A really really nice hotel! Everybody very gentle and respectful but also available and with smile ! I actually got relaxed! Breakfast with international buffet and dinner with different Food ,really appreciated!!! The hotel is near center and only 10 minutes walk to get to the lake. Nice , quiet, just Spectacular !

Amazing Hotel. Such a wonderful time at the spa! The pool is really big, and everything very clean. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet are highly recommendable. (Sparkly wine for breakfast!) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice location, beautiful view from the pool area. Our room was small, and had no air conditioning. When asked for a room with ac, I was offered the option to upgrade, but the package included access to the spa, costing 50 euros extra daily. Absolutely unacceptable for a place trying to pass for a boutique hotel.

A little pricey and the hotel does not justify it. Lots of strange rules, the beds are not that good, no balconies in the rooms, etc... nice place to hang out and talk in the lobby though. It is a reasonably nice hotel that just happens to think a bit too much itself. The food is excellent in the other hand.

Very good value for money. The hotel is very spacious and has a flair of grandiose from the past. The pool is large and relaxing. Everything here is a bit dated, but still well maintained. We had a gin tasting with the very friendly main waiter and it was awesome.

5 stars because of the pool and food. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and they speak English. Staying at this hotel was a good choice. However, the air conditioning in the room was out of order, but that was not an issue, since our stay was during the winter. When the hotel gets full, you might experience hot water shortages when taking a shower.

My husband and I found a superdeal on Grupon for a night stay at a comfort room plus dinner , breakfast and free spa enterance for two. Employees were super polite and helpful. Decent Hotel in a good location. However, it's not really a wellness Hotel as it is being advertised. Every Hotel I have been to had a pool and a Sauna and Massage. This Hotel has nothing extra apart from it. The Sauna opens only at 4PM - 8PM that is too late and not long enough because during that time everyone wants to use it. The food in the booked half board was very tasty. The entire service staff is also very friendly. The rooms were all clean, the only thing that bothered us was that the rooms in the annex (which we had booked) were very badly soundproofed, and you thought that someone was standing in your own bathroom. You could also hear other people walking through the ceiling...

We chose half board, the food was great. The rooms clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, the access to the shower in my room was very narrow. Area sauna and relaxation area good. Unfortunately, the pool is difficult to reach from the sauna area. Once through the basement.

Nice hotel, renovated rooms. Especially the rooms with a view are nice (front side). Top friendly staff. They make you feel welcome. The food is fair. There are also more luxury apartments in the top floor. More expensive but definitely with it.

Just back from a week's stay in this hotel. Rooms have been refurbished and our's was beautifully clean. The food was good and the waiters were great fun and provided excellent service. Whilst there is a little climb to the quaint town of Levico Terme, we considered the situation ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are clean, furniture is more than outdated. Not every staff member is friendly. Pool and spa area is very good!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Hotel Al Sorriso. Our room was comfortable and very clean with a terrace. Views across the lake were beautiful. The food was really good and plentiful, a buffet for breakfast and lunch and an extensive dinner choice in the evening. Everything was amazing. Great room, and the food was great too. We arrived on bicycles and the staff went outbid their way to help us with cleaning materials and so on.

Warm welcome. Originally given a room by the lift in the first floor, but it absolutely reeked of stale cigarettes, so was quickly allocated another. Angelica, the duty receptionist, handled the situation brilliantly. Rooms are simple...but comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Shower incredibly powerful, with long lasting heat. One of my favourite hotels ! I love the spacious and minimal rooms - always spotless clean as well. It is a bit dated, but clean. It is located near the Levico lake. The staff is courteous and polite. The cuisine is classic Italian, discreet. The rooms have been recently renovated but the style is modest. I have stayed in September and therefore I do not know in the other summer months who were the guests but in the period I visited there were many differently young people !!!!! Anyway, all in all...

Conveniently located a few steps from the Levico lake, this hotel provides decent meals, simple but clean accommodation and very pleasant and friendly environment. A swimming pool with the backdrop of the surrounding mountains tops it off.

Great base to explore Lago di Levico and around. The free Trentino pass allows rail journeys in Trentino and Venice is a 2.5 hours rail journey away with hourly train connections. Very comfortable room with large terrace (105). Good selection at breakfast and nice hotel gardens though we preferred our terrace as it had mountain view. Lots of walking options in the hills and free public transport for visiting Trento and nearby villages. Only 10 minutes to restaurants and shops, another 10 to lakeside beach. Great weather without the crowds.

Very nicely located within Levico Terme, with lots of parking space, and a 2 minute walk from the main street with stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Our room had no balcony, but also no neighbors, so this was all good. Room and bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. Biggest compliment we could give: we extended our stay here with another 4 days

We stayed last weekend, and we had a great time. The girl who welcomed us was very kind, she gave us a superior room without asking for the supplement, as it was free, and she offered it to us. At the Sport hotel in Levico terme, from the owner Walter with his brother, to the waitresses who served us at the tables making sure that nothing was missing, to the ladies who take care of the cleaning, sympathy, all-round availability and kindness reign. Wonderful hotel, beautifully decorated and good value. If i had to be critical which apparantly I do, as trip advisor insists on 200 words and the hotel has asked me to leave a review, the breakfast was dissapointing.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel in the junior suite equipped with a Jacuzzi on a splendid panoramic terrace. Cleanliness, service and courtesy were excellent. We only used the breakfast, which was good. I would like to recommend equipping the terrace with an umbrella because it would have been welcome on these hot days. We will gladly return.

Really cute and clean, rooms are comfortable and the owner is always ready for any question you have; we asked about a good path for walking near the lake and he provided us maps and gave us some good tip. Restaurant is above the hotel and food is delicious, still need to try the wine, as restaurant seems good for that
