Excellent location close to the old city, clean rooms and very helpful staff. The heating was a bit too hot. The only thing I did not particularly like was the 70's style architecture, but that was something we knew when we booked.

Amazing room, staff super friendly, breakfast was a feast, and the dinner one of the best ones I had , excellent quality of food and drinks, loved our room and bathroom ,definitely to come back!

Nice hotel but let down by not getting a few basics right. Room gets way too hot (AC didn’t work) No food options onsite for lunch, were told restaurant was fully booked for dinner (didn’t seem like it). Room service menu very limited/lacking. This place was fantastic. Right across the street from the train station. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions. They have a little courtyard off the office which is a very pleasant place to enjoy a glass of wine which they graciously provided my wife and I. The room was very nice and quiet. Without hesitation I would stay here again.

Very conveniently located, this welcoming hotel was extremely comfortable. We had a most attractive room overlooking an internal courtyard. The reception staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions whenever asked. Beautifully clean, throughout.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Alberto Bianchi Stazione. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very stylishly renovated. In addition, the bathroom was very large. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location is very convenient as it is literally right across the street from the Mantua train station.

We really enjoyed staying on it. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had a very nice time and we could sleep very well as it was warm and quiet. It is good value for money, though. If we go back to Mantua, we'll definetely stay there.

Magnificent location inside an old renovated palace. Good service at the reception. Good breakfast. Very quiet. Excellent view of Piazza Sordello from some rooms (windows, not balconies). We made a late booking at around 7pm and were delighted with the friendly welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable once the AC cooled it down. Comfy firm bed. The shower had great pressure and the whole shower and toilet area was also very clean. And great breakfast in the morning.

We traveled to spend my daughter s birthday in Gardaland and this Hotel was the closest we could find since it is the peak season, but let me tell you , if I have fo do it again I wouldn’t bother to look for a different hotel … everything was so good : , hotel room, breakfast, tidiness,…. very helpful and kind staff. Excellent meals and dining room clean and bright, room comfortable and clean, pleasant staff. Highly recommend however one thing I noticed is that the balcony of my room (214) was commutable with room next door on the left which was a bit scary. Also, towels were a liliac colour. I believe white is more appropriate for a hotel.

This camp is definitely a great place to visit if you have children. They have a very large pool just for small kids and a large normal pool. Very nice place - not as crowded and chaotic as many other places during the holidays. Prize wise also very competitive compared to other places closer to the lake, which makes senes.

Magnificent structure with pools and slides, minigolf, adventure park, bars and restaurants at reasonable prices. The bungalow was spacious but not perfectly clean. The village is very large so if you do not want to walk you have to stay near the pools and restaurants. There is a little train that goes around the village but at 11 pm it stops accompanying.

Hotel la diga is a hotel inside the reception's building and not in the village. The facilities are still open for everyone. Sadly we didnt have time to go to the pools and all the activities but it has an amazing facility playground

The manager and staff at this hotel were excellent. I would like to mention Gracia who was exceptionally helpful on check in. The room was very clean and a good size. The bed very comfortable and well needed after a long days drive. Hot and cold food was offered at breakfast and was well worth the price.

Though maybe a bit dated, the hotel was well-appointed and tidy. The rooms were spacious enough for my family and the bathrooms were nice. The real star is the staff; Outstanding people from top to bottom. I was there with a large group of Americans, and we obviously strained the staff, but they never showed it. They responded graciously and quickly at each turn, and made our stay memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel il Castello. The room was very clean and tidy with a great bathroom and powerful, hot shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and nothing was too much of a hassle for them. We feel them going out of their way made our stay in Italy that much nicer. The rooms are slightly dated and would need to be modernized, having said that, the rooms are kept clean and it suits the purpose of a professional trip. The experience I had with a meal at the restaurant was ok, but not great, same thing for the breakfast buffet. To sum up, an ok place to stay the night.

We had a lovely stay! The rooms were nice, the breakfast delicious and the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. It is a bit of a walk to get to the lake so it is best to visit by car and perhaps not if you are on a budget, though it is a memorable experience to stay next to a beautiful church.

Well looked after and managed, in particular the welcome at the reception. Quiet and clean. Adjacent to the hospital. To reach the center (Arena area) it takes 10/15 minutes by car. It's only 4.5km but not a pleasant road on foot. Also well served by public transport.

Very nice resort with four nine hole courses and a par three course. Golf courses Yellow, White, and Red (didn’t play the blue) were in very nice condition. A nice place even tough everything you see is fake - it's all plastic, drawers are not openable and the fire place is not usable. They are service minded and the pool area is perfect. The bed was too soft. The ac in the room (suite) was quite and gave a good temperature. The golf restaurant was nice, but no area with ac. We came with a baby (5 moths) and it worked perfectly!
