The outdoors is breathtaking, although some parts of it seem abandoned. The indoors feels soulles. Some of the rooms are a bit small, and there were spiderwebs laying around. But the place itself is amazing, the food is really good and the staff is friendly and organized! The side with the pool and the staircase is magical.

We have been coming to this hotel for two years, and we had a great time. Friendly staff, spotless rooms and excellent value for money. It is located a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia. I read a lot of really useless reviews, filled with requests that are not compatible with this structure (I remember it's three stars) or even untruthful.

Very attentive staff. Exceptional location next to a beautiful beach. Beautiful property, clean. Though having a car is ideal because walking anywhere except to the beach is difficult (dirt roads or no shoulders), the property provides a service for car rental or navette + driving to get groceries or a visit to a nearby city, which was amazing as we didn't have a car.

Great stay, well-kept place near the beautiful beach of Punta Prosciutto, the only drawback is the room a little too close to the road and therefore a little noise at night.

We stayed 10 days in July in a comfortable studio with a small kitchenette. Very helpful staff, in a short time they managed to resolve a misunderstanding caused by our oversight. A small, very pretty masseria with only 15 rooms. It is strategically located for viewing the surrounding area and the pretty towns. The Masseria has nice rooms and in high season there is also a nice restaurant, as well as a very nice large outdoor pool. Good position, in front of the sea. We asked to be inside for the AC (since it’s the hottest week of the summer). Inside it was ok but AC could be better. Large table, comfortable for child. We got various appetisers and pasta. Taste was ok but we got shocked of the two spaghetti with mussels divided into three child. We spent 40€ + 1€ for division. That was a strange point.
