have an air conditioner and a small refrigerator. There is a big parking area behind the hotel and you can reach beaches and night bars in a few minutes by walking.
