I have stayed at a lot of beautiful hotels over the years, and the staff has been great. However, almost all the staff I encountered had gone above and beyond to help make our stay incredible. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I’d like to particularly reach out to Serena in the Spa for organising hair appointments for us on a Sunday for a special Event. She even dropped us off and picked us up. They are 10 Stars in my book!

It was a really nice hotel. I loved the restaurant, it was a bit more expensive than other restaurants in the neighborhood but the view and the steak made it worth it. The rooms were very good and spacious. The cleaning service was a 10/10 , I’ve never seen such a well done cleaning job! You feel really comfortable in the hotel. The service was also welcoming and polite. You had many possibilities to practice sports for example the tennis courts and the fitness studio. The SPA was also really nice and calm. There was always a calming atmosphere. The only thing that I didn’t like were the not so clean toilets. In total it was a really good experience with a great location and good food. I recommend to go there!!!

Our go to hotel in Italy. Staff are all without exception the best we have ever experienced. Accommodation spacious and comfortable. Food is exceptional. Facilities - everything there tennis, free bicycles (including e-bikes) spa indoor and outdoor swimming pools

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms were spacious and clean and of a really modern design. The overall internal and external of the building is modern and very well kept. Facilities are spot on with plenty to do. We love the rooftop bar. The staff are first class. They are really friendly and just add to the experience. Each and every one was helpful and took time to assist. The customer relations manger is outstanding too. They really make the stay perfect. Thanks for a great time. We have already recommended this hotel to a number of people who have booked to stay but will continue to do so.

We had an incredible stay ! We were there mid-season (april) with our kids. The interior swimming pool was a fantastic asset to have. Thanks to the weather we even had the chance to enjoy the sun by the external pool or in the garden loungers. The hotel is very relaxing, you can hear the birds singing in the surroundings trees. The room was just spacious and beautiful, from the terrace we had views on the sea, the forest and the mountains. Overall staff is friendly and welcoming, especially breakfast team and the guys at the outdoor pool. The Spa crew was less pleasant, they did not offer flip flop when we entered the facility just to complain a bit later that the slippers from the room were not adapted for the spa. How could we knew you had flip flop available in the first place ? You just have to welcome the clients entering the spa correctly next time please. Overall the experience was great, relaxing and enjoyable.

We absolutely love this little gem! The Spa with heated pool and large comfortable rooms perfect for a family of four. Unfortunately this time around the restaurant on the ground floor was a big disappointment, the food does not live up to the rest of the standard of this hotel. Lucky for us our waiter for the evening was very service minded and cheerful. We have in the passed ordered room service which has always been great.

Spacious and bright rooms. The spa is excellent for children with its heated pool. There is a very handy play area with good toys. There are bikes for rental and umbrellas to borrow. Staff are friendly and polite. Occasionally the front desk staff prioritized phone calls over physical people which was annoying.

This was a lovely hotel, staff very helpful and pleasant. Our room was very nice with a large balcony. Everything very clean. Indoor pool is lovely and also there is a sauna but we did not use that. The hotel is near a bus stop so you can travel anywhere quite easily.
Buffet breakfast was great, loads of choices and very fresh.We would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay and it was even better than 2 years ago. This level of service is rare to find even in more expensive hotels. The staff particularly at the reception but also at breakfast, the restaurants, pool and even cleaning are all very friendly, helpful and super quick in fulfilling any wishes.
The breakfast buffet is great. The sunset view on the rooftop or just the beach in front is a dream.
Our kids loved the little play area next to the breakfast restaurant and the toys available at the pool. The garden with sufficient shade is also a plus.
