We have been 2 years at the residence and we loved it! The view is spectacular, the private beach is small but never crowded. It is a great spot to visit other beaches and get to Marciana or Procchio in a few minutes. Loved Apartment n1, very spacious and well equipped.

Lovely residence with an awesome private beach. The team is friendly and helpful in all your needs. Appartments are clean and there is everything you need. The View from the appartment is stunning!

Great location, stunning sea view. However, the house itself was timeworn, with shabby furniture and cheap, broken cookware. The plastic cutting board was just a mush of plastic, used way too many times - how could they not replace it for like half a euro at IKEA? Terrible bed if your not that light; I could feel the bedsprings and my back hurt. The staff was nice and helpful, but unfortunately they had poor knowledge of the sorroundings and sights. For instance, we were told there was no other way than the main road to go by foot into town - but found one (easily) on our first attempt.
