Very calm place, nice and helpfull personel, everyday cleaning, good localisation, very nice swimming pool.

A little dated but very practical and functional. Spartan rooms but comfortable bed (a little less that added result of a folding chair). On the other hand, a spectacular terrace with a sea-mountain view. The swimming pool is nice, the restaurant is discreet. Location a little out of the center, still reachable with a comfortable 5-minute walk via the pedestrian path. Reserved internal parking.

Dated accommodation, old furniture, weak A/C, spotty wireless. On the plus side, convenient parking, kitchen+fridge is basic but functional, walk to town on pedestrian path on rear of hotel is charming, swimming pool is great (clean, deep, large by Elba standards). The beach in Marciana Marina is useless (but the beachfront promenade is great) so this place works best for guests with cars. Altogether...

Friendly, great staff, good food, superb facilities, nominated parking for each guest, and big rooms & balconies.

Our favourite hotel Marciana Marina. Helpful and friendly staff that does their outmost to make our stay enjoyable. After a day out in the sun or at the bech it is very relaxing to sit down in the garden bu the pool and have a coffee or a drink.

Basic hotel good location although some road noise from garden. My air con good. Shower tray and grouting very discoloured badly and no where to attach shower head. Had sea view but also of unfinished building and scruffy yard. I paid extra for balcony, had bathroom window which some rooms didn't. Breakfast fairly simple but more than adequate for me. Would not rebook there.

Beautifully clean, breakfast is basic and gets monotonous after a couple of days. No dining for evening meals and the bar has strange opening hours. Rooms are small but adequate. Ok for a 3 star hotel

The hotel is beautiful and peolple working here are kind. Is very close to the center of the town. Nice bedrooms and wonderful breakfast!

A simple Hotel, but with excellent cleanliness and courtesy. Excellent breakfast and dinner. I had no problem with parking, as the hotel is close to 3 large, free and safe car parks. I spent a wonderful week and the courtesy of Claudia, Gennaro, and ALL the Staff (waiters, reception, and Rocco😻) made me feel at home. Thanks to all of you for the wonderful holiday. Hotel with a retro charm, welcoming and non-sterile like many others that boast more stars. Strategic position in Marciana Marina. The Director Gennaro and his collaborator and partner Claudia were particularly attentive from our arrival until the day of departure, attentive and ready for any need or desire that my wife and I just mentioned. Period from 27 August to 03 September vote 5 thanks to a waiter who to my question: sorry please can you bring me a coffee? And he witty NO! And I wonder how a waiter can deny a coffee to a customer .. my woman tells me (see mistakes you give too much confidence and "Andrea" the waiter takes advantage and teases you ..) So I say Elba Bellissima but if you go to Marciana Marina alla Conchiglia BEWARE...

Strategically well located, clean, with highly professional and polite staff, very helpful. The rooms are large, with air conditioning, WiFi, a very comfortable minibar. Abundant buffet breakfast. Recommended for those who go to this magnificent town of Marciana Marina!

Very basic B&B, fairly clean. The breakfast is simple but abundant, the owner very helpful.

Location is central to Marina Marciana, close to beach and public strip along the beach. Rooms are standard we're 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Beds are comfortable, room is clean. Breakfast has a good selection which the family enjoyed. Shower was very small but there was "consistent hot water which is more important to me. Overall it was a great value but not for those looking for luxury.

The room is big. The staff is really nice. The breakfast is delicious with the home made cakes every day. The location is perfect- 1 minute from the sea and 5 minutes from the sand beach (if you dont want to use the car) The cleaning service is just perfect. Everything was perfectly cleaned every day. I recommend you this hotel.

great hotel with private parking. the hotel is within the ZTL of Marciana Marina during summer. take care to not get fined. apart fromt hat the hotel is in a good location. perhaps, you don’t need a car for some days vacation at this place. the breakfast is great the rooms are average, good enough, everything works. i do recommend it for families and couples.
