Beautiful old hotel near the water (but no ocean views). Bathroom was pretty luxurious and spacious for a mid-priced European hotel. We missed breakfast but apparently it might have been included in the price. The front desk made us dinner reservations for a cute café down the street. As much as I love that old world feel, our room was borderline kitschy and the AC didn't work very well. Overall pleasant experience in an historic building.

Very sweet looking historic hotel. Lovely staff, clean room and quaint interior to match the old style hotel. Shutters in room kept it very dark (great for kids to sleep in!) Easy to park and great location for ferry.

We only booked the hotel because the ferry to Sardinia was very early in the morning. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The price of 215 euros is an outrage for the quality. The hotel is old and has probably not been renovated for decades. The bathroom smelled bad. The empty minibar was dirty.

I stayed here in July for a few days and very nice. Great hospitality . The spaggio is a 2 -3 minute walk. Beautiful architecture and design.

Very cozy and close to downtown. The breakfast every morning is a nice touch. The freshly made lattes are the cherry on this Sundae

I'm digging the old school Italy feel. But bar has no beer, hotel has no elevator so if you cant handle stairs dont stay here. Breakfast needs improvement along with the hotel staff attitude. And parking is the worst..
