The hotel has been renovated, new rooms with very good wifi and a balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is not in the clean center, but it is close to the beach and shops. There is a large swimming pool in front of the hotel. The price is favorable. They are making a spa.

I Had a lovely stay for 7 days on business, relaxing and the staff are all great and welcoming. I came during rainy days but will definitely come back with my family in the summer as the beach is close by and very tempting. The rooms are big and clean. Food is outstanding and every night they have a new menu with a great atmosphere.

The Greif was certainly one of the top addresses in town. Today, this hotel lives off its reputation, but unfortunately it does not live up to it. The rooms are very small and the furnishings (80s style) could do with being updated. The toilet and shower in one room and the bad smell are also a problem. Excellent Italian cuisine very friendly staff

Very nice and all, but for the price? Not worth it! The rooms are fairly small. The food options are mediocre and so is the pool. Some of the staff is fantastic while others are somewhat rude. The beach is wonderful and clean. Also wonderful jogging route. Mini fridge was broken.

Great location, beach is in short walking distance but the hotel is in a quiet street surrounded with beautiful trees which makes it really charming and offers good relax for guests. Meals are excellent, varied and waiters super friendly. Pool and bikes were also very useful for us with a young child. We enjoyed our stay very much, made remarkable memories and are eager tor return sometime.

The first hotel in Lignano. Of course, many times modernized. Authorized 4 * .Cooks Italian cuisine at the level of higher gastronomy. Rooftop pool with amazing views of the beaches. I can recommend to everyone.

That hotel is ok, but definitely not 4 starts. Maybe just swimming pool was very good. Breakfast was everyday limited and the quality of the products was cheap.

There’s nothing obviously BAD about the hotel. However, the wifi was unuseable and the breakfast left a bit to be desired. It’s good for a quick sleep but not exactly a resort stay. Convenient to the beach at least.

This hotel is at the beach and you can pay for a sea view room. Our room was big and clean. Bathroom was perfect with massage shower. Balcony has great view at sea.

Our stay in this hotel was great. Hotel is situated in a quite street, hotel has a nice pool. Hotel is baby friendly (pool for babies, baby chair,...) Things for improvent: - you need to decide by 10am if you want a lunch which is not very convenient - breakfast was good, but everyday the same and not much of a vegetables - our room had a old carpet

It is a lovely hotel to stay during your holidays. Very clean and the staff is always very gentle.

2 + 1 does not mean that you get a free bed automatically, you need to pay additional costs for an extra bed. Cleaning service was perfect, cleaning twice a day, no slippers only one bathrobe for 2+1 :) Great balcony but location on the afternoon sun side so an umbrella definitely needed on the balcony.

My wife and I stayed for 1 week in the beginning of September. The hotel is very well positioned, close to the beach (4 minutes walk) and also to the center (about 3 minutes walk). The room was on the 3rd floor and was spacious enough, balcony included. The cleaning was done daily and towels changed as often as we requested. The bed was not really a double bed but more as 2 single beds which were joined...
