Hotel a 4 stelle...vorrei sapere chi le dà ste stelle. Bagno sporco(calcare dappertutto) camera vecchia anche se grande, la colazione poi meglio soprassedere, pane vecchio quasi immangiabile affettati di scarsa qualità e il latte era sicuramente scaduto da qualche giorno....

We stayed in this hotel, very clean and comfortable, we were disappointed by the breakfast and the indifference of the staff, Mrs. Leila was truly fantastic, very kind and smiling, she welcomed us in an elegant way and we found her at the check out with an unparalleled professionalism. Thank you

Myself and my sister booked La Costiera hotel for six nights in September, o my goodness it is in the middle of nowhere, everywhere you want to go is a taxi driver arrange by reception, airport €90 shopping mall €60 Port to get a ferry to another island €70, The hotel had no restaurant no bar, if you want a beer it was out of a fridge in the reception area, the only good thing was the beach was 12 minutes walk away from the -"Hotel" worse holiday ever, i will not be returning . Think about it before you book it 🤔

The worst holiday/ hotel I have ever stayed in, it is in the middle of nowhere no bar no restaurant ok I fridge in reception with bottles of beer, to go anywhere it costs a fortune, €90 airport €70 shopping mall €70 to the port to get a ferry to another island, all taxes were organised by reception 😀 hotel is so far away from everywhere, i will never return,

Worst experience I've ever had travelling. Booked 5 nights . Ended up leaving in less than 5 hours. Rooms very old snd shabby, no fixed shower, just hand held . No WiFi in rooms, booked twin and had to split 2 old single beds joined and remake my self as 2 beds. Dirty mattresses and 1 flat pillow. No restaurant as stated only served breakfast. Was sent to supermarket to get food and then reprimanded very loudly and rudely in Italian fir bringing food to room! Asked for restaurant and told Burger King down the Rd. Middle of nowhere. No transport. No shuttle so 90 euro taxi fee 2* at best . Left to Fab hotel half the price near Naples. I'm well travelled and this was def made worse by the abuse from the man at reception. If he owned the place then it reflects why it was so run down and dowdy. If he worked there he needs training. The 2 girls were lovely

My family and I stayed here recently, at first we were not sure about it but we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful especially when our train got cancelled and they did their absolute best to help us, special mention to Leila and Valentina! the only bad things about it was that the plug points are different and dont fit regular EU plugs and that the hotel is a bit far from the city, 30 minutes in a car but the hotel gives a discounted taxi service, Andrea and Juliano were especially good for us, Juliano acted like a tour guide for us and was really helpful. There is a really nice restaraunt called mamma rosa right beside the hotel and also the beach is only a 10 minute walk!

Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The pool is not working (we knew it, it was not a surprise) but in my opinion a 4 star hotel that already has a pool should maintain it and open it. Positive note the location, very close to the sea. Staff at the reception (not all fortunately) not the friendliest. The structure outside needs a bit of renovation and I have a few things to say about our room... dirty walls, they need to be repainted, then the shower structure where the shower head is moved and one of the two screws was no longer there. The chair was stained. Also missing something to be able to hang out on the balconies. In short, all in all a decent experience, it is not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was a little far out of Naples and the photos etc that our agent had advertised were misleading. However, Laila- at the reception- could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to book taxis and give us local information. She acted like a host- always making sure we were ok.

The hotel is ok, but our expectations for 4star wouldn't match. Little bit outdated, but working, sockets old, modern eu adaptor doesn't fit. LOCATION TERRIBLE! Public transport like trains and metro are fine but far away. You can't trust buses, taxi is expensive.
If you are going as a family, there is nothing to do with kids in a hotel. NO SWIMMING POOL! Or outdoor lounge. Only the beach as an option is great nearby, sea beautiful, clean.
Staff are great, cleaning service is great, and breakfast is simple, ok.
Nearby great fruit market, shop, pizzeria, burger king.
If you are going as a family, there is nothing to do with kids in a hotel. NO SWIMMING POOL! Or outdoor lounge. Only the beach as an option is great nearby, sea beautiful, clean.

Abbiamo pernottato presso "la costiera hotel" dal 24 al 28 luglio 2024 e lo consiglio per chi vuole passare una vacanza in un hotel che è una grande famiglia a partire dalla dolcezza e cortesia di Layla alla disponibilità e gentilezza di Massimo e Giuliano, la delicatezza di Sharon e la splendida accoglienza di Cristina che ogni mattina vi regalerà il suo meraviglioso sorriso mentre vi recate a fare la colazione. Pulizia al top.Più che un hotel vi sentirete a casa vostra solo più coccolati. Un grazie infinito a tutto lo staff.
