We stayed here for 4 nights in January in a twin room. The service was wonderful by the staff who clearly pride themselves on their establishment. The room itself was quite small and the entire place is quite noisy with little insulation between the rooms. The whole place is outdated and needs renovating. The wifi that is advertised as being available throughout the hotel is most certainly not available...

Due to a technical mistake with another structure, our booking was married to the sport hotel Alpina. The initial doubts vanished within a few minutes: ready to welcome us a very kind girl (I don't remember the name) who explains the rules of the structure, with whom we spend a few minutes. After the registration process, he takes us to our room on the third floor. The very nice, clean, modern room...

Spacious room, with double bed, sitting area and mezzanine with 2 single beds, very clean! Initially we had a technical problem with the TV not working but Vittoria, always kind and helpful, moved us from room. The breakfast is not a buffet but served ... the first day I must say that the impact was not the best as we had to "pull out with pliers" what the hotel proposed ... when requesting a simple...

Very nice hotel in a great location

This hotel is ideally situated 15 metres from the ski lift. The rooms are modern and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast has a wide selection of items to choose from. The food in the restaurant has a real local flavour and there is a good selection of wines that are very reasonably priced. This was our first visit but we intend to go back next year

We went there in January for skiing. The service is good, the location is good as the hotel is right next to the lift. The wellness area is small but good because of the many facilities. Only minus was the size of the room (we’re three in a room for two) and the view was not fantastic - looking into the ski lift. However I recommend the place.

Short 3 night stay. Hotel was clean, and staff friendly, and we were made very welcome Food was excellent (although scrambled eggs and bacon not quite UK transport café style!). The room was upmarket for typical ski resort accommodation, although sliding bathroom door didn't slide very well!) Bed was comfortable. We visited for a short skiing break at the end of January 2024 The hotel was welcoming, the rooms were very modern, the restaurant bar and lobby were traditional Italian and of a high quality Everywhere was immaculately clean and the food was good We used the extensive Spa area downstairs which was excellent Icing on the cake was a pianist / singer on our last night

It was a last minute booking for 4 of us to go skiing and just staying for 1 night, the resort was quiet as it was low season in the week but there was still a buzz around the hotel. The manager greeted us at the door and without asking upgraded our 4 bed room to 2 twin rooms which was perfect, and immediately after checking us in was back serving food and doing the bar. The guy who was handling everything...

Been in there a couple of times on this trip, I think it might be our favourite bar, great food and wine at really good price. Service was excellent and the kids really enjoyed it. I can wholeheartedly recommend the goulash it was superb.

The Capriolo restaurant is one of my favorites in Madesimo. Their specialty is the local food, which is always fresh and tasty and the atmosphere is the classic one you would expect to find in a mountain restaurant, but a bit classier. I recommend it especially for a dinner, but remember to book a table during the high season because the number of tables is limited.

Attractive hotel with great location and service. fantastic food but the small rooms are very small

The staff were amazing. So friendly and lovely people. The food was fantastic and they bent over backwards to accommodate our dietary requirements. We loved everything about this hotel and can’t wait to go back. The room was also lovely and beds comfey. Breakfast was amazing.

Have stayed in four hotels in Madesimo and this is the best so far. Family run and very friendly. Amazing food especially the breakfast. Loads of hot water and heating that we had to turn off, it was so good. Nothing is too much trouble. Great position for the ski lifts ( 75 yards to the nearest). Will definitely stay again if we can.

Our fifth visit for a skiing holiday and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Superb value and always a fantastic holiday - always welcomed back and genuinely remembered. Central location within 100m of main ski lift. Family-run (and you feel like part of the family). Mountains of very good home-cooked regional food, great ambience, lively with locals at the weekends.Can't recommend it highly enough.

Traditional old stile hotel in the center of the town. Just few steps from the cable car. Exyremely attentive service. No lift though. Vedy good price considering the location

We booked a night spontaneously on a motorcycle trip. They let us park the bikes inside the garage which they closed for us. Food was ok, all in all we liked it here.

Only used the restaurant for a dinner for four. Some other positive notes which leave some doubts. On the positive reception, courteous and helpful even though we arrived at 21.30 with the local already empty. From reviewing the price for the menu offered at a fixed price and the quality of some courses. On the menu is the covered was added for a placemat paper seemed to me exaggerated. The food arrived...

Although the hotel was not busy, they took a lot of trouble to ;prepare an excellent dinner for me as the only guest in the dining room. Breakfast was also fine

Family-run structure, excellent home cooking, comfortable and well-cleaned rooms (ours with a view of the lake), owners always kind and helpful and generous with useful advice, with reserved parking, we will be back again!

In my search for small paradises on earth, I came across this hotel that allowed me to clarify an idea that I could not fully express and that is, the fact that we humankind lose the Earthly Paradise when we pretend to know without the slightest doubt what is good and what is bad ... in this hotel, maybe not a 5-star hotel I had a great time, I rediscovered the flavors of forgotten homemade dishes...

Clean and warm room, very welcoming and functional. Hearty breakfast with a lot of choice of food and drinks. The hotel is located in a wonderful location with spectacular views of the lake and the mountains. Madesimo can be reached easily in 8 minutes. The owners helpful and kind. I advise . The place is very beautiful, in a quiet location just outside the center of Madesimo. The food, hospitality, and rooms are excellent. It loses points for the truly uncomfortable beds, soft bases, and terrible mattresses. In a 4-star hotel, waking up with a sore back is unacceptable.

Just a great facility, loads of space with plenty to do, nice for the option of the spa after skiing, and a drink in the bar from the slope, just perfect

First time to Madesimo and couldn't of had a better trip, hotel was perfect and the staff were great, made to feel welcome and at home from the moment net we arrived. A special mention to Luca for looking after us and making sure we didn't miss one lesson even if we only gave him 5 minutes to get us there!!!
