The parking lot could be closer to the hotel))) The pool is small, in the photo it looked like three of them in a pile 😸, the shower cabins in the rooms are sooooo small and uncomfortable, everything is old but still alive.. I recommend booking a hotel on another street further from the sea but with normal conditions, and there 3 stars will seem like 5+! It is not added to the small rooms for sun loungers, so that someone would have in mind! The view of the sea is side from the window. I thought at least there would be a kettle in the room with coffee, but there was no such thing... Honestly? Disappointed with the hotel!

Absolutely horrible service from several employees. I would like to point out the young Miguel Angelo from the bar area on September 26, 2025. His treatment was unprofessional. He was bad-tempered and very disrespectful. I asked him for tea from room 218, and it arrived after a long time. He knocked on the door really loudly, where my wife was asleep and woke up. I also asked him to be more respectful when knocking on the door. Also, when he gave me the tea, he hit it abruptly, and I ended up burning myself with the hot water. He told me he wouldn't be there, so he would charge us €4 for the service anyway. This young man isn't worthy. He also passed himself off as his colleague Cristian's name. With this treatment from this man, we have no desire to return.

The Staff were very kind, all service perfect. The buffetbreakfast and dinner delecious. The beach 10 steps away from Hotel!

I visited the Hotel Manila with my family and our small dog for a couple of days and we feel amazing that extended more days.
They even informed me at the check-in that pets are NOT allowed on Jesolo beach, but that was not a problem since we found a very good solution and we fully enjoyed our vacation.
All the staff are so kind.
We are planning to come back next year!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it very much! The location is super nice, clean rooms, friendly staff and good food! We would like to thank our waiters Marco and Angelo for their kindness, super helpful and friendly service. They went above and beyond to make sure we’re enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this hotel

Nice middle class hotel
Good:
+Price was great for all thr benefits offered. I think it was a special offer on the booking platform (82 euro/ night including breakfast)
+Rooms are clean
+ room stile is not super modern but cute
+air condition!!!
+Staff is friendly
+ location= central and directly at the beach
+chair and sunbed at beach included
+clean sand beach, clean water (maybe due to corona and the current absence of the mass tourism (?))
+parking included
+pool

Room for improvement:
-Literary no fruit or vegetables at breakfast. Due to the corona restrictions the buffet is limited. Still some fresh food in the morning would have been great. No plant based magarine- so easy and a lot of guests would like it ;)
- the cushions are hard
-very few sunbeds at the pool (Due to corona)

All in all I would definitely recommend the Manila Hotel for travellers who do not wamt to spend all too much but still look for a good and rather comfortable middle class hotel in Lido de Jesolo.

Hotel is lovely, absolutely spotless. Breakfast wasn't the best. We were moved to this hotel as the one we booked decided to close early. I got the impression that the staff weren't happy about having to take us in. Also .... when we booked our holiday we had paid the tourist tax but when we were checking out the receptionist was adamant that that was impossible and she made us pay it again. So please don't pay your tourist tax booking your holiday.
