All inclusive. No A/C in rooms during our stay. Rules with energy use. Heat was bearable with windows open.

Great place. The hotel needs some re modernisation but the animation is over the top.

A nice hotel with nice workers in a Greek area of Sicily, swimming pool and sea. Very good!

The location is perfect and the beach is inside one of the most beautiful marittime nature reserves of Sicily

Great experience. Really many positive aspects of this stay, compared to the negative ones. The only negatives are a few details relating to the breakfast, the elevator not flawless and the bar not well stocked. For the rest everything impeccable, from the structure itself, to the very lively animation from morning until evening. The staff is very polite and prepared, the quality / price ratio is good

Really cool place the only thing missing is the beach which is too far...train and long walk under the sun, count 15 to 20 minutes to go there.

Personale gentilissimo, colazione abbondante sia dolce che salato ma la cosa più importante la pulizia. Posizione strategica di fronte al mare è a 5 minuti a piedi dagli scavi e dal porto (dovo ci sono bar e ristoranti)

Ottima posizione: fronte mare, a 2 passi dal centro e a 10 minuti a piedi dal sito archeologico. Non tutte le camere sono fronte mare ma sono comunque spaziose e luminose e pulitissime. Cortesia e gentilezza fanno da padrona nella sala colazione che si presenta di ottima qualità e quantità. Un ringraziamento speciale al Direttore Diego, giovane ragazzo professionale con grandissime prospettive. Grazie...

Nice hotel by the beach. Rooms are simple but clean.

C’è tanto da dire, un hotel strategico di fronte all’unico lido di Marinella, bello pulitissimo, personale qualificato, professionale, parcheggio interno, portiere notturno.. dal tetto si vede il tramonto sul tempio di Apollo di Selinunte, ho detto tutto.. Ma la mia recensione si estende anche al ristorante, un posto speciale con cibo buonissimo, reso ancora più buono dai dipendenti, grazie Leonardo...

Hotel molto pulito, posizione top di fronte al mare a due passi, colazione abbondante e ristorante la sera molto buono, un grazie infinito a Leonardo. Non do' un 5 stelle solo perché non sempre la camera è vista mare, nel nostro caso camera 102 presenza di un balconcino comodo ma non si vede il mare ed è un servizio a pagamento Comunque ci ritorneremo quando avranno anche un loro lido privato

Camera molto spaziosa. Ambiente molto pulito. Fronte spiaggia e vicino al centro. Personale gentile. Il parcheggio in hotel molto caro -＞ 20 € a notte e il parcheggio è scoperto. Unica pecca -＞ avevo dimenticato la borsa nel ristorante dell’hotel sapevano il numero della camera e non hanno fatto nessuna chiamata per avvertirmi. Per il resto tutto ok.

Such a nice play to stay!! Very clean, staff is so nice!!

We stayed there for two summers and we found ourselves very well ... helpful and kind staff. Excellent food and nice and comfortable rooms especially those with a small terrace overlooking the sea. Very welcoming.

Our room smelled of mildew and smoke. Not a bad experience but the place needs some attention. Why no windows facing the view I wondered. But who can really complain when you're so close to the sea?

Service upon arrival was a bit rude and not helpful at all. We received no information about location of the room, the elevator, the breakfast or parking. We had a booking via booking.com and it was confirmed, bit the hotel did not expect us, and almost sent us away. However, the room was nice and decent, although balcony was dirty with broken chairs and no table.

Good hotel close to the beach and restaurants and shops.Very clean and spacious bedrooms.Hotel appears to be short of staff.Dinner at hotel well served but menus were never present on tables.

We have been for a weekend break and this hotel is really a 4 star superior, breakfast an abundant one, staff very helpful, well spoken English, rooms spacious and modern and a fantastic view from the 4th floor.

Staff not overwhelmingly friendly, may have been once four stars, but now it's a little ragged, ripped linen/towels, dust in the rooms. Breakfast and buffet are quite edible. Advertised beach is small and weed-ridden. Surroundings of the hotel are not alway quiet, even by night. (ongoing construction work, sawing, music)

We arrived after a very disappointing incident and experience at the Selinunte Archeological park. The welcome couldn’t have been better. The host was charming, informative and attentive, you could not ask for more. We were shown to the apartment which was immaculately clean and large, it also had a balcony with a view of the temple. Thick towels, a proper functioning shower and bathrobes. The beds...

Very accomodating and great breakfast in bread. Spremuta was delicious and the owner is wonderful. He had great recommendations for dinner and told us a lot about the area. I highly recommend this place - it's all you need and more. They let us park our bikes inside. SUper clean. Biker friendly

Vibrant place with many people almost all the time. If you need some refreshment or lunch it’s a perfect place. Friendly, competent and fast service, simply but very tasty food in good prices. Strongly recommended.

Great place! The rooms were huge, clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely book here again on my next trip to Sicily

We stayed there in September 2022. Hospitable, kind and helpful owner. Clean and spacious room, free parking. Very varied and abundant breakfast. I recommend it without a doubt.

Spacious room clean and fragrant well air conditioned. Bathroom with a large and comfortable shower. Courteous and discreet staff. A few minutes from the archaeological park of Selinunte and the beach. Pizzeria near tobacco and bakery. An experience to be repeated.

Everything was immaculate and meticulously maintained. The garden and pool are relaxing. The room was very quiet snd has a king size memory foam mattress. Breakfast is generous and we were sent on our way with a " doggie"bag. Highly recommended!

Amazing please to be! We only had 2 nights in this small paradise. Cinzia speaks english very well and was so friendly every Time. Great and clean room and detailed breakfast with selfmade food. Thank you for providing stellar services and making our stay so memorable and personable. Once we got settled into the property, we found ourselves feeling very much at home. It is a great location to explore the surrounding countryside, beaches and historic ruins.

We have optioned the entire structure for 6 days with a group of friends. Very nice and well furnished terrace, very useful for breakfast and dinner, not usable at other times if it is too hot. Rooms to be improved, in particular the bathrooms where there are no shower cubicles, the bathroom fixtures not well fixed to the floor, heavy and noisy sliding doors. Room cleaning only upon arrival, towel...

Good location, tidy & cleaned rooms and also friendly staff. Not so far from the seefront with good restaurants and very close to the Archeological Park. We had a good time holiday, and we will come back next time. Good balance qualitiy/price Raccomanded.

I loved this place! The view is just priceless! The host was super friendly. He told us the tips, where to eat, where to find the best views in the town. I highly recommend this place without any reservation!
