A really really nice hotel! Everybody very gentle and respectful but also available and with smile ! I actually got relaxed! Breakfast with international buffet and dinner with different Food ,really appreciated!!! The hotel is near center and only 10 minutes walk to get to the lake. Nice , quiet, just Spectacular !

Amazing Hotel. Such a wonderful time at the spa! The pool is really big, and everything very clean. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet are highly recommendable. (Sparkly wine for breakfast!) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice location, beautiful view from the pool area. Our room was small, and had no air conditioning. When asked for a room with ac, I was offered the option to upgrade, but the package included access to the spa, costing 50 euros extra daily. Absolutely unacceptable for a place trying to pass for a boutique hotel.

A little pricey and the hotel does not justify it. Lots of strange rules, the beds are not that good, no balconies in the rooms, etc... nice place to hang out and talk in the lobby though. It is a reasonably nice hotel that just happens to think a bit too much itself. The food is excellent in the other hand.

Very good hotel with excellent pool area and right next to lake. Rooms of a good size although no bath, small shower cubicle.

Location is perfect if you want to be near the lake or 10 min walking distance(uphill) to the strip commercial area. Was happy w the food choices for breakfast. Our room balcony was also facing the lake. Great sunsets!

Love this hotel. Extremely good for families and children. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and with great views over the lake. The restaurant is nice and the staff friendly. Everything was amazing. Great room, and the food was great too. We arrived on bicycles and the staff went outbid their way to help us with cleaning materials and so on.

I loved it even though we only spent one night there. Secluded from the center, in a quiet position. Nice pool for some relaxation. Clean room. Excellent breakfast with brioche and the possibility of having cold cuts, eggs, ham. I advise.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel and we are fully satisfied with it. Arrived in this place thanks to word of mouth .... 4 of us stayed for a weekend. The place is very neat and clean, the rooms very comfortable and spacious. The spa corner is not large but perfect. Excellent dinner and breakfast. All with attention to the smallest details.

Sauna in that place is really nice. With jacuzzi and view on the Alps. 15euro is really good price for it.

Has everything you could need if you are expecting to be at a beautiful and relaxing area, a little ways from the busy streets. You aren't far from the village center or the lake. Views are great of the mountains. Breakfast buffet was also great with selection. Receptionist friendly and informative. Housekeeping efficient and just great at their job. What a gorgeous hotel to stay in! Perched on top of the hill overlooking the town with stunning views of the surrounding mountains! We stayed for several days and could not be more satisfied. The architecture and decor are very modern and classy. The people are very friendly and helpful, and it's within easy walking distance to great coffee and gelato! I strongly recommend staying here!

Very nice and large rooms built from natural materials and using a lot of wood. Not like a stuffy ordinary hotel, more like staying with friends in a light and airy country villa.

Very good value for money. The hotel is very spacious and has a flair of grandiose from the past. The pool is large and relaxing. Everything here is a bit dated, but still well maintained. We had a gin tasting with the very friendly main waiter and it was awesome.

Decent Hotel in a good location. However, it's not really a wellness Hotel as it is being advertised. Every Hotel I have been to had a pool and a Sauna and Massage. Nice hotel, renovated rooms. Especially the rooms with a view are nice (front side). Top friendly staff. They make you feel welcome. The food is fair. There are also more luxury apartments in the top floor. More expensive but definitely with it.

Just back from a week's stay in this hotel. Rooms have been refurbished and our's was beautifully clean. The food was good and the waiters were great fun and provided excellent service. Whilst there is a little climb to the quaint town of Levico Terme, we considered the situation ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The food in the booked half board was very tasty. The entire service staff is also very friendly. The rooms were all clean, the only thing that bothered us was that the rooms in the annex (which we had booked) were very badly soundproofed, and you thought that someone was standing in your own bathroom. Conveniently located a few steps from the Levico lake, this hotel provides decent meals, simple but clean accommodation and very pleasant and friendly environment. A swimming pool with the backdrop of the surrounding mountains tops it off.
