La Costiera Hotel

Hotel is no where near anything.Teribble unhelpful staff. Advertises itself as in napales but is a 40 minute car ride away. The breakfast is pathetic for a 4 star its just packaged perishables like yogurt and dehydrated bread. The wifi does not work. this place does not deserve even one star

Had this hotel booked for 5 days, left after less than 24 hours after checking in. This hotel is awful, and i travel a lot. Not a 4 star at all, more like a 2 star, in every aspect. The location is terrible, it is literally in the middle of nowhere in a very run down and dirty area. There are no local restaurants, no public transport and no ATM within walking distance. Shouldn't even be selling this hotel as Naples because it is no where near the city, you have to get a 45 minute (90 euro) taxi but to get anywhere you need to get a taxi as there are no other options. Closest train station is about 25 minutes away and i did not see a bus the whole time i was there. The rooms aren't particularly clean, they are very basic and poorly furnished. Had 2 power cuts whilst there and the other visitors staying were very loud and disrespectful so had no sleep which was the final straw for me. No input from the hotel staff. The breakfast was pathetic; 2 choices of cereal, yoghurt and fruit. I didnt eat the whole time we was there and neither did my son. Booked this hotel mainly because of the pool, which was in actual fact closed for our stay, and the apparent accessibility to local attractions (ha). The staff are RUDE and completely unhelpful. Whilst we were there the taxi drivers were on strike so we were literally stuck, when i asked the receptionist how i could get to the airport she rolled her eyes and said you should of asked earlier. Luckily i was able to arrange a private transfer, through no help of the hotel staff. The ONLY thing that this hotel has going for it is that there is a decent beach around 5-10 minute walk away (but be prepared to walk through the ghetto to get there), but it is not tourist friendly and no one speaks english. Just avoid this hotel at all costs.

Bad location, nearest atm or train station 2km, bad WiFi, from many locations you cannot connect at all, if you can connect the internet is very slow. The pool is ice cold and tiny. Food is ok for a hotel of this category, compared to a restaurant it is bad.

One star because you can't put less..... The food is totally inedible and the staff indecent.... I. cu chiuditi ca if not issued in the ruin
