The location is perfect with amazing view. We loved the swimming pool, garden, silence, grill, terrace, just everything around the apartment. It's great starting point for trips to beautiful cities (Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Pisa…).

Very nice farmhouse surrounded by greenery, friendliness and helpfulness, very spacious rooms with everything needed. Relaxation and "silence" are guaranteed. We will definitely be back. 😉

We spent only one night here, in two people, and we found a welcoming, elegant and well-kept environment. The owner, Carlotta, very helpful and kind. The room assigned to us, unfortunately, did not have a bathroom but the reference room was reserved only for us. "Strategic" area, I recommend it!

I stayed at this hotel for the Collinarea Festival, for a couple of nights. Really pleasant experience, and recommended. We had a great night at Il Frutteto. Fabio and his crew took great care of us. The restaurant is a quiet place, has a great ambiance, and overlooks the green hills around Lari. In the garden are herbs, olve trees and fruit trees. The menu has something for everyone, everything is fresh and homemade. Great wines too, try the typical wines from the region. For sure a place to go back to! Highly recommended

Very nice and quiet place. Nice and clean rooms and surroundings with a much needed (hot weather) and loved swimming pool. The restaurant is exceptionally good and can only be recommended. That the prices are very fair only makes you want to eat at this place even more.

Extra staff: very nice and available. They even accommodated us at 8 p.m. However, there is no one there and no way to contact them. You have to go to the san ruffino resort. Decent accommodation, just decent cleaning, very clean kitchen and fridge. On the other hand, abandoned garden and dirty and unusable furniture. This is a great place to escape to the country. So peaceful to lay in a hammock or chat with friends outside or swim in the pool. You're surrounded by olive trees and beauty. Owners are onsight and are very helpful. We come here every year to relax and rejuvenate.

This was a clean, quiet B&B with a friendly and informative host. The villa was about half a mile (a lovely walk) from some great restaurants (try Pizzeria Nel Mio Piccolo!). Although we didn’t use it, there was a nice, private pool on the property. We have stayed there in summer of 2016 for a week, driving every day to different spots. Nice place. We had owner's apartment in front of building. Big garden, private Jacuzzi, private parking with gate for us only. Unfortunately it was early July, so we couldn't really enjoy fruits and vegetables yet growing in the other garden. Just lemons. This hotel is so good and it offers many things like grilling, a swimming pool and very respectfull employess. The hotel is not with rooms but 2 story villas and a personal parking. The nature around this place is everywhere, you even have pets like a tortoise or a dog that you can play with. This hotel offers high security and cameras. Our family of four stayed here this week. Nice room with ample space for four, the most wonderful surroundings, nice staf and a nice clean pool with bar to cool you down in the extreme summer heat. The restaurant serves realy nice Italian food. Better than expected. Only the included breakfast was a little basic.

Nice place. Service superb!!! My wife ordered a Fillet steak. It arrived very rare almost blue. Asked staff if they could cook it a little more. There was no problem at all. Completely new steak arrived cooked perfectly (medium) ! Everything else was all good. Will definitely come back soon.

Blueberry pie for breakfast was delicious! Wonderful scenic location on a large olive Grove with grape vines and classic Tuscany scenery. Staff is 100% friendly and goes the extra mile for special requests. Room was small and quaint. Pool was fun and refreshing. We didn't eat but heard excellent reviews and the restaurant was full into the late evening.
