Livi Family Hotel

We stayed in this hotel for one night with our two children aged 2 and 1 year.
Fantastic room, spacious and clean with balcony and windows overlooking the street.
All the attention was given to the children even at the start of the trip as they gave each a bottle of water for the journey.
The play area idea is good.
For a 4 star hotel I expected something more for breakfast, more variety of cakes and croissants.
We will definitely return

We stayed in this wonderful property during our skiing week. We were 5 couples with a total of 7 children. It was wonderful to see them play in the room dedicated to them full of games with the super sweet and super patient nanny Jessica. In the dining room there is a glass window that allows you to monitor the children while they play (in the evening, for example, dinner is served to them first if you ask so that the parents can then enjoy their meals). A heartfelt thank you to Giulia who with so much patience and kindness welcomed our requests on the courses (often very confusing); thanks also to Franco, another room assistant, Enisa, often present at the reception, and Alan who served us at the bar. Everyone is super smiling and kind. The cuisine was always very good, the starter included both light side dishes (which I personally love) such as various types of salad, tomatoes, carrots, etc. and more elaborate dishes. In short, we started with an appetizer that satisfied all palates. Followed by other courses that you could choose for breakfast and which have always been very good. The desserts are also excellent. The breakfast is very varied both sweet and savory and always freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms are spacious and modern. There is also a laundry service, ski storage and convenient outdoor parking. The ski slopes are just a stone's throw away and if you don't even want to do them, take the free bus outside the hotel. Ideal hotel for families with children. I hope to come back!

Excellent place we would return here

Everything super! More like a big family house than usual hotel ☺️ With a playroom for kids where always one person was sitting to keep an eye on kids. Super location, skibus in front of the entrance. Rooms very comfy, food delicious, very friendly and helpful people. I wish we will back there! 🥰

Great family hotel, with friendly staff, good interior, cool play room with lots of interesting options to play, also there are small kids area around the hotel. Breakfast is also good and tasty, suitable for everyone. Location is perfect, close to everything, ski lifts, restaurants, shops, etc. And the town Livigno is really nice, and very friendly for kids. We liked our short stay here.

From the first contact. first by email then by phone we have already tasted the welcome that took shape when we arrived.
New rooms, modern but at the same time recalling tradition.
Excellent miniclub service open from 16.00 to 22.00. Really good nanny Jessica.
Possibility to rent a stroller and to book a babysitter if one day the parents want to go skiing or take a ride.
Good food ... So if I find a small flaw .. the restaurant service would need to be improved a little.
For the rest we highly recommend it.

New and welcoming structure. Perfect for families especially with small to medium children.
Excellent cuisine and courteous service. The extras (eg wine at dinner) are not overly expensive as happens in other establishments.

Very nice hotel, new, the food is fairly good. Very attentive to the needs of children, with games room, babysitter etc ...
If you want to see TV in the room you only see 2/3 channels no more.
