Nice accommodation in an absolutely undisturbed environment - you will only meet roe deer, fallow deer and wild boars. The only drawback is the last approx. 1 km of unpaved access road - the low chassis definitely has a problem But the sunset and complete silence make up for everything

The house has a unique location. In the middle of a nature reserve. The way is very adventurous the last km. Not possible with a sports car. We loved staying here! We decided to make a last minute stop here because we had booked a wine tour and the room was perfect! The breakfast was just what we needed each morning and it was right next to the restaurant in town with the most beautiful view. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend!

Visited as performers for a wedding and what can I say- a true gem from start to finish! We were greeted and served by the loveliest and most accommodating staff. The castle and village looked like a painting on top of a hill. The rooms were well appointed, had bars on my windows as my room was on the outer wall of the village. The restaurant, pool and other great facilities were at the bottom of the hill . The Count gave us a great talk on the local wines and graciously help get some of us down the hill for dinner.Need a vehicle to get there but worth it

I love this place. Family owned and the service is great. Lovely breakfast. We stayed in the superior rooms and although the rooms are unique, they are spacious. The owners put a cooler in both rooms as it was hot.

The lady who helped us check in was really nice. We got free prosecco when we arrived. The parking was really nice, there was a small parking space behind the house, a really safe place to park your car. We we're really happy when we saw the room, everything was very clean and we slept really good in the bed. In the morning it was possible to buy some coffee and a croissant.

We stopped at this lovely hotel for a short stop during a family road trip. The hotel was lovely, but the staff is even better. Ms. Fabiana was absolutely lovely. So welcoming and kind to our children. Highly recommend as she will make you feel right at home.

We had an amazing dinner, we went for the fish menù: it was huge and everything really tasting. We were a big group and still the service was perfect. They welcomed us with prosecco, then 3 different starters, 2 types of pasta, 2 main dishes and dessert! All served with good white wine, plus coffee, limoncello and grappa at the end! Very easy to reach B&B, about five minutes from the Monte San Savino motorway exit. Quiet and welcoming place, we booked a quadruple room consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a spacious bathroom. As soon as you enter you notice the care for the furnishings and cleaning which is always a pleasure .... The lady is kind and helpful she welcomed us around 11 pm. A lot of attention...

My family and I stayed only one night in the Estate room as we were passing through. Spotless, quiet and welcoming place. If there is an opportunity we will be back very happy! Even our little dog had a great time !!

Those who park at the rear may not be particularly impressed by the aesthetics of this structure (the front is very nice) but, as soon as you enter, you realize the exceptional quality of this place. Very clean and modern rooms, spacious and equipped like a multi-starred hotel, excellent breakfast, tranquility, courteous and discreet management by an owner of exceptional elegance. We got married here in 2011, and we always bring friends here. When we visited this weekend, we had a wonderful dinner with friends. The maltagliati, millefoglie di lasagne and pizza were excellent as usual. Patrizio and Rosanna are wonderful hosts and remember us like family.

A true paradise among olive trees, poppies, roses and woods, with an exceptional view over the village of Monte San Savino, reachable in 4 minutes where there is everything, even an emergency room. Nothing was missing in the apartment for two with a glazed kitchen overlooking the pool + village, fully equipped in the kitchen and bathroom, but the owner was very willing to help me for special needs...

Very quiet place to relax. As a point of support, if you want to visit the wonders of Tuscany, VERY comfortable. The different types of apartments (we have used two different ones) have been welcoming and comfortable.

Stay of 11 days with half board, with our 3 year old daughter. Everything was perfect. Hearty breakfasts and excellent meals. Local cuisine, varied and only with quality products. The setting is beautiful and really very relaxing. The swimming pool is very clean and very pleasant. The location is ideal for discovering Tuscany, we really enjoyed our vacation.
