Hotel Residence Il Porto

Already the hotel is beautiful, the view magnificent, but what really makes this hotel stand out is the team. Serving the customer above and beyond. Second day of our family holiday we got hit by a drunk driver. Without the spontanuous help of the Il Porto Team this periode would have been much harder on my family. Service on a next level.

Excellent food, wonderful staff, nice quiet location and lovely view too. Would totally recommend this lovely hotel situated in the Province of Puglia

Stayed 6 nights as part of an InnTravel holiday. Half Board. Suite had huge balcony with truly fantastic views. Also had a kitchenette. Only downside is the size of the shower and lack of cushions on the sun loungers. Room kept exceptionally clean. Breakfast excellent with egg station in lovely setting. Dinner on a set menu basis. Food perhaps is of a slightly lower standard than you might expect of this quality of hotel. Service and knowledge of wine provided by the staff, however, excellent. Pool looks the part but is really uncomfortable on your feet and is actually smaller than it looks. We also think pool towels should be provided. The amazing views that come with this hotel mean that you have a little uphill trek from the beach bars and it is 45 min walk out of “town” … would be amazing if the hotel offered a shuttle to the beach but we might be asking a little of a 4 star hotel. We would love to return!

lots of space (inside and on patio), easy check in process, easy parking. close proximity to beaches. beautiful view. amazing!!

We stayed here for 3 nights in a large 2 bed apartment. It had a lovely large balcony with 2 sun beds, a table and chairs on. The hotel is in a good location for Vieste and Monte Sant’Angelo. Breakfast had a good choice of cereals, cheeses and breads with an egg station for omelettes etc Coffee was good plus bonus they had soya milk for me. We ate at the hotel restaurant once which had a good choice of dishes but only a couple of vegetarian meals.

Great location to explore there is a stoney beach 10min walk away down a steep hill along with some lovely restaurants Restaurant at location is very nice food OK staff excellent the pool was ok for a splash around no big swims. Apartment is tired and needs upgrading decorating needed New bathroom tv. Sky doesn't work and you need to log in every 24 hours for WiFi overall great location but needs looking on general needs of customer as some things are not working as easily as they should so a little irritating. Small points but!

Wonderful hotel, excellent service, great breakfast, beautiful views, comfortable rooms. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Correct but not worth 4*
The hotel doesn’t meet the standards of a 4-star rating. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We stayed in an apartment with two very small bedrooms and a combined living/kitchen area with a washing machine and dishwasher. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was correct, but overall, the experience did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel.
The view was amazing!
