I've been here before with a group of business friends. We had a great time. Reception at the highest level. Thank you, the receptionist Maria, the other person at the reception, Abby, and the head nurse, Tina. We enjoyed the views of the beautiful nature and the wonderful appearance of the complex. I will visit it next year with a group of other friends

We stayed here for 4 nights in January in a twin room. The service was wonderful by the staff who clearly pride themselves on their establishment. The room itself was quite small and the entire place is quite noisy with little insulation between the rooms. The whole place is outdated and needs renovating. The wifi that is advertised as being available throughout the hotel is most certainly not available...

Went there for skiing. Location was brilliant, right next to ski lift and slap bang in the centre of Madesimo. Staff were friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

Have stayed in four hotels in Madesimo and this is the best so far. Family run and very friendly. Amazing food especially the breakfast. Loads of hot water and heating that we had to turn off, it was so good. Nothing is too much trouble. Great position for the ski lifts ( 75 yards to the nearest). Will definitely stay again if we can.

Our fifth visit for a skiing holiday and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Superb value and always a fantastic holiday - always welcomed back and genuinely remembered. Central location within 100m of main ski lift. Family-run (and you feel like part of the family). Mountains of very good home-cooked regional food, great ambience, lively with locals at the weekends.Can't recommend it highly enough.

Traditional old stile hotel in the center of the town. Just few steps from the cable car. Exyremely attentive service. No lift though. Vedy good price considering the location

We booked a night spontaneously on a motorcycle trip. They let us park the bikes inside the garage which they closed for us. Food was ok, all in all we liked it here.

Only used the restaurant for a dinner for four. Some other positive notes which leave some doubts. On the positive reception, courteous and helpful even though we arrived at 21.30 with the local already empty. From reviewing the price for the menu offered at a fixed price and the quality of some courses. On the menu is the covered was added for a placemat paper seemed to me exaggerated. Very comfortable for the price point. Wifi was bad though (we were in the 5th floor) and the bed spread/comforter was very thin and not comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly except for Der Kirektor who seemed quite frustrated and grumpy.

Price for value is fine: It is a simple hotel, in a convenient location with polite service. The location is at a busy round about, just outside the old town, only 10 minutes on foot from the bus and train station. The city is not very busy. But ask for a room facing the river. They are more quiet and the view is better. Our room had three beds and a sizable bathroom. The breakfast is nothing special...

Modern rooms with air-conditioning!!!! Family friendly service

We had planned to stay in Bellagio on Lake Cuomo for 2 nights but due to a miscommunication with the owner of the apartment we couldn't follow through with our plans. We drove North late in the afternoon and arrived in Chiavenna around 7:00 PM. Luckily The Hotel Conradi had an available room so we checked in and had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is very welcoming. A few minutes walk close to the main train station and bus terminus. The reception was quite helpful giving us assistance when required. The hotels "crotta" (restaurant) is one of the best in the village offering a variety of traditional dishes as well as contemporary cuisine.

We ended up staying to this hotel by chance! rooms are clean with a beautiful window view. they also have a pretty good bar. breakfast is also really good. we enjoyed our night at the bar meeting friendly people, and also the staff and the owner are very nice people. Giving this overall a 5 star base on my experience. would recommend and would go back and stay here!

Room was okay and for the cheap price we paid we can't complain. WLAN didn't work properly and an air conditioner would have been great. Our bathroom was way to small. Service was good. Communication was kinda complicated, cause most of the employees didn't understand english. All in all the hotel is fine and you can't really expect more for that little money.

Cozy hotel in a calm area. We were given a friendly welcome, as the hotel wasn't crowded at all they opened the restaurant only for us two. The food was normal priced and very delicious. Friendly service, breakfast was various and delicious. Won't be the last time!

Since the hotel was small, they don't offer a buffet, but you could order basically anyth (coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, cheese, cake , juice .... - ALL INCLUDED) Although the staff didn't speak English, they were super friendly And helpful. I have never stayed here as I live nearby but I've been there twice for dinner in the summer of 2022. Both times the food and the service was great. There is a terrace which is enclosed and heated in winter though you can't really see the lake very clearly from it. Staff are friendly and the pizzas were especially good and at around €10 good value.

This place is pure relaxation vibes! Set on a beautiful farm, off the beaten track - we loved our stay here so much we booked another night on our way back through. Rooms are clean and modern, breakfast was amazing and the pool/sauna area was fabulous!

Stayed at this hotel in autumn. The hotel has a beautiful location right next to the lake. The garden and pool is beautiful, but in autumn/winter not heated. The wellnes area has two Saunas, steam bath, a relax are and a strange room were they have a lot of salt in pots. I guess you are supposed to put it on your skin. The steam bath smelled very bad. The stuff at reception was also not very helpful...

Stayed here in the dying months of the Winter. A very scenic place. Not all rooms have a scenic view but the rooms are modern and clean and depending on the dates you choose good value for money. The off beach bar and swimming pool area is beautiful although we didn't brave a dip in May! Service was great, breakfast was OK but nothing amazing but all in all a lovely visit.

We had a great stay: the staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are great and there was enough to do for the kids but also time and space to relax and the location is really good for going to the lake, visiting a town or taking a hike in the mountains. I would defiantly recommend, specially for a family with kids.

It was our first time in the Residence. We booked two apartments for two families with a total of 10 people. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen well stocked. All absolutely spotless. The pool is divine and our children are using it non stop! There are games available for children. Possibility to use the bikes and go around the town, without paying. Beautiful patio for barbecuing or eating outside...

This is a basic hotel. The rooms are very basic with a double room having two single beds pushed together. The facilities in the rooms are basic, our tv didn’t work properly and the wardrobe door was rigid. The place really needs to be modernised. The breakfast was good and the service was good too.

We were looking for a restaurant and we found the hotel restaurant by a chance. The staff welcomed us and recommended some tasty dishes - they were indeed very delicious, served in the garden, accompanied by good wine. All great - location, staff and food ==> recommended

Room had nice patio balcony and clean . Restaurant staff friendly and helpful . As this is located in the main town it's location is excellent for exploring the beautiful water front of Colico but less lovely to find parking as none at hotel , but lovely locals solved this issue for us.

Was a great little hotel with private gated parking for motorbikes. Staff was friendly and the rooms clean, it's located close to supermarket, pharmacy, fuel station and close to the lake with great restaurants. It's about 45 minutes away from Stelvios Pass.

Super accommodation in a quiet place with a view of the mountains! The decor is a bit outdated but everything is very clean. The kitchen is very complete in terms of utensils. There is a nice swimming pool with sunbeds. Nice owner. The center with some restaurants is within walking distance. Watch your rims when entering the Via Alla Poncia road by car as there is a high sidewalk on the right side...

Good price and location, we enjoyed our camping experience. Some minor things that made me put only 4 stars. 1. open frames in the shower building that could make it a bit cold in spring/autumn. 2. no kitchen to cook smth. P.S. The great and super friendly cat is living there.
