My family and I stayed here recently, at first we were not sure about it but we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful especially when our train got cancelled and they did their absolute best to help us, special mention to Leila and Valentina! the only bad things about it was that the plug points are different and dont fit regular EU plugs and that the hotel is a bit far from the city...

Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The pool is not working (we knew it, it was not a surprise) but in my opinion a 4 star hotel that already has a pool should maintain it and open it. Positive note the location, very close to the sea. Staff at the reception (not all fortunately) not the friendliest. The hotel was a little far out of Naples and the photos etc that our agent had advertised were misleading. However, Laila- at the reception- could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to book taxis and give us local information. She acted like a host- always making sure we were ok.

The staff was nice and spoke English, good. The WiFi was terrible and was not working. The strength of the WiFi in your room is the worst. The breakfast was nice and tasty.

Structure visited during a school trip. Having already been warned by a colleague, fortunately I did not have to notice a worse situation than what had been described to me. Overall rating sufficient but nothing more.

The hotel is very good: clean and very smart with lovely decor and furnishings; it also offers free, off-road parking. Our room is large, clean and has an extremely comfortable bed; there's also a lot of surface space, drawers and a wardrobe for your things. The bathroom is compact but spotless; good shower and nice towels... no shelf space though which sounds picky but a girl needs a shelf for her...

Located about 15 min from beach, 30 min from Naples. Nice hotel for area but don't expect real 4 star hotel, more like 3 star anywhere else. Staff pretty indifferent and quality and layout of rooms vary greatly. Was here for wedding and saw multiple rooms. Not recommended unless you have business in the area, heard the islands are much nicer.

First impressions count and even though we were very late to book in, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was large and lavish. The sauna and baths were a lovely surprise! A great experience!

We booked this via love holidays for 5 days. Although love holidays advertised it as Naples, it’s actually in Pozzuoli. The accommodation is very clean, staff are very helpful and polite. The highlight is just a 3 minutes walk to the public beach and a 5-7 minutes walk to a private beach (£9 for a sunbed and £4 for an umbrella). Nice stay at the end of main vacation time in Italy. The room was big and clean. Due to the end of main vacation time in Italy there only was10 guests inside the big hotel. But nothing was missed an breakfast was great.

Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. Excellent resort with a fantastic swimming pool, large rooms and very attentive staff. A minor letdown is the restaurant (good quality but very limited choice) however there's plenty to choose from within the 1km range. Definitely recommended.

This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well.

It's a cute residence but if you need something like a rack to hang clothes on the balcony they say they'll give it to you and they actually won't. Didn't replace toilet paper when finished. Everything else works fine and is well kept. The location is quite close to the train station, grocery store, restaurants, café and also to the centre of Pozzuoli. I had a very nice stay overall.

The staff and service are excellent. The view is beautiful. However, The hotel is not near anything. The room has mold around the shower/tile, missing light switches, extremely dirty hot tub. Had to get up early oh for our flight and could hear the Neighbor’s tv.
