I was in the region on a bike touring holiday and the Grand Hotel Principe was a perfect resting place for a night. A warm welcome by the staff, very comfortable rooms and an outstanding breakfast and dinner with house-made local Piemontese specialties was excellent. The pool and garden were also very relaxing. Thank to the whole staff (receptionist, cleaning lady) for the hospitality and the kindness. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The continental breakfast was also good. The location is very good, close to the center of the city. We could leave our car and motorbikes in the hotel garage.

The hotel located in the center of Limone is the structure that welcomed us during our motorbike tour last weekend. Excellent location and cleanliness but what makes the difference is undoubtedly the hospitality and exemplary availability of the owners. We have stayed in this hotel before going on the Via del Sale by bike. It was just perfect for this, as it already saves you 200m and 5km of bike trip from Limone. Rooms are clean, food is nice and staff is very friendly. We were also extremely grateful for being able to park our car there during our bike trip the following 2 nights.

I found myself in Cuneo by mistake and late at night, with no battery on my phone and no money. Maximum availability and kindness. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is very clean and well maintained.

Good family hotel experience. Interesting rear entrance with key for customers and the patio that is accessed and enjoyed from the rooms. To improve that breakfast should include salty (ham or sausage). The perfect room, sink and bed. Thank you!

The hotel is in a beautiful position, it is not facing the sea but you can reach the sea a few kilometers away ... The hotel is located near a public car park and is free of charge. The only minus they should put air conditioning in the rooms. The service and the staff very kind excellent breakfast.

Nice affordable hotel, with an old-school style but clean and recently renovated. Far from the center of Imperia, and near the highway, but not too noisy. Good italian breakfast, I recommend the capuccino.

Rooms are much better than what’s shown in the pictures, still with the 90s look though, could need some updating. Lovely view over Borgo Imperia from the terrace. Staff is super friendly.

We went there with the family and really enjoyed it. Fantastic place, really polite and welcoming staff, nice everyone, fantastic sea view, I went to many hotels but this really impressed me a lot. I'll be back for sure 😉

Unfortunately, a bad room in a beautiful setting .... We found ourselves in a room that probably remained in the 80s, perhaps in the early 90s, with a bathroom without windows but with the toilet positioned right inside the shower ... Just seen we didn't want to believe it ... We thought it was a joke instead ... It was reality. When I was taking a shower, I even bathed toilet paper everywhere ......
