Lovely luxury hotel in a great location. Beautiful comfortable rooms and really fabulous bar (and bartender!) Only not 5* due to the dog policy: they are allowed to stay but not go in the restaurant or gardens. For me it would be better just to disallow them, as it’s complicated otherwise

Be careful NOT to follow the navigator's indication to arrive MA go towards the campsite and turn left (signposted). Quiet place, normal cost, location a little out of the way but Cogne is small, it's good to walk a little. Owners friendly, rooms ok and preparation.

We stayed here 1 night in mid February. The hotel is kept clean and characterized by a wonderful atmosphere, also thanks to the wonderful fireplace in the center of the hall. The room (standard type) was comfortable and equipped with everything. The pride of the cuisine and the kindness of the owners. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at this quaint hotel for 5 days. Very good typical Aosta Valley cuisine and very friendly owners. Excellent room cleaning. For all these reasons, I would recommend it to anyone wishing to spend a pleasant holiday in this very pretty town, nestled in the Gran Paradiso National Park.

Small hotel near the center of Cogne. The rooms have comfortable balconies from which you have a splendid view of the gran paradiso or the mont blanc. The beds are comfortable even if the furnishing of the rooms could be modernized and improved with minibar and safe. The common areas are traditional and comfortable. It's not expensive and the rooms have all you need in a mountain lodging. It's also a bar so if you wanna hang out in the garden in front and sip a beer you're welcome to. We were planning a week in Val d'Aosta and some experienced mountaineer advised to come here. Run by a family from more than fifity years, a delightful lady named Darma will take you back to a different time, made of kindness, fair prices, nice cooking and tidiness. Restaurant was pretty good, we went there twice, first time we had pretty good experience other than waiting few minutes for gentlemen that was busy chatting with other workers. Barman had to ask for him several times before he came to register. Excellent place. Family run with nice and personal owners who work hard to make sure everything goes right. Clean and confortable rooms decorated in a quirky way. Excellent restaurant (possibly the only one during summer in the village). Among others great dishes, best gnocchi a la Valdostana. The ubiquitous polenta Valdostana is also one of the best I had in the village.

Traditional family-run business: you’ll find a warm hospitality and a selection of typical dishes. Must taste: fontina and crema di Cogne! Warning: the risk is eating too much!;)

I found the places in common very beautiful and characteristic of the place. Breakfasts and dinners in the norm, however all good and plentiful. The room clean, large, perhaps to be modernized a bit. You don't get wi-fy in the room but they say they did. Advise

Delightful outdoor area with tables, umbrellas and a few deckchairs arranged on a beautiful lawn where it is possible to stop and relax at any time for breakfast, lunch, snack or aperitif enjoying the beautiful panorama in complete tranquility. I got a scone here for lunch post excursion to gimillan. Very good. Quick service and excellent location for those who want to enjoy a well-deserved post-excursion break. The scone I got was with snot and thyme toma.

I had the most spectacular stay at The Bellevue and can’t wait to return. The facilities and service was exceptional with amazing attention to detail. The spa facilities were excellent. I believe this hotel is great value for money given the views, free transfers to hiking locations at any time you like, afternoon teas included and access to the terrace for a drink/dining or relaxing.
