Great hotel with fantastic services (outdoor pool with panorama view all Livigno, 5 saunas, wellness, tasty food and really nice staff. Rooms are clean. Bathroom ok but little bit small. Right next to bus to Carosello and citycentre.

The place is worth the money you spend. We reserved a mountain view room with half board. Breakfast & dinner are buffet, while still respecting COVID requirements. Good position versus ski slope. You can go to and back from one of the ski slope by foot. For the city center you need to take bus or after a certain hour the taxi. Taxi is cheap so its ok, however beeing in city center is something else. The hotel is like a maze and not enough direction signs. In the first days got lost a couple of times. Internet here is dead. The interior is old, then falls off in the rooms. Sometimes dims the lights. In English there do not speak. View your rent and service available in the garage. The food is tasty.

The hotel itself is great, and my room had even a kitchen. The service is good, as it is the breakfast, but I wouldn't really suggest the restaurant, which offers only a buffet, at the price of 25€ for each person, beverage excluded.

Most of the members of staff was polite and friendly. The Position of the Hotel for the skiing lift's was great, the view of the valley was amazing able to seeing all most 360* of fireworks for New year. The bus's was free to able to shopping in town and other's skiing lift's available in all Livigno.

Second year in hotel Primula. Love the way the staff manages everything making you feel like home. Food is awesome, italian dishes, sometimes local specialities, home hand made delicions desserts. It's always sad to leave Livingo! Hope to come back soon.

finding the place is a huge struggle (Sept 2021), there is no sign on the building saying Hotel Galli's. instead the sign says Ristorante/Pizzeria. the building is down an alley accessed from the main road, which left us wondering around a carparks of neighbouring properties with our luggage until the restaurant staff came out to advise us that their restaurant was the hotel !! Newly built hotel, fully equipped for children and families, quiet for adults too. Excellent cuisine with a wide choice also for vegans. Swimming pool and water games for children. Due to Coronavirus we actually haven't visited the hotel yet but the customer service is extremely helpful and nice. We had a few queries and they always dealt with them very professionally. We can't wait to visit the hotel.

They have heated ski lockers on site for your equipment which is great. When you arrive in Livigno you want to take the red bus from Livigno Centro station. This will take you straight to the hotel. The location is really close to the ski lift. Staff was very kind and helpful with all of our questions. Breakfast was also pretty good. There is a pool and a sauna in the hotel as well. All in all it was great!

Loved our stay here; great service and facilities. Restaurant is one of the best in town (we know because we tried almost all others during our previous stays in Livigno). Exceptional cleanliness. Underground parking. Swimming pool and saunas. You might find room design a bit dated, but the one we stayed in was spacious and functional. Will come back here 100%.

We just stayed at Mota for 4 nights. The hotel was very quiet during the offseason but the service was still excellent. The staff was extremely nice and we were being treated like family. The dinner menu was amazing and the breakfast buffet was very rich. I can recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely come back during snow season since the place is right next to the slopes.

From a 4 stars holtel I was expecting a better service and better facilities. In our room it was pretty cold, no bathrobe for the spa and no bottle of water as it was mentioned in the booking. The staff is helpful, they provided us what was missing. The great thing is its position right in the center. It is located near various restaurants and shops and it has a nice view on the ski slopes.

Nice hotel, close to a skislopes. Not the largest rooms. Simple spa area with 2 saunas, no pool or bubblebath. Clean rooms. Lots of shops and reaturants around.

The hotel has the perfect location for skiing/snowboarding because of the chairlift which comes across 150 meters away. I didn't stay in the hotel but used their gym. Service in the hotel is really good, people are nice and helful. The hotel has a nice gym and spa next to it. The daily ticket for the gym is 8eurs. My recommendation!

We have come to this hotel for a long time, and were always happy to be here, tho rooms are clean, the location is really good, being close to the ski areas, good restaurants and more. The hotel has a good lobby and a cozy bar. The service is really good for the small amount of people they have. Overall its an amazing hotel.

Went to the Gourmet part of the restaurant. Rather high priced but exceptional quality and sizeable portions. Service is impeccable. Although it does not carry many typical dishes of the area.

This hotel is the heart of Livigno. The bar is always full and active. Food is OK and basic. The hotel rooms are nice and traditional alpine design. The hotel Spa is awsome.
