I stayed at the Belvedere recently on route to the Dolomites. We arrived late and as soon as we arrived the welcome we received from Davide was amazing, shortly after Badiano helped us with parking and Guiseppe checked us out the next day with a big smile! Cannot fault the facilities, breakfast and the pool were fantastic, every member of staff was friendly and polite, what a way to start our holiday in Italy, been travelling many years but this was one of the nicest welcomes I’ve ever had, we will definitely return for a longer stay at The Belvedere.

View from the room was lovely and rooms are clean. Staff are quite rude and their impression of ‘customer service’ was interesting. The people in the room next to us had their dog with them, during our stay their dog had crawled under the balcony separation and done its ‘business’ on our balcony. My partner almost stepped in it as he went outside to take in the view, obviously not what you want. Of course we went to reception with this and their response was less than satisfactory, not that we expected compensation in any way for dogs pooping on our balcony, but the ‘it’s not really our problem attitude’ was shocking, to then be pestered about a bill for eating in the restaurant (which I don’t recommend, average food for extortionate price) which of course we would have paid upon check out. I would avoid sadly.

Everything is good and staff friendly. Amazing views i got some great snaps. Little out of way to get around without a car. So would need a rental.

The camp and weather were great. Breakfast was average, but unfortunately we had to change rooms because of ants.

Very cosy hotel with a beautiful view (the hotel is located on the hill). Quite a few parking spaces, so we never had a problem to find one. Clean swimming pool and not overcrowded (we wnet in July). Polite service. A simple selection for breakfast but fresh and tasty. Good location if you want to explore west coast of the Garda Lake. Highly recommend.

Basically, the hotel is very nicely laid out. The breakfast was OK. The rooms are spacious, the balcony offers a nice view. However, there is a connecting door to the neighboring apartment, which means that the rooms are very thinly soundproof. You can hear every word from the neighboring room. The worst thing about my stay was that money - 380 euros to be exact - was stolen from my wallet while my handbag was in the room. I only realized it when I checked out and could have reported it to the police. Otherwise, no one could help me. I don't want to blame anyone, but there are only two possibilities: 1) it was the cleaning staff or 2) the connecting door was not locked and the money was stolen by those who had the room next to me.
I think it's terrible that something like this happens, so please lock the money and don't leave it unlocked in the room!!!!!!

Hotel was lovely positioned, views lovely, but 1 staff very bad. Food was very bad, could not eat it , and lots of other people felt the same. Waitress told us , English don't follow rules, because I wanted to sit on balcony in the sunshine to eat my breakfast, she told me no , but I did and then she threw a tantrum and threw napkins and cutlery on table. It's a shame as it could be a nice hotel. Rooms were good.

Very good customer service, very helpful with finding a big taxi for us - had 6 luggages- also helped us to rent a car wih good price..balcony view was mesmerising but too much insects at night - june 18- ☀️
