Amazing hotel, smooth check in. Very good breakfast with fresh juices, hot meals, sweets and poridges. Nice view from apartment. In the evening there is a bar where you can order drinks. 20 min away is the lake with some good restaurants there. A lot of parking spots right inf front of the hotel

Has everything you could need if you are expecting to be at a beautiful and relaxing area, a little ways from the busy streets. You aren't far from the village center or the lake. Views are great of the mountains. Breakfast buffet was also great with selection. Receptionist friendly and informative. Housekeeping efficient and just great at their job. All round good place to go and will be back again.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I came here during a 1 month long bike packing trip and was passing through at the start of my tour. As a cycling hotel, this place is above and beyond. From the service, the rooms, the cleanliness, bike storage & tools, amazing sauna, and the restaurant that served INCREDIBLE breakfast & dinner each night. I recommend the half board option that would will not regret. I wish I had more time, but happy to experience it for the short time I was there. I’ll be back! Ciao!!

I recently visited Cristallo for the second time, and I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the experience has been. It's a place where you can truly relax and re-energize in pure comfort.
Besides the exceptionally friendly staffs , here are some more highlights of my experience:
1. Bright, modern lounge area to socialize , relax or study 📖
2. Quality yet affordable dinner menu. The culinary offerings are delicious, and there's a variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the healthy breakfast choices, including fresh juices, are a delightful way to start your day.
3. Easily accessible by car to explore numerous cultural attractions in the region. One such attraction is "Arte Sella," an open-air museum that's a must-visit for art enthusiasts.
4. A rooftop terrace with stunning mountain views 🏔️
5. Clean modern spa, Gym and an open-air pool complimented with a jacuzzi 🧖♀️
I had a small room in the attic but still the view was stunning!

We spent a long weekend here, went cycling and hiking.
- Rooms: the hotel appears to have been completely renovated from the outside, but some rooms have been saved and only superficially renovated (no beds, mattresses, blinds, etc.). No do not disturb sign
- Wellness area: nice wellness area with 3 saunas and a paid massage offer
- Breakfast: spacious breakfast area, at first glance a very large selection, at second glance however not enough fresh and healthy offers for it to be advertised as a sports hotel (mediocre: fruit salad, bread selection, nut selection). Breakfast is officially served until 10:30 a.m., unfortunately it was not refilled in the last 30 minutes and cleared away 15 minutes before the end.
Staff: consistently very friendly and helpful!

Very pleasant hotel for at least mountainbikers. Bike garage well equiped with tools, pumps, etc.. No disturbance druing the night but close to the city center. Highly recommedned.

We were here during the low season (early May), and except the weather everything was just awesome :-)
Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice wellness area (very welcome after getting soaked while biking), good choices for breakfast (well ... except the coffee).
I also need to mention the flexibility: we had a late arrival (midnight) and late check-out (late afternoon), and the friendly receptionists made this possible without the slightest hesitation.

Stayed here 4 nights in June with colleagues on a motorcycle trip through the Dolomites, great hotel! Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast and bar. The hosts were kind and the underground parking for (motor)cycles was ideal! Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Trento region.

Me and my friend have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We were very happy with our room, it was perfectly clean and the beds were really comfy. Pool and wellness area were nice, although we did mot really use them.
Breakfast was served as a buffet. Although the buffet was very good and included a wide range of food, we would have wished for a bit more fresh fruits (there was only watermelon and some sweetened peaches soaked in sugar).
Unfortunately, the staff at the reception desk was not very friendly and welcoming. At the beginning of our stay we have asked for information about things to do in the area, especially hiking tours. The receptionist was not very helpful and told us she did not know anything and just handed us over a hiking map. Furthermore, we had a bit of an issue as there was no electric water boiler in our room and apparently it takes 3 people and 2 days to get one.
When we checked out and made our final payment, we did not even receive a “Thank you for your stay” or “hope everything was fine”. The receptionist did not even say goodbye.
We did not understand such a behavior at all and sure the facilities are nice but we cannot recommend this hotel.
