My family and I stayed here recently, at first we were not sure about it but we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful especially when our train got cancelled and they did their absolute best to help us, special mention to Leila and Valentina! the only bad things about it was that the plug points are different and dont fit regular EU plugs and that the hotel is a bit far from the city...

Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The pool is not working (we knew it, it was not a surprise) but in my opinion a 4 star hotel that already has a pool should maintain it and open it. Positive note the location, very close to the sea. Staff at the reception (not all fortunately) not the friendliest. The structure outside needs a bit of renovation and I have a few things to say about our room... dirty...

The hotel was a little far out of Naples and the photos etc that our agent had advertised were misleading. However, Laila- at the reception- could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to book taxis and give us local information. She acted like a host- always making sure we were ok.

The staff was nice and spoke English, good. The WiFi was terrible and was not working. The strength of the WiFi in your room is the worst. The breakfast was nice and tasty.

I stayed for a week, what can I say and everything was wonderful. it starts from the owners who are available and prepared to always advise for the best, then all the very helpful people who work there made me feel at home. The hotel is very good: clean and very smart with lovely decor and furnishings; it also offers free, off-road parking. Our room is large, clean and has an extremely comfortable bed; there's also a lot of surface space, drawers and a wardrobe for your things. The bathroom is compact but spotless; good shower and nice towels... no shelf space though which sounds picky but a girl needs a shelf for her...

Located about 15 min from beach, 30 min from Naples. Nice hotel for area but don't expect real 4 star hotel, more like 3 star anywhere else. Staff pretty indifferent and quality and layout of rooms vary greatly. Was here for wedding and saw multiple rooms. Not recommended unless you have business in the area, heard the islands are much nicer.

We visited this place during a business trip. It was great! Everybody was really friendly, the drinks were cold (and delicious), the snacks were tasty and the view on the lake is impressive. I can highly recommend a stay at this place and hope that I can come back once at leisure and not a business-trip. A big THANKS to the owners for this nice stay!

We stayed here in April 2019. Even though they did not know much english, that did not matter there. Their kindness and the fact that they are all very nice people makes it possible to get through any language barriers. They were hospitable, accommodating, and the room was very clean! We would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay, but maybe not for very long. We stayed for one night and everything was fine. Cheap and clean!

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Dinner was good on Friday night as they were having an event that evening. Pool closes too early every night if you were trying to see sites during the day (6PM) in the summer. Very close to the tangenziale, but cannot hear it from the hotel. Rooms are of a good size but fittings and bed are a bit sparse. No tennis racquets to hire despite courts so bring your own! Staff are rather standoffish. Not a bad value hotel well placed to visit Pozzuoli but nothing special.

We booked this via love holidays for 5 days. Although love holidays advertised it as Naples, it’s actually in Pozzuoli. The accommodation is very clean, staff are very helpful and polite. The highlight is just a 3 minutes walk to the public beach and a 5-7 minutes walk to a private beach (£9 for a sunbed and £4 for an umbrella). The train station is also a 3 minutes walk away which is very convenient...

Staying here was the right choice. Strategic place. Sea view or lake view rooms with air conditioning, free secure parking, wifi coverage .. and last and not least: the owners! The location of the hotel is penalized by being directly facing a roundabout which is quite busy day and night. If you are staying in the "lake view" rooms (ie round) you must not be a light sleeper, the rooms are not soundproofed and you can hear any street noise. Our entire family of 8 stayed for 4 nights due to a wedding we attended near by. The views from our rooms were amazing . Staff was very professional and attentive especially Massimo at the front desk. A/C was available in our rooms but the hallways felt like a sauna . The hotel is older but very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is incredibly nice and the entire place has a very cozy feel to it.

Nice stay at the end of main vacation time in Italy. The room was big and clean. Due to the end of main vacation time in Italy there only was10 guests inside the big hotel. But nothing was missed an breakfast was great.

Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. I have been here before and I love this place, but this time things were not as usual.

Excellent resort with a fantastic swimming pool, large rooms and very attentive staff. A minor letdown is the restaurant (good quality but very limited choice) however there's plenty to choose from within the 1km range. Definitely recommended.
