We had an amazing time at the Post Alpina this July. We traveled with our young 10 month old daughter and everything was so comfortable. The hotel has its own unique charm being in chalet style structures and surrounded by nature.
The pictures online and in various reviews give a true and fair representation of the property itself. The staff are really amazing and provided us all the support we could ask for. At breakfast they prepared fresh scrambled eggs without salt for our baby. We ended up cooking most other meals in the room kitchenette. We enjoyed the pool, the baby playroom and various walks and excursions outdoors.

Stayed at Post Alpina and was very disappointed. With so many good reviews I was expecting it to be great.
It is listed as a 4* hotel and it did not live up to this. We booked a chalet and it was just a room within the hotel with a small front decking, and our bedroom window looked out onto the interior stairwell. In the "kitchen" they did not supply a kettle or toaster, the fridge was switched to off so the food we put in there went off overnight. They also did not supply any tea, coffee, oil, salt etc. The facilities are very basic, there was also no iron or ironing board in the room. The TV is very old and does not have smart functionality like Netflix.
They did not make up the room, even though we left the please clean room sign on the door so we contacted reception and they said that they do not clean the room until after we leave. So no fresh towels for the week we stayed.

Front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming. Blonde woman at check in should be retrained and should be taught basic manners, it felt like she was harassing us at every turn, accusing us of having more than 2 people in room, when only a friend we met had breakfast with us. Hotel rooms were very nice and the waiters were very good as well. The front desk team and pool team were horrible and really ruined our stay with their bad attitude. The stay would be 5 stars but because of how we were treated unfortunately I really can not give it more than 1 Star. Hopefully this gets addressed so this does not repeat.

Pros:
very nice view out of the apartment, we had direct access to the pool.
Apartment was clean.
Trekking stroller is provided.
Cons:
Parking garage is completely dark. It’s hard to unpack the car with no light when you have to find the kids’ toys all over the place.
Personnel entered our apartment without knocking 2 times. This is unacceptable.
Trash: waste sorting is suggested but they don’t provide bins or trash bags. Where am I supposed to sort my trash?!

Amzing family hotel. Big chalets with living room, fireplace, separate bedroom, kitchen and large terrace. Outdoor heated pool, indoor pool, spa, sauna, gym. Fantastic restaurant and breakfast. Friendly staff.

Great place just in front on the lifts. Inside there is a good restaurant, nice spa, sky rent. Everything is very good, i find just overpriced

Amazing hotel, great facilities with indoor parking right in front of the ski goldola and bike rent. Amazing attention to details during your stay, from noticing birthdays on passports, to amazing meals and great entertainment for kids. Great location, modern and great looking facility and fantastic area where to spend time with a family. We'll definitely be back
