Great hotel by the seaside with an excellent staff. Forgot my ID and Sylvia and Francesca were kind enough to bring it to Ancona's airport to avoid missing my flight. Thank you so much for everything!

The breakfast was excellent, there was a lot of variety and the hotel was near the beach which was convenient. The staff were amazing and friendly, we arrived at the hotel really late due to flight cancellations but they made our stay very comfortable. The hotel was clean and facilities were good.

Comfortable rooms and bathroom. Matress of bed very good. The cleaning was excellent. Every day clean towels, bedsheets and pillow cases. Large sliding windows which made the room very luminous. Staff extremely courteous and accomadating. Beach in front of hotel with umbrella and beds for special prices. I would return here any time. I really felt pampered!

The view from the estate is of calm security and the interior, with welcome and genuine simplicity, the staff always wants to add something beautiful and new to the days in which it is open as musical Events of readings or other. Two small flaws for me: to be open only on weekends and the road to enter because it is unpaved and uphill, but otherwise I will be pleased to return.

Great Food, Local very welcoming ... and the desserts just fantastic

I highly recommend the hotel, we spent a week there, the food is very tasty. Definitely a large selection of breakfast products, not only croissants but also yogurts, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, etc. Lunches and dinners are also very tasty. Very nice service. We stayed at the Villa degli Ulivi with our large family for the first three weeks of August 2021. What can I say? A simply wonderful place where we have left a piece of our heart. Stayed with a group of 12 people. Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Very well-kept garden. Great pool. Kitchens equipped with all utensils. But above all the kindness, availability and courtesy of the owners make it a special place. Recommended for a holiday with friends.

A b & b with all the trimmings. Cozy and clean rooms, called with 8 names of the winds, a nice fridge available with a dedicated shelf for each room just to avoid confusion. Absolutely a welcoming place and there is everything you need. We stayed for 4 nights ... close on foot, there is everything you need from the pizzeria, bar, butchers with ready meals, tobacconist, bus stop and supermarket. Enrico a very exquisite person.

I received a beautiful welcome, I felt at home thanks to the hospitality of Giacomo and Emanuele. Two serious brothers but at the same time easy going. Beautiful garden with animals (goats, rabbits, chickens and their dog, Floki, always very sociable)

Clean but too basic, the breakfast an absolute no go, sweet biscuits already prepared the night before and since we did not have breakfast there they were still there on the second morning. No bread, no sausage, no butter. No information about the Wi-Fi. So, the reviews of the others unfortunately can not understand.

Spaces (bedrooms and living room with kitchenette) of large size, modern, pleasantly furnished, well air-conditioned and quiet. Mr. Michele deserves a 10+ for friendliness, sympathy and has excellently advised us on places to eat. The breakfast (included) is complete and satisfies all palates.

I stayed for 2 nights, the property is located 5 minutes from Porto San Giorgio and 2 minutes from standstill, I really liked the swimming pool, ideal for those who like me have children. the rooms are spotless and welcoming, wonderful terrace, very good breakfast at the bar.

Without a doubt the most beautiful place to stay for a holiday with children in this region of Italy. Close to the sea. The restaurant provides excellent food. The rooms are cozy and the playground for children is amazing. The pool is great and the staff is super friendly.

Very nice farm located near a road with moderate traffic, however, due to being positioned in the top of a hill, it is immersed in a lush grove, it must be said that it does not have the problems of being close to the road while having the convenience of it! An elegant setting in an ancient building located in one of the main streets of the city. Excellent hospitality, very comfortable beds, which after a car trip that lasted several hours, was what we needed. Kindness and silence, to guarantee a good rest. And then Fermo, which is absolutely worth a visit.

Family stay in a large apartment (Altana) tastefully furnished and equipped with everything inside the Romani Adami building. It is also important that the structure is located in the historic center so that you can reach the square with its bars and the Cathedral of Fermo in a few minutes on foot. We loved our stay in the ‘Woodhouse’ apartment. It is very quiet and peaceful, with a delightful courtyard to sit in outside. The rooms were very clean and airy, the bed large and comfortable. The location is excellent - very close to the centre of town, cafes and restaurants. We highly recommend Palazzo Romani Adami.

I discovered a welcoming accommodation, in a beautiful green garden. It is located in the center of the town, from which you can reach all the beauty of Fermo on foot, and the sea at a maximum of 15 minutes by car. The Barn, where we stayed, is in my heart: large spaces and well divided, with all the comforts at hand. Definitely recommend it and will be back. Thanks to the hostess and her staff

Nice calm B&B in Fermo

It is very nice at the foot of the medieval gate. The owner is very welcoming and the room is very spacious. Beautiful view from the small terrace and breakfast with local products. Too bad the Spa was closed for construction, but on the other hand it was late November.

This beautiful, comfortable and incredibly charming place is conveniently located within Fermo's walls. The staff anticipate you needs and make you feel at ease and welcomed. Just a cautionary advice: if you do not have European 101 driving skills, leave the car outside the walls (the streets are narrow, steep and you will have to maneuver within a couple of inches from other cars and stone walls)

For the price, we stay in a beautiful palazzo. We have a nice bathroom, kitchen, and large aircon bedroom with painting on the ceiling. We have access to a nice lounge, shared. Location is right in the middle of the old city (beware of parking, narrow and vertical streets)
