Hotel Promenade in Gabicce Mare

A pleasant and welcoming stay
The Hotel Promenade certainly has the charm of a building from another era: a bit dated and with rooms that seem "adjusted" over time, it would certainly benefit from a renovation to fully realize its potential.
That said, the stay was pleasant in many ways. The staff is kind, friendly, and always available, eager to make you feel at home. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, perfect for a true rest, and the breakfast is generous, with plenty of choice and fresh produce.
Overall, a good experience, especially for those seeking a warm welcome and a restful sleep rather than modern design.

I was on vacation for two weeks with my partner and I have to say that everything was perfect. We felt like family; they resolved our issues quickly and efficiently. The chef delighted us with his delicacies, and the maitre d' performed his duties with a smile, skill, and courtesy. The night manager was always available to answer our every request. Maura and Giorgio were always available to make our stay enjoyable. I have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect: the food, the cleanliness, the comfort, and the sea view made even better by the location. Many thanks to all the staff.

The rooms are fine, as is the location; nothing special. What makes the hotel special is the human touch: reception, housekeeping, and dining room staff—all kind, polite, and warmhearted. The food is also on another level; I would have extended my stay just for that. Special praise goes to receptionist Arianna, probably the most cheerful person on the Adriatic coast, and to the new waiter, who served us perfectly for ten days, despite it being his first season. Thanks again!

The property is a bit dated, but well-maintained; our room was a bit small but comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner were varied and plentiful, simple but tasty.
Parking is available for guests, but must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. upon checkout because there are limited parking spaces.
Overall, a classic Riviera hotel, with the warm welcome and courtesy that distinguishes them.

One night experience in B&B solution. The staff is kind and helpful, the hotel is basic and clean, the triple room is the right size for a short stay, the location is on the border with the park (you arrive with an uphill walk to Gabicce monte and with a walk to Gabicce mare ), the good typically Italian breakfast although there is no shortage of savory foods. On the first day we were able to park for free in the hotel spaces and on the second day in the municipal spaces opposite (daily cost 10 euros). Overall it was an excellent solution both for walks in the park and for a relaxing day on the beach.

I spent a few days in this hotel and had a great time. Excellent location: a shaded street takes you directly to the beach. Well maintained and served by a bar/restaurant. The hotel's cuisine is more than excellent. Courteous, helpful and attentive staff. Renovated rooms. The only negative note is that the bathrooms and general furnishings are a little dated.

Excellent location on the sea. Service and courtesy first. Varied menu and all delicious. Homemade pasta. Spectacular desserts. Rooms nothing special but at the seaside it's fine like this.
