It was a great stay. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable. The only complaint i have is the fact that i had been to cosenza in august and the aut conditioning was not working very well and it stopped randomly in the middle of the night.

The hotel was in a great location by downtown and the train station with very friendly staff. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was only available after calling in and didn't stay on which made for an uncomfortable 93°F day. The water heater was also not working so everyone enjoyed a cold showers the night I before u and morning after. Once they get the kinks figured out it'll be an awesome place...

The hotel was clean and comfortable but the wifi was so bad you couldn't even connect and there was no elevator and it's a 4 story building. If you have a lot of luggage or need wifi for business it's not a good option. When I arrived the debit/credit machine was out of service as well so that was an additional inconvenience.

Very kind staff especially Mr. Francesco, although he didn't speak English very well he tried and gave us a lot of information about where to go, what to see, where to eat. We thank him very much! The rooms were big, clean and the breakfast was very good. We would go again and recommend to others.

This was a pre-flight stay. The location is just a few minutes drive from Bari Airport. The room was really spacious, beautiful bathroom and very quiet (even being located near the airport). Breakfast was good and check-in/ out seamless.

Excellent structure: located close to the historic center, a short distance from the highway, new, clean and equipped with all comforts. The breakfast is varied and plentiful and the managers are two friendly people. We were there at the beginning and end of August and in both cases we had a great experience. Absolutely recommended.

It is our third time in this place and it is one of our favourites! We like the fact that it is walking distance to the centre. with private parking and pet-friendly. The room has a terrace with a lovely view. It has a common kitchenette equipped with a vending machine which is very convenient.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Civico 27 in September 2022. We booked the 3 rooms on the top floor and were able to enjoy the spectacular views from two balconies. The space was clean, comfortable and well-designed. We really appreciated the air conditioning on those hot days. Antonio was a warm and responsive host, answering all our questions and providing excellent local recommendations...

Structure with a modern and very welcoming design. The room has a super comfortable bed and pillows with an equally spacious attached bathroom. Well stocked breakfast and helpful staff. What amazed me most is the CLEANING. My daughters walked comfortably in socks and the socks were spotless. Very bright room with beautiful views.

An excellent experience! We arrived in the middle of the night, the owner called us a taxi and checked us in over the phone. View from above of old Cosenza on the embankment of the two rivers that cross the gorge that divides the old from the new city. The whole area could be better re-evaluated to make tourists appreciate and not only the historical beauty of the city. Appeal to the administration.

Excellent, nothing else could be said. Very large rooms in a renovated building in the old part of Cosenza, perfectly furnished and with all comforts. Friendly owner and always available to provide any information and help. Last but not least the breakfast with the excellent homemade tart and typical Calabrian sweets.
