Hotel in a quiet location with two bus stops you are in the center of Merano. Spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness. The swimming pool is beautiful. Friendly staff but they speak little Italian. The only comment I have to make about the restaurant is that I expected typical local dishes... I eat farfalle with tuna at home... I don't expect gaspacho in Alto Adige... otherwise the food was good .

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and felt very comfortable. The hotel is located in the residential area of Merano. It is a simple hotel but everything is very clean and tidy. The staff
extremely polite and courteous. The food is excellent. A big compliment to the kitchen and the maid. Rarely seen such a clean room. We were very satisfied all around!

Room cost too high compared to what is actually available. Bathroom without bidet and not fully accessible for disabled people although specified in the request. Very poor breakfast, served an industrial supermarket donut. Rushed welcome upon arrival, not even the possibility to ask a few more questions.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff and bosses. The only minus is the rooms without air conditioning and without a refrigerator. Not bearable in this heat. Otherwise recommended at any time. And definitely get a massage from Jasmin, the daughter. Simply fantastic.

Excellent starting point for visiting Merano and its surroundings, welcoming hotel, friendly staff, five minutes walk from the centre, also very convenient underground parking.

15 minutes from the Christmas markets, very friendly staff, quiet structure and large rooms for "doubles" and a small balcony overlooking the panorama. Advised!

The staff members are in general very kind. The lady with whom I did the check in is likewise helpful, friendly and graceful. The gentleman who dealt with my check out is also kind and helpful. Just two of the waitresses working at the restaurant at dinner time were somewhat aloof; the youngest one was even unpleasant. At any rate, the employee who is endowed with the best qualities in that hotel is Imola, the lady working at the restaurant at breakfast time. Apart from her kindness and good manners, she is the epitome of the elegance.
The bed was comfortable. It'd have been better if the mattress had been a bit tougher.
The breakfast was good and varied. I missed anyway the dried dates and plumps.
