Amazing room, staff super friendly, breakfast was a feast, and the dinner one of the best ones I had , excellent quality of food and drinks, loved our room and bathroom ,definitely to come back!

Nice hotel but let down by not getting a few basics right. Room gets way too hot (AC didn’t work) No food options onsite for lunch, were told restaurant was fully booked for dinner (didn’t seem like it). Room service menu very limited/lacking. Didn’t have an iron / steamer on hand. Told it was in another room that they didn’t track down…

I stayed in a single room, it was basic, there was no kettle in the room or a mirror in bedroom, had to use the bathroom one. The bathroom was nice and clean. The room had lots of storage and a minibar. I didn't get any bottles of water in my room until the second day. The air conditioning/heating hard to control, so I just ended up turning it off. This place was fantastic. Right across the street from the train station. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions. They have a little courtyard off the office which is a very pleasant place to enjoy a glass of wine which they graciously provided my wife and I. The room was very nice and quiet. Without hesitation I would stay here again.

Very conveniently located, this welcoming hotel was extremely comfortable. We had a most attractive room overlooking an internal courtyard. The reception staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions whenever asked. Beautifully clean, throughout.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Alberto Bianchi Stazione. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very stylishly renovated. In addition, the bathroom was very large. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location is very convenient as it is literally right across the street from the Mantua train station.

We really enjoyed staying on it. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had a very nice time and we could sleep very well as it was warm and quiet. It is good value for money, though. If we go back to Mantua, we'll definetely stay there.

this hotel is managed by a warm, caring family...you feel immediately at home. very convenient ehen travelling by train and only 5 min walk to the piazzas.

The B&B being located in an alley with no traffic, is in the best condition to guarantee a very peaceful stay. The proximity to the historic center of Mantua allows you to reach, on foot, some points of interest in a few minutes. The studio is quite spacious and equipped with everything that could serve, just like at home .... the kindness and availability of Mr. Luigino are the icing on the cake.

It was very cozy and clean, liked the room, the easy access and the warm welcome by the owner. We for sure recommend Casa del Teatro !

Walked to Casa del Teatro from station and it was another easy walk to the old part of Verona. The room was tastefully decorated and had coffee & tea making facilities, a fridge, snacks and wooden shutters kept the room cool. Supermarket nearby. The host was very helpful. Only stayed one night but it was a great start to our holiday in Italy.

There are three rooms, one on each floor. A small fridge is available in the room and some snacks that don't hurt .... super comfortable mattress enriched with lots of pillows. My husband and I were guests for three nights. A location consisting of six rooms, very clean and managed by the owner, extremely kind and helpful, giving useful tips to make your stay and visit to this fabulous city easier and more enjoyable. well suited to stay overnight and for a longer stay to visit mantua. very friendly landlady, nice room. It is spoken Italian, French and probably also English. the bus stop is only two minutes away. Restaurants can be reached in five minutes.

Location is excellent particularly if you wish to be close to at least two of the best restaurants in town. Stefano and Virginia, the hosts, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The property is full of character but with all the amenities you need for a short stay.

Everything wonderful and as described. Ideal for a family if you take the two rooms on the upper floor because you then have a small apartment with a large living room in front of it.

Strategic position, comfortable and easily accessible. I mark a flight of stairs to reach the rooms, for those unable to do them. The difference with other similar structures is given by the love for art that you breathe there and by the owner who is always available and friendly. Unbeatable value for money. We will definitely be back.

A good place to stay the night and see the sights of this lovely old city. But be warned it can get v hot and humid in summer and v v cold in winter, the worst weather in Italy say the Mantuans!
