I stayed 1 week in this hotel in a sea view room. Wonderful awakening at dawn. Clean rooms Excellent. Exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner always the freshest fish. Small minus the bathroom in the room a bit 'Small. But there is the kindness and savoir faire of all the staff that makes you forget small defections. Matteo the owner and Chiara always available and kind. We will definitely be back...

Already the arrival is the welcome by the receptionist staff does a lot ... 😀, but also by the staff in charge of the rooms. Beautiful sea front view and nice relaxation on the beach offered by the management. You deserve these considerations.

Stay from 4 to 6 June ... very positive experience .. extreme kindness and helpfulness on the part of the staff .. careful cleaning of both the rooms and the common areas ... and breakfast up to expectations ... definitely to be recommended .. already done!

The location is splendid, but we have not been told clearly that the hotel only offers half board (with dinner), and the photos hide the fact that the nearby structure is undergoing complete renovation. The room lacks a balcony, but it is spacious and clean. Friendly staff, even if a little inattentive.

Beautiful location, right in front of the beach. The cost for chair & umbrella are all inclusive so there’s no need to rent. Decent clean rooms with balcony with sea view though there might be noises from the train tracks but it’s not a problem for us. The parking spots are the public ones so they fill up fast.

It is a nice pension even if a little dated but well kept, the food is good and I cannot strategically close to the sea expect more, the prices are adequate

From this experience I understood why it is called Primo Sole, breathtaking view! "Modern" rooms for 10 euros per night compared to the "old" ones, good compromise. Very friendly staff but with some reservations.

We had the most pleasant stay at Baia Marina. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. Went above and beyond to offer also vegetarian options for every meal. The whole hotel is very pretty and clean. The beach chalet is just outside the door and offers an excellent bar with elaborate drinks at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotels this trip, with a lovely staff (perfect English speaking), a great location (five steps from the beach) for a very good price! We hope to come back soon! (Thank you for all your service, we are recommending you to everybody who wants to visit the Adriatic coast.)

Were here for the last two weeks of May. We were 5 minutes from the sea and enjoyed the great weather. Rooms were clean and well equipped with climate control and mosquito protection on all windows and doors. German TV, great view of the Mare. You can hear the highway a bit... It wasn't bothersome for us coming from a big city with more noise

Nice place, surrounded by greenery, good air, quiet with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. Poor breakfast. A few minutes from the seaside state road and the beaches. A car is essential for getting around.

Clean and comfortable, Marco could not have been kinder or more helpful! The kitchen area was spotless and although i didn't use it ( i dined out) it would have been very helpful. The road is noisy, but shutting the window helped a lot.

"The beautiful Italy" Super bungalow: clean, fresh, spacious and equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils. Bright and large bathroom (also for the disabled). Comfortable and tidy common spaces: bathrooms, play areas, swimming pool with super sun beds ... even mattresses for sunbathing !!! Fantastic entertainment that involved children and guests of all ages with very well organized, engaging, active...

I stayed for a week on a half board basis in the bungalow. Very simple breakfast only sweet, if you wanted salty you had to ask for it.The guys in the room at the first experiences. there was no socket for the hairdryer or razor, always in the bathroom there was a mirror without light. Overall decent for being outdoors not too close to the sea. In the country only essential for families.

We stayed at the cupra until yesterday. We had a great time. Excellent food (the only flaw ... the timetable) a little late for those with children like us (13h for lunch 20h for dinner). Simple campsite, well priced. There's the usual problem of noisy neighbors at inappropriate hours and the sound of "animazione" near the bar during certain evenings. There's no toilet paper in the bathrooms (which is fine) and the bar doesn't have much, but it's only a 5 min drive from the beach and supermarket. It's a good homebase for going around this area.

Tasty breakfast, beautiful views of beach and the old village. Hosts were helpful with booking dinners and giving shortcuts to reach the bottom of the hill. We were able to check in early too which was a great bonus.
