There would be a very long series of reasons to advise against this place, but I will try to be as concise as possible. I'll start by saying that my parents went personally in June to choose the accommodation, but upon our arrival we were assigned a different one. The one chosen should have been renovated, while the one given to us was practically an unlivable, old and moldy house. The owner was really rude and started making excuses, saying that the accommodation chosen by my parents was closed, then she said that workers were staying there (also false because we saw a family) and finally that she assigned us another one with good intentions. In the following days she no longer showed up (certainly because many other residents had other complaints) and through the lady at the management she apologized and gave us back €100, which in any case absolutely did not compensate for all the inconveniences experienced this week, that is:
- very strong smell of mold and water leaks
- 0 shelves or support for our things
- old furniture and crumbling plaster (when the owner had told my parents that she would renovate everything).
Furthermore, we should have had the umbrella in the second row but instead we had it in the third and the structure that overlooks the children's rides and other accommodation is dangerous for your health, as it is covered in asbestos.
The only positive note was the lady at the management, who was always kind and helpful.

Reviews, especially negative ones, must always be justified and documented (see photos).
At first glance the residence is very nice, apartments in line very close to the beach.
Open the door and the surprises begin:
- kitchen with the bare minimum, 3 glasses, 4 forks, 4 plates, 1 moldy coffee pot and very few other dishes.
- double bedroom so small that there is no room for 2 bedside tables, to go to one side of the bed you have to stand sideways and slide. Broken roller shutter and window directly on the passage to the other rooms, so no privacy.
- long and narrow bathroom so much so that to bend over the sink you have to stand sideways otherwise you'll hit your head on the mirror shelf.
- at 8.30pm the hot water ran out.
In short, everything is at the limit of habitability!
The access staircase to the terrace starts in front of the mini-patio of the apartment and passes in front of the small kitchen window... comings and goings of kids without supervision or at least control from their parents, I'll let you imagine what we endured.
The proximity of 2-3 villages which, rightly, entertain until late is not conducive to relaxation, as well as in the morning from 10 to 12 on the beach where the volume of the music is exaggeratedly high.
The rudeness of some residents who were partying until 2-3 in the morning was the icing on the cake; if there is no respect for others the "management" should impose rules.
Positive notes:
- competitive price.
- proximity to the beach, umbrella and sunbeds included in the price.
- minimarket nearby with normal prices.

Zero organization ... if you want to book an umbrella for the holidays they don't know how to do it .... more retrograde ... they don't give access to even small dogs.
