Love this beautiful gem! The staff are all exceptional! I believe they meet daily to share about their guests, so no detail is overlooked. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The only surprise was having a bar directly across from our room, in the building across the street, the music could be quite loud. The pool isn’t great for swimming laps, but what a wonderful pool for lounging and taking...

A great experience overall being there as a guest. Nice, romantic rooms. You feel very welcome and special being there. A breakfast that is one of a kind! Nothing that isn’t there on the table. Service is of a high level as you want it to be. The sundeck on the roof is perfect for relaxing and a cocktail afterwards watching the sunset makes it complete. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This fabulous hotel welcomed us with warmth and luxury from the moment we arrived. The room was wonderful and the food excellent. Cocktails at the rooftop bar were well-made and the view magnificent. We had an incredible stay ! We were there mid-season (april) with our kids. The interior swimming pool was a fantastic asset to have. Let's be honest. It's an good prized apartment in a very touristic place, so you can not expect the best. The shower cabin and TV is on the small side and the room is a bit basic. The bed slept ok, but the pillows where not that fluffy. BUT... they compensate with their service. There was this guy in the reception filling in for his sister... Wauw!!! The hotel couldn't be closer to the sea, you just cross the street and you're at the promenade. The stay was amazing, starting from the super clean, air-conditioned, nicely smelling room to the delicious breakfasts served at the rooftop terrace... I stayed here in October 2019. I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was lovely and clean. There was a lot of choice for breakfast including bacon and scrambled egg. It is right on the sea front close to the marina and pier. Staff were pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money and the views from the roof terrace (solarium) are fantastic.

We visited the hotel during the low season in Winter. We enjoyed the stay, comfortable room and clean toilet, nice quiet hotel surroundings, close to seaside, but a bit far to get to Pisa from hotel (around 55 to 60 euro one way by taxi). Well, first off, the hotel is beautiful along the main drive, facing the beach & the beautiful sea. The whole area is just lovely. I loved all of the murals & paintings in the hotel. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Bed and pillows v comfortable but would have liked a comfortable chair/ couch to sit on to read. Lovely old school hotel. We went to Viareggio for Carnevale and this hotel was the perfect place to view the festivities while unwinding at the spa between performances. Be advised that the spa facilities are actually closed on performance days though. Friendly, accommodating staff and beautiful public spaces as well. Good value for money.

Me and my parents stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks, and it was great! At first I wasn’t really loving it, because our hotel room was kinda small, and our shower too, plus the hair blow dryer wasn’t working pretty well, but we didn’t want to bother the staff so we bought ourselves one! We went to the Patrizia Beach and they had great service, we had great lunch everyday and the water was perfect too...

Historical hotel in the grande early twentieth century style. Maintains the tradition of excellent staff and grandiose surroundings. Perfectly positioned right on the sea front just steps away from restaurants and shops. I only stayed one night but would gladly return. Best for older generation looking for relax and comfort.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Free parking on site. The rooms are not spacious, but we only came there to sleep. The breakfast is varied, and not just breads :) The free beach is 7-10 minutes walk, but it is so small and noisy that we chose one of the paid ones, in season (July/August) the cost is 30 euros per person per day for an umbrella and two sun loungers . There is also a swimming pool on site

Staff can't do enough for you helping you with whatever you ask of them cycling routes or advising you of the best restaurants around Breakfast is lovely and once again the staff cannot do enough for you. Our first time in Italy but will definitely be back and the food is heaven pasta seafood pizzas ect.
