The room size is average, just a regular European style. You need to bring your own disposable toothbrush and slippers. The breakfast is also ok. There is a river behind the hotel, and the scenery along the river is nice.

The hotel is fairly centrally located, everything was clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were large and well-equipped. The breakfast was also excellent.

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy parking. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, including the lakeside park and the mountains in the distance. The hotel is very comfortable overall. The room is well soundproofed and the breakfast has a wide variety of choices. Recommended

Large rooms with balcony looking at the river. 15 min walk into old town. No iron in the room but a laundry room. Nice European breakfast, don’t bother trying to use the thing they use as a toaster, great selection of fruits , cheese, cold meats and salads. Eggs bacon and local sausage in the hot section. The hotel Don Abbondio was a great place to stay, very well located on the river bank and a 20min walk into the main town centre along the river Bank path. It was a very authentic, Italian family hotel, comfortable room and bathroom, very quiet and secluded. Breakfast was very nice each morning, just basic bread, ham and cold meat, yoghurt, boiled eggs, cheese etc, but all fresh and more than enough...

I had a very pleasant stay, will be back in the future! The hotel is at the right, southern end of Lake Como. It is a modest yet very comfortable place. Of course you can pay more than a thousand Euro to stay in a luxury hotel at upper lake. The hotel is owned and run by a lovely couple, who were very helpful in finding attractions, activities for you, starting days before check-in with emails...

I never make reviews but I just had to for this place. If I could give this place MORE than 5 stars I would. It was an amazing hotel and the staff made it absolutely incredible. My dad at 60 years old is a world traveler and said he’s never stayed at a hotel with that good of service before. Great location - we stayed a week. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, very clean, some with lake view and balconies. Good breakfast and a fantastic restaurant, couldn't fault the food.

Comfortable room with a lovely balcony. We paid extra for a view of the lake although this was quite limited by the trees in front of the room. Only a short walk from the town and the walk along the side of the lake is beautiful. Staff were helpful and the breakfast, while simple, included some delicious baked good which are highly recommended.

We loved it. Ok, there is no elevator and it is a bit far from the center, but... The bed was amazing, we wanted to "steal" the pillows, that gow great they were. Cute little balcony with a lake view. Nice staff. Coffee and tea available all the time. And, the great breakfast with the best cappucino.

Antonio was a great hoster , the room was very deeply cleaned and bed sheets changed everyday with towels . The room was equipped by a big fan , mini fridge , wardrobe , cot , twin bed ( very comfy with 2 pillows each bed ) and chest drawer and 2 bed sits and a table with 2 chairs . The breakfast…. We had to seat in a table for 4 because Antonio brought half of the shop to the table ( 2 filoncini bread...

A bed and breakfast run with a big heart by a very nice couple. A beautiful location with amazing views and plenty of opportunities to hike and enjoy mountain life with access to a cable car directly next to the B&B. Thank you for the nice stay!

Everything was exceptional for me, Antonio is such a friendly and welcoming person, the room was sparkling clean and the breakfast amazing. After a very exhausting hike, Antonio even brought me food. I have never experienced this kind of hospitality and I am very thankful. The location of the B&B is ideal if you want to go hiking and have great views. I will come here again for sure, I can’t wait.

The most friendly owners you can imagine! Thank you so much for your hospitality! The place itself is very clean and has a great garden where you can chill, eat, drink and relax surrounded by nature. It is also a great starting point for a lot of hiking routes.

A good BB to stay overnight, real Italian place, once you might want to experience a touch of country side Italy. Host is supreme, coffee and breakfast on the terrace on the hill is good to remember.

We were given a very generous breakfast including biscuits, bread, pastries, variety ham, yoghurt, milk, tea, coffee and juice boxes! Completed the stay with a hearty breakfast to perfection! Location is easily accessible by car and parking along the road wherever possible. Our host, Andrea was very responsive by message and gave clear instructions. Would highly recommend!

Lovely room, clean, spacious and good breakfast. Good location, just a short drive to Lecco and a good base to explore nearby villages.

Clean rooms, only minus low mattress. Tv in a small and distant room. The timed thermostat is useful. The common area is clean and equipped with everything you can eat for breakfast, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and last but not least the mini dishwasher. Owner, even if only heard by phone, always present and available. We missed the human check-in a little bit.

I stayed with my husband and son for two nights in June. Really very nice structure, spacious room, super clean, attention to detail and excellent organization of the check in that you can do independently. Well stocked breakfast kitchen. Quiet area. The very kind collaborator we met is that she provided us with information on the surroundings. The price is not exactly cheap, but considering everything...

Packed with functional details, including a smart TV where you can link your Netflix, prime, etc. accounts. in a convenient area, not too central, but where it is easy to find parking very close. Final gem: the independent entrance with a code provided by the kind owner upon your arrival or by email, which guarantees security 2.0 and full comfort...

Excellent location nn in the center but much better the structure is fabulous we stayed in a apartment that is a real gem with particular furniture but of taste thanks to Mrs. Rita who is a kind person and ready for any need of customers also for tourist info we have followed to the letter and it was a great holiday thanks to his tips. I also forgot breakfast it was more than perfect. We hope to repeat

Great hotel close to the train station and city centre. Would highly recommend as it had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Staff were very friendly and helped with everything we needed. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:00am and has a lot to offer.

Good location, right near the train station, comfortable for people who are exploring lake como via train. After walking all day long, it takes only 2 minutes to reach hotel from train station. The room was clean and comfortable, but toilet was dirty. Breakfast was ok.

Its okay for the price. 3 star hotel with little dated bathrooms and room design which is not very modern but location was very good. Service kind at reception. Rooms wall and door are very think, you van hear everything from next room-EVERYTHING :)! Breakfast were okay but its great that was included as I wouldnt have paid.

Good as location, close to the train station, but i will not go again there. Ok for a 3 star hotel i suppose, but i have paid almost the same price per a 4 star hotel in Padova. Maybe Lecco is more expensive. The breafast was fair. The staff was ok, knowing English and be nice and helpful.

Very good location, 5-7 minutes walking to Lecco center. The room was spacious with AC, TV, desk (in case you need to work), mini bar and free wifi. Breakfast was a light continental breakfast.

Excellent! This place is a gem! Quiet, very clean, cozy. The rooms are large, all with a balcony offering great views of the mountains around Lecco. In 5 minutes you can walk to the cute old town of Pescarenico by the river. The breakfasts of Signora Ornella are amazing!

The fairy garden is a lovely, welcoming and relaxing place. Emanuela the owner is fantastic, she does everything to make herself available and not to make you miss anything. Comfortable and spacious environment, strong point, reserved parking which is a real gem. I recommend to everyone.

The manager was a very nice lady, helpful, she advised us many things about for example where to eat, she also gave us good discounts on a restaurant in the area .. Speaking of the room, it is not a room, but practically a mini apartment. Breakfast included, which we could have in the room. We found many types of coffee, tea, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, suchi, milk...

We've been coming here for years because we like it so much. Great breakfast, nice rooms with kitchen use. Also a nice pool. In addition, the host gives you valuable tips on where to eat or go on excursions.

Really fantastic place, surrounded by nature a few steps from Lecco. All the best amenities available, swimming pool, a shared kitchen and a large cordiality. the hammocks in the garden to relax are also available. Seats reserved but not covered. Absolutely recommended!

Nice and quiet place. We were 4 (2 children) at the end of April 2018. The room was spacious and clean. We also had a part of the garden with hammocks and a kitchen area with chairs and table that we used to eat a good take-away pizza. They have secure parking. The really nice and well-kept garden also includes a swimming pool that my children immediately used even though the water was obviously frozen...

Very well-kept small complex with very friendly and courteous landlords. The rooms are very nicely furnished, clean and well-kept with everything you need and much more. The breakfast is very good and is complemented by local homemade dishes. We can have a recommendation.

Very clean and quiet place. Owners are nice We only stay for one night. Cool breakfast area with cafe machine and full fridge so you can serve yourself or cook diner if you stay longer. Lots of vintage furniture and a small terrace makes this place interesting.

Very charming place with a super friendly host! We had a family room with place for 5 to sleep, and air conditioning, which was very helpfull with the temperatures. We got directions on where we could go and eat in the neighbourhood upon our arrival. Very kind person towards our kids, and they loved the (lazy) dog!

Perfect experience for a short stay at lecco! Super nice people, both hosts have decent english skills, there are tidy and beautiful rooms, only 2 of them so its always perfectly quiet, nice and clean bathroom with bathtub, very sweet little italian Breakfast in the mornings and the location of the b&b is 10/10 in the north-west of Lecco, 10 min by foot from the cities center and the piers.

Larysa and Roberto are a lovely couple, every morning we had a great breakfast with fresh bread, juice and so on, they even personalized the breakfast according to our wishes. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean. We also received helpful tips about traveling and visiting the area. Great B&B!
