Benevolent 3 points. The food is excellent, the rooms are large, the grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately, the staff is forced to be friendly and irritated relatively quickly. The boss is rather reserved when it comes to communication. Also unusual for a 5-star hotel that you have to carry your suitcase from the car to the hotel yourself.

Great hotel. It is good to break away from the hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet combined with excellent service. Excellent breakfasts and lovely dinner. Good treatments and massages.

The Spa and it’s treatments, products, doctors, and protocols is one of the best in the world!!! The staff is amazing and the grounds and winery are breathtaking!! The food is outstanding: I was on the detox/weight loss menu. I was NEVER hungry and lost 6lbs effortlessly in 3 days and kept them off!! While the place and the suites are absolutely beautiful, YOU GO THERE FOR THE SPA!!

The restaurant staff can speak English but the rest (e.g. in the spa) cannot so if you are having a treatment, it will be difficult to communicate with your therapist. Same holds true for the person responsible for the tours. The hotel is still beautiful despite old and the surroundings are truly amazing. However, be mindful that the gym is very small, there are not personal trainers, the yoga class...

Wonderful place to stay in this idyllic town nested in the alps. The owners personally take great care in making sure that your stay is as perfect and stress-free as it can be. Great customer service and everything is kept very clean for your safety. Go pay them a visit if you are in Merano, you won’t be disappointed :)

Very good food, spacious rooms, nice wellness area, competent Spa staff, modern minimalistic hotel. I gave 3 stars because I was misinformed that the hotel is in a dog friendly area (it is not). If you are travelling with a dog that needs exercise, this is not the area you need. I had to drive 20min every day to an area where my dog could run. The hotel is really awesome, the 2 weeks we spent here were wonderful. Food, service, everything was great. We felt very, very comfortable. With this staff you feel like you are in seventh heaven.

The structure is excellent, clean and surrounded by an incredible green area with breathtaking views. Remarkable spas and pools. The restaurant is in my opinion not up to the standard of the hotel. The dinner menu is very simple, and the quality of the meals is mediocre. Excellent breakfast, medium / high price.

Very well-kept, family hotel in a perfect location and with a wonderful view of Merano. In addition, the small but fine house impresses with a great wellness area and a lovingly designed garden that invites you to linger. Not least because of the very courteous and cordial nature of the hosts and employees, we were in very good hands and felt at home and will definitely be back soon!

Great hotel! Super clean. Rich breakfast! Very friendly staff! However, you should be careful when booking - the "normal double rooms" only have a French balcony. We definitely missed a balcony to sit out on or to hang up clothes in the fresh air after hiking. Unfortunately, we did not pay attention when booking.

We were there for the second time and again extremely satisfied. The hosts are very warm and you feel welcome right away. Fantastic stay with delicious food and wine

We loved this hotel! We met friends for the weekend. Together we were four adults and seven children. It is clean, beautiful, modern but charming and the family who owns it is so kind and helpful! It is walking distance to a castle and gardens. The restaurant was delicious for breakfast and lunch. The pool was the perfect temperature and perfect for adults and children. A very nice place to rest in a wonderful garden with a lot of plants. The outside pool is well placed to take the sun even if it's a little bit cold. The inside pool is big enought to swim and rest.
