Beautiful restaurant and great menu. Nice place and owner and staff really very helpful, kind and extremely efficient. Importantly, it is not a hotel for covidiots. Here we don't use a mask or a cazzpass. By frequenting this enchanting place, you completely forget this last year and a half of media-terrorist propaganda. I advise.

Great hotel where you can stay in relax without worrying of vaccines, pcr tests, mask, (a)social distance and other useless nazist rules. Run by a great family with still the old traditional hospitality sense and care for each guest. If you too belive that we, human beings, should live free without governmental pressure for nazist-like and useless health treatments, give support to this place.

Lovely place, excellent service, live music fridays, must see.

We had a lovely stay here! The hotel is easily accessible, clean and stunning. The view is unbeatable - and it’s nice to be able to enjoy it during the day from the indoor or outdoor pool, and at night from the restaurant or bar. We did the half board, and the food was quite good. We loved that the menu changed everyday. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Naturhotel Leitlhof is a must visit. Location and views are incredible, staff welcoming and attentive, and the food - most of which is produced at their own organic farm - is exceptional. In particular the peaceful outdoor pool with a spectacular mountain view and the restaurant are to die for. Amazing hotel, great facilities with indoor parking right in front of the ski goldola and bike rent. It was my 2nd visit and absolutely loved my stay at Joas. The hosts and the staff are super friendly and professional, and the hotel is in a perfect location for a ski trip. German style sauna was amazing too, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious with local produce. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Superb! The Joas Team did everything, and more, to ensure that our stay is as relaxing as possible. The rooms all have incredible views of the Dolomites, the welcome drink sets the professionalism in a master-class of hospitality. There is a reason we have visited 3 times in the space of 2 years. Beautiful and comfortable hotel. The stuff is amazing and very nice. There is fine wellness with all the saunas, whirlpools and pool. I loved calm tearoom and piano. Rooms are super comfy and well equpied. But absolutely best is food. All the dishes looked and tasted amazingly. If you like fine food, this is the place.

Lovely family hotel. The rooms are spacious, stuff very kind and they are really good at meeting guests needs. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use their sauna and pool.

The place is really nice and it's conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the town center. It has an amazing view! Breakfast was wonderful. Very confortable bed. Beautiful appartment. But the best thing about it were the hosts, Ciro and Ingrid, who went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their hospitality was truly exceptional and made my trip even more enjoyable.

We stayed in the two-room apartment and had a great time. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The location is excellent, very close to the center in two minutes you are in the pedestrian area. The manager Ciro very kind and helpful. We will definitely be going back

Excellent location near the center but out of the confusion, near the train and bus station and cycle and pedestrian paths, close to easy paths and 600 meters from the chairlift and a few kilometers from the gondola to monte elmo. Torn on this place. Everything within the hotel's powers was great. The free destination charging was the biggest draw, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food great and the location... Convenient. The manager/owner was a great chap, who made a point of coming around to everyone during the evening meal. However, while the Italians may like a warm room, pasty white northern Europeans not...

We just ate there, food was okay, service was fine too, the portion of pasta was quite small and the table we were sat on was tiny for 3 people, its fine for eating a small quantity before going on a bike ride.

Super friendly staff in the bar, amazing hot chocolate :) I totally recommend it.

Great buffet and meals

The hotel bar is quite good, menù has nothing special, but the location is in the centre of the village so you can drink something in one of the most wonderful sudtirol town.

Our stay at the Orso Grigio Hotel was outstanding in every detail. This experience was design to provide us with the utmost comfort but, nevertheless, we felt that we were at home in every moment. Franz, our host, was flawless. The Spa is really cozy, the restaurant marvels you every time and the overall experience is what you can call a true, relaxing, and vacation.

Cozy structure located 5 minutes walk from the center of San Candido. Very kind and helpful staff, rooms okay. We did not take advantage of the dinner but we can say that the breakfast was very varied and of a high standard, served as a buffet respecting the Anticovid standards.

Delightful apartment, with attention to detail and perfectly equipped. Each space is best used to offer maximum comfort and functionality. The decor is warm and welcoming and reflects the love and attention to detail of a hostess who is attentive to the well-being of her guests. The view of the Baranci from the small terrace is breathtaking.

Great dinner with such a variety of appetizers and salads and good choice for the main course and unbelievable breakfast buffet. Everything from the owner, to his wife and son and the ladies working at the restaurant were doing everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. The great SPA was the cherry on the top of the cake.

Me and my parents stayed here in September with half-board condition. It was near Tre Cime in car distance and in a quiet place. Breakfast had various kinds of food and the taste was also good. You can also use sauna if only staying over two nights. And the personnels were kind and freindly, so we didn’t have any discomfort or problems. The only flaw was their shower booth. Quite cramped so had not...

this hotel us situated only a few minutes walking to the centre of San Candido. The rooms are very big and clean. I loved the breakfast buffet and the dinner, the food was amazing and all the waiters are very nice. I am celiac and I had no problem in eating at this hotel, they gave me very high end products from Schar. The pool and the sauna are great, there is also a room where kids can play.

Very fast service. They even had a chair for our 9 months old daughter and there is a changing table on the bathroom. It was good for a quick bite. Unfortunately we could not try nothing more than. A sandwich, but in case we have the chance we will get back there.

This review is about the café and not the hotel. Great service, fresh products, reasonable prices. In my opinion it is much better that restaurants around here. Their coffee is quality and the snacks are very satisfying.
