The most beautiful hotel!! Wonderful spa steam rooms pools and hot tubs. Could not ask for a better location. The food was excellent. Couldn't imagine a better stay.

Grosseto is apparently a total hidden gem, and as an American this place was absolutely perfect for a few days outside of the busy city. The hotel is perfectly located and even though the beach is super close, the hotel pool and spa was so wonderful you don’t need to leave it if you’d rather simply soak up the Italian sun with all the amenities you need just steps away. Very nice hotel, some of the employees are very professional. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The meal at the restaurant could be improved.

The hotel is very clean. The confort room is small too. The garage is not connected directly with all' the rooms. In my case I had to take a lift to the floor 0 then go to the other zone of the hotel take another lift to the second floor and go to my room. The air conditioner didn't work at the afternoon.

Wonderful hotel directly on the sea, with breathtaking views, fresh fish every day, but also delicious meat dishes, the owners and the staff are very kind and helpful people, thanks to them we were able to spend a dream holiday, unforgettable. We will be back soon.

This is the second time we come back and I think we will do it again. The menu features quality fish dishes with generous portions. The price is right when you consider the freshness of the fish that is served. Very kind and attentive staff. The restaurant is in an uncrowded area a few steps from the beach and has a large parking area in front. I will definitely recommend it!

Great local restaurant. Friendly service, good food (try the focaccia!) and relaxed atmosphere. Pricing and portion size also top notch. Don’t be put off by the exterior. Ample parking also available. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay, especially with dogs! The breakfast was way above the Italian standard, everything was clean and well maitained, and its a dogs paradise: separate pool with deck chairs for dogs with for people and dogs, a dog park, and agility park.

Amazingly peaceful and hospitable. World class breakfasts and room service. The blonde woman who checked me in earned my heart. Definitely check out this slice of paradise. It is within jogging distance of downtown one way and the beach in the other direction. I was gonna speed through Europe until I found myself wanting to extend my stay here. My stay at Fattoria Maremmana was great: the room was nice, clean and the breakfast was good.

We stayed from 06 to 16 August this year on half board .. We found ourselves very well, both on the availability of the staff, on the cleanliness and above all on the kitchen, really very refined with dishes Particularly kind and very professional the lady owner of the hotel. Excellent Hotel completely immersed in the Maremma pine forest, ideal for those who love nature and for those who want to spend their holidays in complete relaxation. The overall structure is well maintained and clean, the staff is super helpful and very kind, ready to satisfy any need. The room was clean and comfortable enough but a bit small both in terms of bathroom and closet to store clothes....

Perfect hotel almost on the beach. We stayed there for one night and loved it! Staff was very nice to us and helpful, rooms cosy! Make sure you get a drink and enjoy it on the roof terace with splendid view over the pine forest.

Nice hotel, a stone's throw from the sea and in front of a large parking lot. The decor of the rooms is a little dated, but still functional. We stayed for one night, and we found an imperfect closing of the shower. The following morning, at checkout, we reported it to the reception and we were given a small discount as compensation. As customers we are satisfied.

An amazing place to stay with kids - the villa has a playground with slides, swings, trampoline and a zip-line. Swimming pool is open during the summer, kids also liked the guinea pigs and peacocks. Villa has a large area and friendly staff - the hostess gifted our daughter a book with fairy tales. We also rated heating in apartments and vending coffee machine.

Villa Isabella is a dream place, a place where you can really switch off without thinking about anything. The ideal place for families and couples, but to be honest it is the ideal place for anyone! Manuela and her wonderful family are fantastic, always attentive and helpful, people like that are difficult to find and thanks to them everything is even more beautiful.

We spent a week of smart working here at Villa Isabella: a very positive experience! Despite the heat this year, we have never suffered from the heat here, plus the property is absolutely quiet. Professional service, polite staff, cozy location

Not the best camping village but fair. Very nice staff. It is very close to a nice beach. multiple bar and restaurants in the camp. The bathrooms and showers are not well maintained.

Quite expensive camping with anoying noise of the warm watter generator during the night, but under nice pine trees, walking distance to a beautiful beach and with a very good restaurant. The showers and toilets were also clean with running warm watter, but no roilet paper provided.

The place is clean and well run but I found it overpriced and poor value for money for what you get. Stayed in a mobile home (2persons + dog) for x2 nights at the start of July and paid 246 euro for the 2 nights. Sunbeds an extra 15 euros a day if you want yhem. The mobile home was OK but it was long way to walk to the beach. No television and no sheets provided(sheets an extra 10euro per person...

It is a good camping with everything that we were looking for. There are some points to improve. There should be more zones with water as there are pitches quite far from the toilets and walking so long with the dirty dishes is not very good. Another one is the noise at night. We've been at Le Marze for a week in May and even with a few cloudy or rainy days we've enjoyed the surroundings very much! The beach (pet friendly) at few minutes by walk from the pineta was so beautifully wild & clean, after all our little trips around Maremma we were happy to come back in our tent in Pigna Felice the little glamping village inside the camping that offer a numerous kind of bungalows...

What can I say, we stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in a room, which looked like a mini apartment .... very spacious. Mrs. Luisa is Mr. Marco, they made us feel, from the first day, as if we were at home. Structure with swimming pool, located in the countryside but a few minutes from the sea .... Definitely, we will be back soon ... as soon as the opportunity arises.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever visitied in my travells and had been super lucky to celebrate our wedding day there. The rooms are super big and full of light. The staff has been amazing with us during the whole stay. From the Director to the Head of Staff to the waiters and the cooker as well as the recoptionists, everybody treated us like royals. The food is delicious and it is located...

Great nights stay - we had a family room with interconnected rooms. All very clean with a very welcoming check in. Pool was nice and it is centrally located in the town and so close to the beach. Breakfast was lovely. I couldn't fault the hotel.
