All inclusive. No A/C in rooms during our stay. Rules with energy use. Heat was bearable with windows open.

Great place. The hotel needs some re modernisation but the animation is over the top.

The location is perfect and the beach is inside one of the most beautiful marittime nature reserves of Sicily

Great experience. Really many positive aspects of this stay, compared to the negative ones. The only negatives are a few details relating to the breakfast, the elevator not flawless and the bar not well stocked. For the rest everything impeccable, from the structure itself, to the very lively animation from morning until evening. The staff is very polite and prepared, the quality / price ratio is good

Really cool place the only thing missing is the beach which is too far...train and long walk under the sun, count 15 to 20 minutes to go there.

The staff were all very frendly, helpful, and professional. In particular, I commend Diego for his great customer service attitude, and for going the "extra mile" to be helpful. The breakfast options were very nice. The town itself is very charming, and the hotel looks directly upon the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is also situated very close to the phenomenal ruins at Selinunte.

The hotel looks very tired and would benefit from a proper revamp. The rooms were not particularly clean, dust and hand prints everywhere at check in, never improved. Under staffed, no one ever visible at the reception desk or bar. Breakfast was not great, we had dinner once and food was average at best. Quite disappointed considering how much we paid for a 3 night stay

This is a modern hotel on 4 floors, with restaurant. Rooms are not provided with kettles. Glasses in the rooms were plastic. Rooms are simple, clean and colourful. Some interesting artefacts used as decoration. The breakfast room on the top floor has lovely views over the town to the archeologically site beyond

Very personal hotel with wonderful staff - helped us with our wedding in Castelvetrano 2012 and now we stayed for a nice dinner to celebrate our 12 years. Many thanks for a wonderful evening! Hans & Gabriella PS - hope to be back with the whole family within soon!

The hotel is quite nice. Our room just average size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean as well as bathroom. The breakfast was not good. All sweet cakes. Small toaster, they don't refill the deli counter, no eggs/bacon.

The experience was a little public sector, or youth hostelly, slow and unresponsive staff, tired looking terraces, rubbish inc a sofa outside the gate to the street below the hotel. Breakfast was very basic, no visible staff, loads of reserved tables and none for us, had to track down someone to get us set up. Not much of a bar. Def not a 4 star.

Service upon arrival was a bit rude and not helpful at all. We received no information about location of the room, the elevator, the breakfast or parking. We had a booking via booking.com and it was confirmed, bit the hotel did not expect us, and almost sent us away. However, the room was nice and decent, although balcony was dirty with broken chairs and no table.

The location on the sea front is excellent with beachside restaurants all close by. Our sea facing room with small balcony was perfectly accpetable without being "outstanding". In fact rooms could do with updating but this did not impact our stay at all. The staff were helpful. Parking outside the hotel or in their private parking above the hotel. Breakfast was OK.

We had a large room opening out onto a shared balcony with a view over the sea, all comfortable enough. But it was out of season and the place was very empty and it all felt a bit sad. The owner was friendly enough and breakfast was satisfactory so there was nothing really to complain about. The hotel does feel a bit tired and in need of some major redecoration (a lift wouldn't hurt!) to reflect it...

Functional but good. Lovely staff. Balcony overlooking the sea. We were out of season so very little to do in the evening but next door restaurant Pierrot very good food. Beach cafe excellent lunches.

I want to say a big thank you to everyone at the Miramare Hotel. We stayed for four nights. It was just the sort of hotel we love. Very traditional, homely: - comfortable without being flash. The room we had was lovely with a nice bathroom and a balcony looking out over the sea. It's a short walk to the archeological site which needs several hours to explore in full. There are excellent restaurants...

We arrived and were greeted with a friendly face and greeting. The owners are so friendly and made us feel at home. The location is superb, with several restaurants on your doorstep, and directly across from a lovely beach. The rooms are basic but ample, and the sea view from our room was amazing. My wife and I had a great time and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We stayed there for two summers and we found ourselves very well ... helpful and kind staff. Excellent food and nice and comfortable rooms especially those with a small terrace overlooking the sea. Very welcoming.

Our room smelled of mildew and smoke. Not a bad experience but the place needs some attention. Why no windows facing the view I wondered. But who can really complain when you're so close to the sea?

It was o.k this week was first opening week. They did well with getting it up and running.

Cozy and clean facility. Perfect location that connects well to both the Archaeological Park and the beach. It was also very pleasant because, with the car parked, the distances are negligible and can be covered on foot. Located near the old port and the streets where there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. Friendliness and courtesy of the staff. I give 3 because the structure is a bit dated and so are the hotel and the furnishings. It would be necessary to be more careful in cleaning the rooms. In general, however, we had a good time and at night he rests well because there are no noises.

AC unit doesn't work in my room and Wi-Fi is very unreliable. The rooms are clean and are relatively spacious.

We have optioned the entire structure for 6 days with a group of friends. Very nice and well furnished terrace, very useful for breakfast and dinner, not usable at other times if it is too hot. Rooms to be improved, in particular the bathrooms where there are no shower cubicles, the bathroom fixtures not well fixed to the floor, heavy and noisy sliding doors. Room cleaning only upon arrival, towel...

Good location, tidy & cleaned rooms and also friendly staff. Not so far from the seefront with good restaurants and very close to the Archeological Park. We had a good time holiday, and we will come back next time. Good balance qualitiy/price Raccomanded.

I loved this place! The view is just priceless! The host was super friendly. He told us the tips, where to eat, where to find the best views in the town. I highly recommend this place without any reservation!

The management is one of the nicest we met in Sicily. One of the best thing with this hotel is that it is a bit away from the evening nick-nack so you can enjoy the peacefulness of the Selinunte area to the full....

This B&B is wonderful. The bedroom and bathroom were large, the bed was huge, and the AC was easy to use and effective. This was important because the temperatures were in the high 30s. The staff was very helpful and included people who spoke English and French. The breakfast bar was much more than we expected for the price. There was freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade cannoli and they were...

We enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very helpful and the location was excellent for visiting the Temples and also walking to the beaches and restaurants. Breakfast was very nice as well and the free and safe onsite parking was appreciated.

Perfect location for a visit to the Selinute archaeological park. The host Vincenzo was terrific with great recommendations. Clean and comfortable room.

Spacious room clean and fragrant well air conditioned. Bathroom with a large and comfortable shower. Courteous and discreet staff. A few minutes from the archaeological park of Selinunte and the beach. Pizzeria near tobacco and bakery. An experience to be repeated.

The rooms are big and also with a big Barth room. beds are comfortable. pool is also really nice and big though not deep. it’s close to Selinunte and a small sea town with a nice beach and a few small restaurants and caffès. I would definitely recommend it.

Structure in excellent point for the various movements. The villa with its gazebos scattered around is very relaxing. Very nice swimming pool. Comfortable and clean rooms. Abundant breakfast. Mr. Giovanni, the owner, is a good person, very available and knows how to advise you well for the various destinations places to see and places to eat. Thanks Giovanni, we will meet again!

A large villa, surrounded by greenery, also has a swimming pool that can be used together with other guests. The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning and a panoramic view of Selinunte. The owner, Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us many tips on what to visit and on where to have lunch / dinner and where to take a walk with the family. Super recommended!

Very nice villa with charming host, lovely decoration inside and outside, own bio oranges and lemons, swimming pool, free parking, great breakfast (very tasty dark bread and croissants), possibility to cook your meal, warm water and comfortable beds, playground for children etc. Selinunte archeological park with Greek temples is just 2km nearby (particularly temple E, G and C are worth to visit).
