The staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The balcony was nice and spacious. We traveled with our small dog and it was not a problem. Breakfast was standard. It was a short drive to the main road with restaurants and shops. Nothing stood out. The pool was closed but that is understandable with Covid.

Very clean, personal extremly friendly, food is good. To be considered - no proper parking available; for instance we parked on the side walk, in front of the hotel. It seems to be accepted in Italy. For desert and some dishes there is buffet - when desert is over, it is over for the evening. My opinion is that in general the desert is not sufficient for all the guests. The 4 star expectation is shadowed...

It was nice and not too far away from the beach, there is a dish washer and washing machine but the dish washer does not work very well, not very many bowls or mugs available and no oven, neighbours were also very noisy in the early morning and throughout the day. The fridges seal does not work properly and we had to prop a chair up to the door to keep it closed.

Too thin walls you can hear everything in the morning like the kids running up and down,cleaning and the AC could be better

Nice stay. Great value for that price. Good location, 700m to beach (hotel have own sunbed, umbrella and chair there), lot of restaurants in surounded area, also the market. Staff really polite and helpful. Room ok. Swimming pool area is nice. Bikes available free of charge. Breakfast choice is very good.

Very nice hotel situated 6 minutes of walk from the beach. Rooms are very clean and in a very good condition. Restaurant serves delicious meals: fishes, meat meals and also for vegetarian. If you want to eat something do not waste time for searching a reastaurant outside of the hotel.

Exceptional stuff, bike rents for free, close to beach and city center, lunapark 5 minutes away, new renovated rooms, private pool, great dinners. We chose 2 out of 8 different meals every evening plus a desert. Great location.

Exceptionaly nice and helpful staff! Very nice renovated rooms. And great food - I recommend at least "half-board". I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

(+) The hotel is located close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great. The best part of our stay was the hospitality of the staff in the restaurant, very friendly and helpful. (-) Broken and dirty refrigerator in the room. You have to pay around €29 for the sun chair and umbrella at the beach, otherwise you're not allowed to enter the beach.

Clean and friendly but definitley not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 but even 2 is difficult.the air conditioning is old and verry noisy, impossible to sleep with the air on.the hotel and the rooms are very old and comunism style even it is very clean.the pool is ok but old and rusty,for breackfast outside not enough tables for all people.you feel like 40 years back in time!not children friendly facilities

We stayed for two days in peace, with no noise from both the street and the perfectly soundproofed rooms. The hotel has a large shaded car park, very professional welcome, very quiet room on the fourth floor, excellent quality and price. I recommend it, I will definitely come back.

This beach front hotel was a treat to myself. Small cozy room with a beach front view, and a pool to myself first thing in the morning before enjoying their incredible breakfast selection. The receptionist didn't know English well, but communicated well enough for me to understand and answered my questions about the taxi service and nearest bus stop. Would recommend!

Beach is like just across street from hotel, bar is opened 24 hours, food is great, what do u need more.

It was sold as 4 star but wasn't, maybe it is fir the area but by international standards it is not. The decor is dated, the rooms are small and the bathrooms are cramped.

Beautiful and clean premises, a spacious and clean swimming pool. There is a heated pool for children. The kitchen is fully equipped, but lacks a water kettle. The staff is friendly. It is a 5-minute drive to the beach.

were there in 2015, it was very tidy, very friendly staff, the food was very tasty, not much choice for small children, then the pool was nice but a bit cold. The worst thing they couldn't do anything about was the mosquitoes, me and mine daughter were full

The room is luxurious, consisting of two rooms. The food in the restaurant is varied and includes seafood. The pool is huge and not shallow. There is a separate pool for children with heated water. In the evening there are animators for children with music.

We had a great stay here. Very clean and professional, the homes are adequate and mainly equipped with the items needed for a family. They’re happy to help immediately if you’re missing anything. End of July wasn’t too busy, great pools for the kids and some entertainment.

There’s nothing obviously BAD about the hotel. However, the wifi was unuseable and the breakfast left a bit to be desired. It’s good for a quick sleep but not exactly a resort stay. Convenient to the beach at least.

For 170 bucks per person for 2 nights, we had a very clean and very nice looking room! Bc of the corona situation the beach was almost empty and we could choose where to lie. We were suprised to even get a room with seaview and all in all had a very comfy and relaxed time here

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great selection of food for breakfast, which is served in a cozy roof-top restaurant with nice view. Saunas, jacuzzi and swimming pool are available on the roof for guests as well.

The hotel and the service was excelent. Breakfast was good. The rooms were cleaned every day. The personal was very friendly and although the beach was not oppened, the hotel manager organized some beach chairs.

Location is perfect, right at the beach and close to the city center as well. The breakfast was delicious would suggest to try their egg and bacon. We loved their offering on free bikes - used them every day! They were very comfortable.

Very quiet in the evening, I have noticed it often passing in front of it, because it is far from the noise of the center or the Terrazza a Mare area. There's a swimming pool with nice warm water, a jacuzzi, deckchairs on the beach were included and you can also use the hotel bicycles - all included in the price. I have specific dietary requirements (vegan and gluten free) and they were happy to make something specifically...

Good staying at this hotel for one week with all inclusive accomodation. The food is not so varying but the quality is good. Quantity is enough. Very near to the beach and to the city center. There is noise during the evening especially if you are in the dependance. Rooms are clean. Very useful the usage of bicicles and for who has kids there is a reserved area where they can play.

Great hotel in a beautiful place! Stayed here for six days in September, had a lovely time in Lignano. The room was not too large, but comfortable enough for two. There is a large balcony with a coffee table and chairs to enjoy the view with a glass of wine. We ordered package dinners and the meals were very good for their price. But the best part is that the hotel gives bycicles to ride for free...

Hotel with pool close to the centre od Lignano Pineta. Few minutes walking distance there are many restaurants, bakery, church.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and I was very happy with it. Excellent cuisine, I especially enjoyed the breakfast which was very abundant and very rich. The hotel is very close to the sea and has a great view over it. The hotel is perfectly clean. I enjoyed the bike service very much. The staff is helpful and nice.

We stayed in the annex (adult only) in the hope of not being disturbed by crying children. I'm sure I was told that the rooms were soundproofed but alas with the plasterboard walls we heard the neighbor "partying" at night, the neighbors on the balcony who talked until morning, the cleaning ladies and the bar staff already from 6 / 6.30. Blackout curtains that forced us to stay all day with the light...
