One star as nothing to say for the staff, but reserved for those who manage the structure: I have been waiting for a refund of 9 euros since the end of August for having made me pay a tourist tax to a child under three years old by mistake
Not so much for the amount but for the principle.
Several emails sent, the first with Booking in copy I was asked for the IBAN acknowledging the error, but after the first positive review of the refund nothing.
Account made hastily, but I would like to have the same speed in returning the amount and perhaps even a response to the various emails sent.

Nice hotel, a stone's throw from the sea and in front of a large parking lot. The decor of the rooms is a little dated, but still functional. We stayed for one night, and we found an imperfect closing of the shower. The following morning, at checkout, we reported it to the reception and we were given a small discount as compensation. As customers we are satisfied.

Four stars is perhaps a little excessive but three were few, kind and helpful staff, rooms and cuisine of a good standard for a 3-star, fantastic location, excellent also the agreement with the beach, some problems due to noisy electric shutters and poorly insulated walls, in this case, however, it would be in the common sense and education of people, to speak more slowly and not continue to raise and lower the shutters all night. The breakfast served on the second floor is also more than decent. Overall, stay positive
