Very suggestive ancient structure in local stone, spacious apartments, taps and toilets to be modernized. Breakfast to rethink, frozen croissants, some soft fruit and poorly kept in the fridge because it is frozen, no typical handcrafted products. Pity. Excellent location because you can easily reach places such as Modica Marzamemi Noto in a radial pattern

Nice place, very close to the beach, with dedicated parking right in front the apartment. The apartment was clean and with all the services and furniture needed for a long stay (washing machine, etc.) The residebce has a pool, however they have access hours and the use of swimming cap is required. Overall a good stay.

Was a wonderful experience and just a crossed the street from the beach. Also great for biking. The owner was very accommodating and even allowed to check out late in the evening instead of the standard 11am check out time.

Wow, this place exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing, the hotel spotless and the breakfast excellent. We would definitely stay here again!! The front desk people were very accommodating. This is a nice hotel, quite comfortable but noise carries through the rooms. In fairness the room was quiet during the night. Room is simple but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice too as you get choice of different pastry and drinks. The building is located in a very good area as everything is close to it. I can only recommend this hotel, it is perfect for a short stay.

Stone house, located in the Modica countryside, offers stone houses of different sizes to accommodate couples or families. Located in a large well-kept garden with swimming pool. Everything was great except for the restaurant manager, whose attitude was appalling. He seemed to go out of his way to ruin our evening - clearly more interested in asserting control over a group of women than providing good service. It felt like he was on a power trip, taking himself far too seriously. Really disappointing behaviour in an otherwise lovely place.

Very comfortable rooms in a well finished and smart hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. One major benefit of this location is the superb top class restaurant with the chef Claudio Ruta, who specialises in using local ingredients from the region. Well worth a visit.

This boutique hotel is right next to a gas station on the roadside. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Parking is very convenient. The service is polite, warm and thoughtful.

I liked the hotel. The location next to the gas station did not bother me. By Italian standards, the breakfast was excellent and varied. Although the croissants were not impressive, the choice and quality of the food was good. Delicious coffee. There were problems with connecting to wifi, but I managed to solve it myself (the reception staff could not help). The SPA costs 20 euros for 50 minutes.

Thanks to the Modica Beach resort and all it's staff for their support in organising our beach wedding. It was a fabulous day and we loved every moment. Large and modern designed room, the rollaway bunk bed was fine even for two teenagers. A large terrace for the ground floor rooms. The reception staff is friendly and speaks good English. Everything was perfect! Lot of attention for cleaning both internal and external areas. Central position at 200mt from the main beach. Wonderful hotel that hails back to the golden age of travel. This family run hotel has impeccable staff who provide a marvellous experience in this unique historical area. This is obviously an old Palazzo turned into a hotel and not a purpose built new hotel. It has charm and history and old-fashioned service. There is a nice little cafe serving traditional breakfast. We had a room in the annex which was 30 second walk from the main hotel building but was very peaceful and a lovely room. Hotel staff were fabulous and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very relaxed and takes place in / outside the in-house cafe. Hotel offered reasonably priced valet parking which given the tight roads, tricky parking situation and confusing one way systems I would recommend!

This proved to be a nice stop along our driving trip. It's not fancy more modern style. Adequate and clean. The parking is perfect and the breakfast satisfying. The City is only a short walk away.

We’ve stayed here before and it was good , this stay the only downfall was the cleaners would begin ( I won’t say early ) cleaning and be making lots of noise moving furniture around , we were on first floor so top floor I would imagine wouldn’t hear them. Otherwise hotel is very good , clean and very walkable, gps may play tricks getting you there .

Hotel position excellent on the main road of Modica, walking distance from city center. Amenities a bit old, specially shower very small and shower head a bit crazy. All in all anyway a good quality-price ratio.

We've stayed at this hotel for several years now when visiting our family in Modica. It's lovely, clean and the staff are very attentive and accommodating.

Just as it should be Reasonably modern hotel in the centre of Modica with easy pedestrian access to all the sights. Simple check, clean and comfortable room, on site (across the road) secure overnight parking, decent swimming pool, nice breakfast. Everything was just as it should be.

We went in April for a winter break to this rural and real property near Noto and all the beautiful beaches in the area. The rooms are huge and the restaurant is incredible. We really liked the feling of being in the country side of Sicily in a very old farm house, the pool is gigantic and the service spectacular.

Everything!!! I think this is one of the most beautiful hotels I ever stayed. The structure, how clean it is, confortable and beautiful, is amazing the care and details in it. The pool is wonderfull and the service perfect. It was the first time our expectations were surpassed.

This is where you will want to be on honeymoon for a long time. Paradise and truly gorgeous. The restaurant at dinner served up our best meal so far in Sicily. Fantastic cool! The owner is a wonderful host that makes you feel truly at home. We cannot wait to come back again.

Overall it was a good stay. The rooms and badrooms are generally all good. Wifi great, every where. Restaurant is good, but I recommend eating outside the hotel in nearby restaurants. Staff personal are all very friendly but the head woman not so much. The beach is 2.5km away.

Well located near the beaches. The old buildings are quite romantic, the rooms well decorated and reminiscent of rural Sicily. Very good service, with the owner ready to help & advise if needed. Nice big pool, lots of olive trees and flowers. One of our favourite hotels, we come back year after year.

We spent a leisurely 14 nights at the San Carlo Suites in October The balcony of our spacious suite overlooked the principal Corso Vittorio Emanuale. We absolutely loved our stay in Noto and San Carlo Suites were amazing. Laura and Lucrezia could not have been more helpful or welcoming. We had an offsite apartment. Overall it wasn't a deal breaker. The room was clean. We had everything we needed. Just a bit annoying not to have immediate access to hotel amenities. Lovely hotel, well located in the heart of Noto. We were not warned about road closures during Infiorata and parked a mile away and carried our baggage uphill. But they graciously provided transport when we checked out. Really nice breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit.
