I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The entire property is very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully arranged, with everything you need for a pleasant and restful stay. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with...
Fantastic Experience – A Must-Visit for Business Travellers! I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I couldn't be more impressed! The view from my room was absolutely stunning – it really set the tone for a relaxing stay after a long day of work. The location is perfect, with easy access to key business districts and amenities nearby. For anyone traveling on business, this hotel...
Room was clean and tidy. The AC was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The hotel is in a quiet location really close to the beach. The breakfast was excellent, offering sweet and savory options. No complaints, would definitely stay again!
It was very nice, clean, tidy, and spacious. It was convenient to go anywhere, and parking was also very convenient. It would be even better if the breakfast selection was more varied. I was very satisfied with my stay this time and will come again next time.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Viareggio at the beginning of July and truly couldn’t have asked for more. In the summer heat, the perfectly functioning air conditioning was a lifesaver. The room service was absolutely top-notch — everything was cleaned immaculately every single day. Breakfast was another highlight. Everything on the buffet not only tasted incredibly fresh but also absolutely delicious...

Exceptional stay at Hotel Principe di Piemonte in Viareggio. Jérémie at the front desk and the team at the pool: outstanding professionalism, kindness, and constant care. Guests are truly pampered. The icing on the cake: the two-star chef present every morning at breakfast. A rare level of service, an unforgettable experience. 10/10, no hesitation!
Our stay here was an absolute pleasure from the welcome at the steps by Jeremy who knew our names to checking in by Diletea. The room was very luxurious. Breakfast was scrumptious and Lorenzo Caiazzo was very attentive. Elena Nicoli made checkout a breeze and was very helpful.
The Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in ... and I have travelled the world! It is in a superb location looking out onto the sea. My room was very comfortable. The staff right through the property were top class in terms of being very friendly, helpful and professional. There is an amazing roof top bar and hang out area with fantastic panoramic views of the...
We went to Viareggio during the middle of our stay in Italy. It was the perfect option for rest and relaxation before heading to Florence. We had our kids with us, so we opted for the family suite which worked out great. The service was above and beyond by all staff members. The reason I am giving it a 4 star is we had a mishap with a boat vendor they recommended. I did speak with the FD manager and...
Love this beautiful gem! The staff are all exceptional! I believe they meet daily to share about their guests, so no detail is overlooked. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The only surprise was having a bar directly across from our room, in the building across the street, the music could be quite loud. The pool isn’t great for swimming laps, but what a wonderful pool for lounging and taking...
A great experience overall being there as a guest. Nice, romantic rooms. You feel very welcome and special being there. A breakfast that is one of a kind! Nothing that isn’t there on the table. Service is of a high level as you want it to be. The sundeck on the roof is perfect for relaxing and a cocktail afterwards watching the sunset makes it complete. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Me and my parents stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks, and it was great! At first I wasn’t really loving it, because our hotel room was kinda small, and our shower too, plus the hair blow dryer wasn’t working pretty well, but we didn’t want to bother the staff so we bought ourselves one! We went to the Patrizia Beach and they had great service, we had great lunch everyday and the water was perfect too...
Location is amazing as it is right by the beach. Has a great pool and parking facilities. Close to restaurants and the breakfast is lovely. The staff are helpful with restaurant recommendations and advice on nearby tourist cities. A very big thank you to Francesca, Bettina and Samantha who went above and beyond to help us. Thanks from Dr Kafil and family
Clean, spacious, nice pool, super efficient staff.
Decent hotel opposite the sea front. Free bike use which I found very useful. Very friendly staff. Breakfast average
Judging by the towel then Yes 4?. And 2+-3. The rooms are clean but old, the walls need painting, the furniture is shabby, rusty shelves in the bathroom And the hole/hatch is not closed in the ceiling. The pool is small, cold and dirty, well, not kretichno of course, but in 12 days the little muddy pool and a large sand and hair sticks other people. Breakfast skudnenko and you do not poverete,...

We spent two weeks at the Palace Hotel which overall I would recommend to anyone. The hotel location was perfect, just across the road from the beach, and beach club which as a hotel guest allows you access. The deckchairs and parasol are free, but you pay 10 euros for each sun lounger per day. Our room was nice, at the side of the hotel with a small balcony which you could sit out on. The staff were...
We had a lovely stay at Palace Hotel a few weeks ago and the staff was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and thoughtful. the hotel is gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Everything was perfect but If I could give one piece of constructive feedback it would be, if they ever decide to redecorate the rooms in the future, to make better use of the high ceilings to install...
Beautiful hotel, refurbished to a great standard, amazing attention to detail. Room was excellent, huge shower and bed. Good choice at breakfast. Nice beach club across the road. Roof top bar is a must to see!
Our stay was perfect. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a room with a terrace so that we had somewhere to relax once our baby had gone to bed. The room and terrace were absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. All of the staff, including those at the beach club, were so kind and attentive and so friendly with our baby. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location by the sea is stunning and very...
The hotel and staff are very welcoming and it's in a great location for walking everywhere! The breakfast was exceptional, as well as dinner on rooftop watching the sunset. I had the sesame encrusted tuna and it was the best meal of my entire stay! Great job!
Well, first off, the hotel is beautiful along the main drive, facing the beach & the beautiful sea. The whole area is just lovely. I loved all of the murals & paintings in the hotel. There is a relaxed, yet sophisticated, vibe. I highly recommend having the mixed seafood & the potato donut with truffles @ their Deco Restaurant. My daughter and I stayed here in October 2025, and for whatever reason (two women travelling together?), they put us in a terrible, small room on the ground floor, with a window that opened onto a dingy street — no terrace or balcony. We complained and they moved us to the room that we believed we’d booked — a higher floor with a lovely terrace. I get so tired of hotels pulling this stunt on us women...
Highly recommend this hotel. It is welcoming with friendly staff and great facilities. It is on the promenade and only 24 mins from the train station, great for exploring the local area. Breakfast is really good with every option available. Would definitely return.
All was fabulous but I feel that the hotel should pay for the guest to use umbrellas and chairs at the beach. Everything is separate
The hotel was welcoming and offered many options a for different types of travelers. I was traveling solo this time and they were so very accommodating and helpful as it was my first time visiting. They provided easy solutions to my questions, and also we always so kind in passing and in working together in the lobby, restaurant, or room services. The hotel has been operating since 1907 and they try as much as possible to preserve the history of this place, while being there, you really feel like you are in the past, the spirit of culture and aristocracy. This is the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our trip to Europe. It cost almost 1,200 RMB. This is because the day we checked in was the Carnival and the local area was very lively.
The hotel is so cool. Perfectly located on the main promenade, just accross the street you have the strand. Parking places are many on the streets and 8 euro a day charge is less that a pizza. The only minus if I may say so was the Covid reality and the reduced breakfast service. I really love the morning ritual of the breakfast where I go to the self service buffet and prepare my own breakfast. This...

We stayed for 5 days in this beautiful hotel which is fully compliant with safety regulations and prevent Covid infection. 5 stars for cleanliness, breakfast and dinner. The hotel also has an agreement with an establishment across the street that reserves the last rows of umbrellas for hotel guests.
Hotel location is excellent at the first row 100m away from the see (though it is a busy road that is noisy at night). The room was great and very clean, cleaning was also very high quality. Lovely 3 night stay at the end of our Italian trip, with our 17 year old son. After the busyness of Rome and touring the Tuscan hills our 3 days at the hotel were great. Location was fantastic, hotel was very clean and staff all very friendly. Loved the adults terrace sitting watching the world go by. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.
Beds are super comfy and the roll down shutters are the bomb for noise and heat reduction. Excellent service all around. We had dinner at the hotel one night and it excellent!
The hotel was right next to the beach where there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Hotel Europe, Lido di Camaiore. A real palace! But at the same time a modern, ideal hotel. Own parking, garden with swimming pool, bicycles. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and not cramped. Plumbing, furniture, appliances - everything is new! I think there was a complete renovation this year, but they kept a lot of details from the last century - it turned out eclectic, modern in public areas...

Excellent price/quality ratio. Free parking on site. The rooms are not spacious, but we only came there to sleep. The breakfast is varied, and not just breads :) The free beach is 7-10 minutes walk, but it is so small and noisy that we chose one of the paid ones, in season (July/August) the cost is 30 euros per person per day for an umbrella and two sun loungers . There is also a swimming pool on site
I would certainly recommend this hotel the service is excellent. The hotel was underwhelming to say the least. Not sure what gives it a 5* rating if I'm being honest. You are essentially just paying for a room. Nice quiet hotel very close to the beach, about a 6mins walk. Small pool and no smaller pool for children so you should be on your gamuard with little ones. we stayed here last week with friends for a week and would recommend this hotel. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and eager to help in an way they could. Really nice hotel and staff. We stayed here out of season to attend the Unified World Championships.
