I Had a lovely stay for 7 days on business, relaxing and the staff are all great and welcoming. I came during rainy days but will definitely come back with my family in the summer as the beach is close by and very tempting. The rooms are big and clean. Food is outstanding and every night they have a new menu with a great atmosphere.

The Greif was certainly one of the top addresses in town. Today, this hotel lives off its reputation, but unfortunately it does not live up to it. There’s nothing obviously BAD about the hotel. However, the wifi was unuseable and the breakfast left a bit to be desired. It’s good for a quick sleep but not exactly a resort stay. Convenient to the beach at least.

We stayed for two days in peace, with no noise from both the street and the perfectly soundproofed rooms. The hotel has a large shaded car park, very professional welcome, very quiet room on the fourth floor, excellent quality and price. I recommend it, I will definitely come back.

Was there on Juli 2021. Had a really nice modern room with a queen sized bed. The breakfast was nice, even though you weren't allowed to take things from the buffet, because of Covid restrictions. The service was nothing special but also not bad. I would recommend using the yakuzi on top of the roof, it's free! I would definitely stay here again.

EV drivers, be aware that the wallbox is not on site, but rather a couple hundred meters down the road. However, since all the public chargers I tried in Lignano were either broken or did not work with roaming (EnBW, Freshmile), I was very happy to have a working charger anywhere, even if not directly on site.
