Location is perfect if you want to be near the lake or 10 min walking distance(uphill) to the strip commercial area. Was happy w the food choices for breakfast. Our room balcony was also facing the lake. Great sunsets!

Good food and great service with a smile! Sept 13

The food in the booked half board was very tasty. The entire service staff is also very friendly. The rooms were all clean, the only thing that bothered us was that the rooms in the annex (which we had booked) were very badly soundproofed, and you thought that someone was standing in your own bathroom. You could also hear other people walking through the ceiling...

We chose half board, the food was great. The rooms clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, the access to the shower in my room was very narrow. Area sauna and relaxation area good. Unfortunately, the pool is difficult to reach from the sauna area. Once through the basement.

The availability of the property and the courtesies are 10 and praise. The location is clean and comfortable. The gorgeous pool. I recommend it to anyone who wants to find a moment of relaxation.

The Al Salus hotel is located in an excellent central position in Levico Terme. It has a large private outdoor parking (which is no small feat considering the location) and a small but pretty garden with a hydromassage pool. Room with acceptable balcony I would recommend to put two sockets next to the bed as in all hotels in the world, good location, discreet cleaning as soon as we arrived..then in three nights made and with two room makeovers never put the mini shower gel and never cleaned the sink..we had placed two towels on the ground (not all) and they folded them and put them back and I don't think the owners are...

A really really nice hotel! Everybody very gentle and respectful but also available and with smile ! I actually got relaxed! Breakfast with international buffet and dinner with different Food ,really appreciated!!! The hotel is near center and only 10 minutes walk to get to the lake. Nice , quiet, just Spectacular !

Amazing Hotel. Such a wonderful time at the spa! The pool is really big, and everything very clean. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet are highly recommendable. (Sparkly wine for breakfast!) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice location, beautiful view from the pool area. Our room was small, and had no air conditioning. When asked for a room with ac, I was offered the option to upgrade, but the package included access to the spa, costing 50 euros extra daily. Absolutely unacceptable for a place trying to pass for a boutique hotel.

A little pricey and the hotel does not justify it. Lots of strange rules, the beds are not that good, no balconies in the rooms, etc... nice place to hang out and talk in the lobby though. It is a reasonably nice hotel that just happens to think a bit too much itself. The food is excellent in the other hand.

Great location on the lake with private beach, great restaurant and competent and friendly staff. Very kid friendly. On the verge of being a 4 star!

Love this hotel. Extremely good for families and children. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and with great views over the lake. The restaurant is nice and the staff friendly. The real selling point of the hotel though is its location and the lake. Everything was amazing. Great room, and the food was great too. We arrived on bicycles and the staff went outbid their way to help us with cleaning materials and so on.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel run by Ivana and Monica. Ivana was very kind and helpful, always ready to meet my requests! The room was quiet, cosy, very clean, had a comfortable bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains! Very good buffet breakfast included! Good value for money! Highly recommended!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel and we are fully satisfied with it. Undoubtedly the style of the structure is slightly retro, but the rooms are VERY CLEAN, the staff are polite and friendly, the breakfast is simple and excellent. Arrived in this place thanks to word of mouth .... 4 of us stayed for a weekend. The place is very neat and clean, the rooms very comfortable and spacious. The spa corner is not large but perfect. Excellent dinner and breakfast. All with attention to the smallest details.

Sauna in that place is really nice. With jacuzzi and view on the Alps. 15euro is really good price for it.

Very good value for money. The hotel is very spacious and has a flair of grandiose from the past. The pool is large and relaxing. Everything here is a bit dated, but still well maintained. We had a gin tasting with the very friendly main waiter and it was awesome.

5 stars because of the pool and food. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and they speak English. Staying at this hotel was a good choice. However, the air conditioning in the room was out of order, but that was not an issue, since our stay was during the winter. When the hotel gets full, you might experience hot water shortages when taking a shower.

Decent Hotel in a good location. However, it's not really a wellness Hotel as it is being advertised. Every Hotel I have been to had a pool and a Sauna and Massage. Nice hotel, renovated rooms. Especially the rooms with a view are nice (front side). Top friendly staff. They make you feel welcome. The food is fair. There are also more luxury apartments in the top floor. More expensive but definitely with it.

Just back from a week's stay in this hotel. Rooms have been refurbished and our's was beautifully clean. The food was good and the waiters were great fun and provided excellent service. Whilst there is a little climb to the quaint town of Levico Terme, we considered the situation ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located a few steps from the Levico lake, this hotel provides decent meals, simple but clean accommodation and very pleasant and friendly environment. A swimming pool with the backdrop of the surrounding mountains tops it off.

Service was Ok but the food is really not good, I may even say bad for Italian standards. Everything tasted out of the can !

Oggi 30 novembre 2024 siamo tornati io e mio marito, Buongiorno per l'ennesima volta come Camperisti sul parcheggio di questo hotel e abbiamo deciso di provare anche la loro cucina e questa è la nostra recensione : Ottimo cibo,personale molto attento al cliente ,lo consiglio anche come parcheggio camper,devo dire ottimo servizio anche per questo. torneremo sicuramente.

ho trascorso una notte in questo albergo e devo dire che mi è piaciuto molto. stanza molto pulita e grande, personale molto gentile. ristorante 10/10 mai mangiato del pesce così buono e dei piatti di pasta così deliziosi e abbondanti. consiglio sia come ristorante che albergo!

Wonderful small hotel Best service, nice rooms.

Struttura piuttosto moderna a pochi passi dal lago. Dal centro di Levico dista in pochino ma nel caso si può costeggiare la strada per una lunga passeggiata. Dalle foto la camera, una superior, sembrava più grande, non ho apprezzato che non ci fosse nessun set di cortesia in bagno e che almeno una bottiglia d’acqua non fosse offerta. Colazione buona sé piace il dolce, la parte salata scarsa di quantit...

Buona esperienza tutto sommato. Punti da migliorare sono il materasso (troppo rigido secondo noi), e la ventilazione del bagno (senza finestra e con la ventola che non andava). Punti positivi sorriso e gentilezza dello staff, principalmente le ragazze della sala colazione.

Hotel di recente costruzione in zona periferica rispetto al centro di levico terme ma ben collegato. Si trova proprio di fronte a Levico land. Dispone di parcheggio davanti alla struttura libero o all’interno di una sbarra che si apre grazie al codice che ti forniscono loro per messaggio dopo la prenotazione. Clean and modern rooms of decent size. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well stocked and cozy breakfast bar with a nice view of the surroundings. No complaints other than another family coming into my room at night. Mix ups can happen so no major issue.

Nice place to stay in Levico. Get a room facing the lake, great view from the 4 floor. Restaurant is delicious, good quantity and price ratio.
