The lady serving the breakfast is fantastic, kind and helpful. Good and plentiful breakfast, central location and very convenient to the lifts. Clean and comfortable rooms, perhaps a little small. A little uncomfortable mattress.

We stayed 4 days in this beautiful hotel run by two really helpful and kind people. Very nice room, big and clean. New structure with quality materials that make everything even more warm and welcoming. Excellent breakfast and top location for the riding track. Best location for skiing in Limone - across the street from the ski store and some 100m from the lift. Great staff. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off at the train station. Good break-fast and aperitivo. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Limone

I was in the region on a bike touring holiday and the Grand Hotel Principe was a perfect resting place for a night. A warm welcome by the staff, very comfortable rooms and an outstanding breakfast and dinner with house-made local Piemontese specialties was excellent. The pool and garden were also very relaxing. Thank to the whole staff (receptionist, cleaning lady) for the hospitality and the kindness. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The continental breakfast was also good. The location is very good, close to the center of the city. We could leave our car and motorbikes in the hotel garage.

Excellent location, very friendly staff (they help us to find a nice place for NYE!), very clean and comfy room (good mattress) with kitchenette. The ski lift offered by the hotel is very convenient as well. Highly recommended, we will come again if we can!

A basic room but a good deal. The room was spotless, the staff warm, friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was better than expected too. The location right next to the village is great. If you drive up pay the extra eur15 for the parking when you book, it's worth it for the convenience.

The hotel is typical mountain. The annex is also taken care of in the furnishings like the hotel. Good meal. There is a restful alpine panorama and a nice parking lot. Many motorcyclists stop.

The hotel located in the center of Limone is the structure that welcomed us during our motorbike tour last weekend. Excellent location and cleanliness but what makes the difference is undoubtedly the hospitality and exemplary availability of the owners. Family-run hotel, excellent cleanliness, good breakfast, parking available for a fee, nice tavern, excellent location (5 minutes walk from the lifts and there is also the municipal shuttle which stops in front), large ski room. Nice hotel in the centre of Limone. Easy to find and to check in. Place in the yard for my motorbike. Very serviceminded owners. Small but comfortable room. Good breakfast with both sweet and savoury content. Village center very close to eat etc.

Several bars offering your typical continental breakfast. There is a very nice supermarket with everything and a lovely gastronomia if you don’t feel like going out or cooking.

The hotel is fantastic, from start to finish we had a terrific stay. The location is really incredible and the view from the room and the terrace is nothing short of spectacular. We had been here for Lunch previously when skiing, but came back to stay for a night for our wedding anniversary and were absolutely delighted. I don't get it why people don't stay there! It's very charming and it seems like tourists are just coming for the day to visit the area and sleep some place else while this place is really nice. Large rooms with great views, beautiful bathrooms, OK...the mattresses need to be upgraded to a new level of comfort. But overall it is very cosy and quiet. The food is simple but good and breakfast offered...

We have stayed in this hotel before going on the Via del Sale by bike. It was just perfect for this, as it already saves you 200m and 5km of bike trip from Limone. Rooms are clean, food is nice and staff is very friendly. We were also extremely grateful for being able to park our car there during our bike trip the following 2 nights.

Service was especially nice! Staff is friendly and speak english. Rooms are cozy and have a home feel to them. Food is very tasty and prices reasonable :D Had a wonderful stay!

Really nice apartment nearby the ski slopes, just 5 minutes walking. The owner is really nice person, really polite and nice to all the guest. In the morning they offer also a little but tasty breakfast to start the day in the right way.

We were referred to this fantastic b & b by friends. Slept very well, clean, warm and welcoming environment. Hearty breakfasts with a wide choice. Being located in the heart of the town, the car is no longer needed for the entire stay. We will definitely be back

In the center of Limone, a hospitable cottage with some apartments revisited as a B&B. Very nice and well-kept furnishings. Breakfast is not served, but in the room there is a kettle with various sachets (coffee, tea, herbal tea ..) and biscuits. Friendly and welcoming staff, always available.
