The owner is very kund and helpful. Rooms are confy and give you what you need: a nice shower, good beds and tv. The location is quite far from l'Aquila city, but it is also a good point, the area is very quiet and relaxing. The owner can cook a great dinner and a cappuccino with croissant as breakfast is a perfect way to start in the morning.

The hotel is located a few kilometers from the city of L'Aquila and a few minutes from the state road, therefore in a convenient position for visiting the L'Aquila area. You can breathe and experience a familiar and informal atmosphere that is reconciled with the desire for relaxation and vacation. The breakfast is adequate and Italian. there is a parking lot, there is no lift but you can unload upstairs...

The hosts at this BnB are very welcoming and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about things to do in the area and provided us with suggestions. We have stayed here twice now, both times we were travelling by bike and the hosts were able to accommodate storing our bikes during our stay. The atmosphere is that of home, but a mobile home that flies over the green hills of Ireland, the skyscrapers of London and the snow of Finland. It is a perfect place to rest and daydream. Nice, private place, large living room, veranda and in summer a small pool for children. 10 minutes from L'Aquila and about half an hour from the slopes of Campo Felice and Campo Campo. Recommended.

Everything was just perfect. The Host is very kind. I arrived a bit late in L’Aquila, and he offered me a ride to get to the B&B. Later days, he was very much flexible with my breakfast timing requests. The room was very clean, so do the bathroom. I can just recommend this B&B and particularly it’s owner!

This is a very nice and cozy B&B. It is possibly the best place where to stay in Aquila given that you have a car. In particular Giuseppe is a master in preparing breakfast (which is abundant and homemade). The rooms are VERY well cleaned and painted. Cost to quality ratio is amongst the best I've ever seen. Windows are super clean they allow a flood of light trough (there are curtains).
